The team at Creative Dentistry is top notch with highly professional staff. I've been going there for my dental cleanings and other work for 26 years.why would I go anywhere else.

I love Creative Dentistry I have been a patient for forty years. They have taken exemplary care of my teeth. I have had many procedures, crowns an implant, fillings, extractions and just recently some additional improvements to my teeth. I love the Dental Hygienist as well we laugh and joke and she makes a potentially arduous event enjoyable. All staff are both professional and friendly, after all I have known many of them for most of my adult life. I highly recommend this dental office and bonus they are moving to new beautiful offices in 2024. Creative Dentistry the place to go for perfect teeth!

Positive experience. Dental work always unpleasant to painful; this experience was neither. Only 4 stars because cleaning equipment failed to operate correctly and appeared outdated.

They have friendly staff and quick wait times. I have been coming here for years. Happy smile today:) Nicole is my dental hygienist and she is very friendly and does a thorough job of giving me a white smile!

Fantastic group of people to deal with the office, staff the hygienist, and the dentist all go out of their way to help you. I went in with a broken tooth. They looked at me right away rearranged appointments to get me looked after I really appreciate it.

Creative Dentistry is such a nice place to have my dental needs taken care of. Everyone is helpful and pleasant, but I especially like Ursula, the dental hygienist that I always ask for. She is never without a smile and is efficient and knowledgeable. Ursula is careful and gentle while providing excellent cleaning. Kudos to Creative Dentistry for having such a great employee!

Have had nothing but good experiences here. From the first phone call they were SO kind. I feel the staff at the front are just as important as the dentistry staff, and their smiles and warm welcome make such a difference. The hygienists and dentists are equally kind, have no issue taking the time to explain everything. They don't make you feel like a burden and are all happy to be there assisting you or your children. The text reminders for appts are VERY helpful as someone who is very forgetful and procrastinates! Wonderful dentist office all around and happy to continue my visits.

They know how to take care of patients. We are more than just patients, we are like family!

Creative Dentistry has been my dental office of choice for 15 years. I started going when I was a child and am now 27 years old. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming - I’ve since moved to Vancouver, BC but still come back for my regular checkups with the Creative Dentistry team.

Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The office is always very clean and inviting. The dentist as well as dental hygienist always ensure they fully explain everything so you completely understand, they all also make sure you are comfortable and have no discomfort!

Dr. Klein has been my dentist for almost 40 years and it is because Creative Dentistry is awesome. I have had many procedures including crowns, fillings and an implant and all of them went off without a hitch. All staff are professional and great at their respective jobs. I highly recommend this wonderful place

I have gone to Creative for almost 40 years! Dr Klein was so great I wondered how it would go when he retired. However they continue to provide the best service, teeth cleaning and dental work. Dr. Brillon is friendly and competent and explains everything very thoroughly so I understand what and why, and what if. And the staff is great too!

Hands down best dentistry in London. I have been going here for close to 30 years and still come back even though I live in Burlington now!

We all enjoy our visits to the dentist from the friendly front desk staff to the hygienists, dentists and assistants. They answer all of our questions and do great work to keep us healthy.

I was impressed with all the people in the practice and was pleased with the results, I liked the fact Dr Z listened to to me and explained everything he would do and followed up later in the day to check up on me

Well, had a horrible exprience with another dental office to the point i decided to remove my teeth. I got lucky to find this dental office.not that everyone was super nice but i found i was told wrong info about pricing and the procedure.super satisfied

Dr. B and his team are amazing! We’ve been to many different London Dentist and I can say he has treated my son the best by far! He explained everything before his procedure and put on one of my son’s favourite movies for him to watch. Although Dr. B was unable to complete treatment, for the best interest of my son, Dr. B was still absolutely amazing! He made sure my son was comfortable before anything else. I will recommend him to anyone who asks!

Very friendly and helpful staff. You can tell they really care for their patients. Dr. B literally ran outside into the parking lot while it was drizzling rain to hand me a piece of paper that I forgot, if that doesn't speak for what type of people work there, I don't know what does. Haha.

I feel confident that not only do I have the best dentist in the city, he’s also part of the best practice. Dr. Brillon is always beyond amazing. I have an enormous phobia of the dentist and he’s the only one I’ve ever had who has made the appointments not only bearable, but enjoyable. I have never been uncomfortable or in any pain before, during or after an appointment. The work is impeccable as well! All the other staff in the office are incredible as well. The assistant on this last visit (Helen, I think her name was?) and the office staff were very kind. The overall experience is just spectacular. I would recommend Dr. Brillon to anyone!

Been a patient of Dr. Klein's since the early 80's & have always been treated with courtesy & professionalism. I am lucky to have good teeth & gums & have not been attending a dentist as often as I should, prompting Dr. Klein to comment "Your last appt.was 20 yrs.ago"!
I promised myself that I would take better care of my teeth from now on & will be a more frequent patient of Creative Dentistry!

Speaking of Dental, I just read on The Canada Free Press that Trudeau plans on spending around $116 MILLION on this upcoming Election to make himself look competent! This is what it would cost to provide Dental Check-ups & Teeth Cleaning for ALL Canadian Citizens for one year, they estimate!

By far the best dental experience I have ever had! The folks at Creative Dentistry make going to the dentist a most pleasant experience to look forward to rather than dread. The incredible staff are friendly, welcoming, efficient, and most importantly, terrific at their jobs. I can't say enough great things about Creative Dentistry and the whole team there!

I cannot say enough good things about Creative Dentistry and my experience here. I have really bad anxiety, and dental offices always worsen it. But I experienced zero anxiety during my entire appointment - it was amazing! I actually feel excited to go back, which I never thought I'd experience.

Dr. Hammad & the wonderful hygenist (whose name I have completely forgot - forgive my terrible memory but she was so lovely and fun to talk to) were so non-judgmental and supportive.

They got to the root of my issues instantly, and made a plan to restore my teeth and really listen to what I needed - all while being aware of the costs / my insurance and making sure things are affordable.

Also, normally dental x-rays are very hard for me. But the hygenist was so amazing in giving the x-rays! I experienced no discomfort or choking sensations like I have in the past.

Tracey at the front desk is also so lovely and funny. Can't wait to come back, thanks so much Creative Dentistry team:) I'll be recommending you guys to everyone!

I have been going to this dental office since the 90s! They are the friendliest people and have always kept my teeth very healthy and clean.

I'm really happy with my recent switch to Creative Dentistry. All the staff are kind and very friendly - always happy to answer any questions I may have. My toddler also had such a positive experience. I really appreciate the variety of appointment times (early morning, evening and weekend). I would highly recommend.
