Carley should be running the place. If it were not for her I would have long ago taken my business elsewhere. She is the only reason for the 5 star review. Their products are great but as far as the people with the know how and get things done attitude, along with being pleasant and professional, Carley is the only one. And she doesn't care if you are flashing cash or not. She is the one to see.

Shawn and his entire team are Top notch! From Mike and Carley in retail to all the hard working ground crews that have made our dream projects come to life. Creative Homescapes did a gorgeous composite back porch for us and installed a decorative aluminum fence around our property. They also created a full backyard design for us and will be installing a fiberglass pool this spring. They are professional, do high-quality work and have fantastic products. Highly recommended!

We have had the pleasure of hiring Creative Homescapes for two major landscape and pool projects over the past several years.

I feel it’s important for your team and the crew to know the level of service that they are providing us and how appreciative we are of this. This morning by 8: 30 am our lot was not only plowed, sidewalks salted and shoveled, but our parking lot was actually bare.

I have been in the industry for nearly 30 years, and I have never experienced the level of care and quick attention to our snowplowing needs as with Creative Homescapes. Hotels have a very specific timeframe that works in terms of plowing the lot, and ensuring the entranceways are clear early in the morning as guests are leaving, that a clean up takes place after 11 am for when most of the vehicles are gone, and that we are ready for the arrivals again around 3 pm.

Your staff have been remarkable for the past 2 winters and it is unheard of that we have never had to call for an expected arrival time at any time over the past 2 years. I want to also mention that companies in our area are stopping by to inquire as to who we use for our snowplowing, because they can’t believe the service that we have. We gladly pass on your name to them.

Great service goes a long way! And it’s too often that companies such as yours only hear the negative feedback. We wanted to ensure that your staff are aware that we notice and that we are overly pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail that you are providing us. We hired this company to replace our old deck and during this process we noticed many problems. We listed the many legitimate issues with that need to be fixed and we previously emailed them about these issues to give them the opportunity to correct all these problems. They said we'd be able communicate with them and their company's operation manager to address these problems. It's clear the intention of their company was not to address any of these issues as their company demonstrated on Monday September 26. It was completely unprofessional to show up with only the intention of loading up the wood and avoiding the opportunity for us to show you these problems. The deck frame your company built is not code-compliant. Improper ledger board (missing joist hangers, not caulked) Improper girder (only used regular wood screws to connect girder into sides of support post) Improper cement footings for pergola (uneven) Improper use of all support posts (used as guardrail posts) Missing girder for upper deck support Missing connections (bolts, joist hangers, hurricane ties, structural screws, post to beam connectors, guardrail brackets) Most of the wood used is already splintered/split (especially the 4 x 4 support posts) The entire deck frame is only relying on the sheer strength of regular wood screws attached to sides of the splintered 4 x 4 support posts It's very dangerous and needs to be replaced already. We requested a full itemized list of what they charging us for, down to the cent as this is required. As they requested we put down a deposit more than the customary 10 % deposit. In this case it should have been $3150 only. We feel they took advantage of this and are keeping more than what their company is actually untitled to for the service they provided us. The itemized list as to what this company did is as follows. Tear down and removal of old deck Auger 7 holes, pour 7 cement footings using sona tube. (3 of which are uneven) Your workers partially framed a deck improperly and very dangerous that it needs to be fixed. Most of the wood used has already splintered/split especially all 4 x 4 support posts. The wood this company used was obviously not properly inspected before use. Their company operations manager and crew took back most of the wood for this job that was bought with our deposit so we are not responsible for the cost of the wood that was taken back. We gave them an opportunity to rectify these mistakes but their company had chosen to quit. This has resulted in us incurring damages as having to hire another contractor to replace the entirety of their company's improper work. We are extremely disappointed with this company's service and poor quality workmanship. We honestly feel there should be consequences for their unprofessionalism and negligence to warrant a full refund, that would be satisfactory.

I allowed Creative Homescapes to use my property to do a pool install at my neighbour's house. I assumed they would repair any damage they caused to my property because they are a million dollar landscape company. NOPE. Their equipment cracked my driveway more with a big crane and a bunch od bobcats and other diggers. Messed up my stone landscaping with mud packed into iit now. They never came to see me when their work was done at the neighbour's house and didn't even return my call when I complained. A sign of a company that will take shortcuts Iin my opinion. Just used me and disappeared. Sad.

Asked this company for a quote on a backyard deck and fence and landscaping. Told they don't do in person quotes and had to attend showroom. No problem. Had all dimensions and measurements and attended the showroom. The staff was assisting another customer when we entered to which we just browsed and to see the products they offered. The other customers left shortly after and the staff proceeded to have personal time sitting at the reception desk not acknowledging us at all. We were only acknowledged as we walked out. Between the lack of customer service and limited selection mixed with other reviews and seeing other projects they've completed, I wasn't about to spend time and money working with this company.

Creative Homescapes completed a full backyard makeover for us last spring and we could not be happier with the results. It was amazing to see their entire team work together to accomplish the envisioned end goal. We were very impressed with their hard work, their attention to detail, their professionalism, and their commitment to making sure we were satisfied with the project at every step of the way. Creative Homescapes just completed a steel fence project at our home. The process was seamless from beginning to end. We are thrilled with the finished product and would recommend this company highly. Our Sales Associate was Woody Ward, and the installation crew was headed up by Tom - both great at what they do! Words that come to mind are: efficient, detail-oriented, polite, enjoyable, and professional. All in all, a great experience!
