Great service. Ordered mulch on Sunday and it was sitting in my driveway before noon on Monday! Special shout out to Stan, the delivery man, who dropped all 4 yards in the exact right spot! This is why I keep coming back.

This place is great all-round. The employees/ team are professional, courteous and knowledgably, they really wen the extra mile. Pricing is decent and they possess an excellent variety of products. Don't hesitate to go here for literally all of your stone needs.

Great facility. Lots of options for stones, river rock, mulch and decorating stones. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helpful, they load our truck or deliver at our house. I purchased stones to do a tree ring and it came awesome.

Our company, Soares Landscaping, has used Creative for many of our projects and we love working with their team. Sam, Jordan, Jeremy and their team have been great and professional. We highly recommend their business!

The ordering process was nice. However, the refund process was a nightmare. When we ordered the stone, we were told that we can return the leftovers as long as it can form one layer. Today we went to return 3 extra layers. First thing the guy in the office (he did not tell me his name) told me was that I cannot return them. I was shocked but I explained then he agreed. We did not rent a big truck so it took us 2 trips. After the 1st trip, he informed his staff so they took the load, which is 1 layer + 2 pieces. After about half an hour, we delivered the 2nd load, this plus the 1st load would be 3 layers in total. However, the guy said he talked to the staffs and they did not see the 2 pieces in the 1st load so he can only refund me 2 layers instead of 3. I was a bit frustrated because during the conversation I felt he implied I was not being honest. I insisted he asked the staff again. Then he found out one of the guys did load up the 2 pieces and I was not lying. He was impatient and he said "I am sorry but it is not my fault. I apologized, what more do you want? " This whole process frustrated me and the refund money was not worth it all.

I noticed the place was very understaffed. He was the only person in the office and when we first went in (1pm?), he told me he had not got the time to eat lunch yet. I am not sure if this is a mere coincidence or some management issue. But I surely don't want to be the victim of this.

Recently started to deal with Creative Landscape received 5star service from the owner Jonathan and staff members. Highly recommend this Urbanized Creative landscaping group.

Excellent product and service. I ordered 6 yards of granite aggregate to be delivered to Stratford. Very reasonable delivery fee. James, a great driver and all round professional called from the yard to give an exact time of arrival, which was very much appreciated. They also sold the Courtstone cobble pavers by the layer (instead of by the skid) which helped greatly as I only needed ten square feet, saving me $1200. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Blake, Allen, and Travis were all very courteous and professional with me on the phone, and did their utmost to make sure I had the right paving stones for my project, with all the extras I didn't even consider I might need. Allen checked in with me before delivering the stones so I would know when they were coming, which was amazing! Such a wonderful and hassle-free experience. I was completely new to landscaping when I first stepped into Creative Landscaping Depot, but the staff were amazing at giving me tons of great advice. My DIY project was rather extensive (seating wall, fire pit, patios, lighting, etc.) so I dropped by the St Jacobs location many times throughout the Spring and Summer to pick our materials and ask questions. Since I was there so often, I think I had a chance to interact with all of the staff at one point or another and they were all incredibly helpful and patient. Blake was my main point of contact and he did an amazing job of sourcing materials, even when they were really difficult to get because of the pandemic and supply-chain challenges.

In addition to the staff, the yard in St Jacobs is really well organized with lots of materials on display. The materials that they source are all really high quality - if they sell it, I'm pretty confident that it will be good! The website is also very useful and laid out really well.

All this is to say, I wouldn't buy landscaping materials anywhere else. Thanks Creative!

I am very impressed with my experience with Creative Landscape Depot from start to finish! I visited the yard with lots of ideas and in need of a variety of materials for a landscaping project at my childcare centre. Jeremy was super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to quickly guide me to the proper materials and quantities needed for the project. He maintained communication throughout the quotation, billing and delivery set up process. On delivery day, the driver arrived at the expected time. He took the extra time to communicate and place the granite boulders exactly in the spaces I envisioned them. He even allowed me to video tape him as he worked so I could show all of the children the different machines used to bring and place the materials! I would also like to add that all staff I encountered during this process were extremely considerate, following their social distancing protocols which made the experience relaxed and comfortable. Thank you to everyone at Creative Landscape Depot, the centre gardens and play area look amazing!

Just had mulch delivered yesterday for my rock garden and it looks AWESOME. Hopefully soon I can come and personally shop for more things to add to my garden.

So.this is an amazing place with amazing staff. LOVE THEM. I recently purchased a Dimplex electric fireplace from them and they recommended Chris Martin to create a stone wall with fireplace in it.similar to one on display in their showroom. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT Chris and the excellent job he did on this masterpiece. My living room now feels like a high class hotel lobby! I have been going to Creative Landscape for my mulch every summer and have admired the assortment of deco stones and well as their showroom displays. After pondering putting in a fireplace display for a year, I now have an amazing showpiece in my living room! THANK YOU CREATIVE LANDSCAPE AND CHRIS!

I was told by the person on the phone, that his time was worth more then most people. I am still wondering why he told me this. All I wanted was a question answered. I ended the conversation with this person after i realized he was getting snippy. I ended up with beautiful stone from Woodbridge Ont and had the work done by a reputable landscaper. The people were very nice and not the least condescending. What a refreshing change!
FYI you might want to screen your Contractors you have on your website.

I had a great experience on the yard as Jordan went around with me and helped me select pieces of stone for our water feature. He is very patient, very helpful, friendly, and has a good sense of humour. He made time for my project even as the sun was going down, and the bugs were coming out. He seemed genuinely interested and excited about our project, and I would definitely recommend Creative Landscape Depot as a source for your landscaping needs. The prices we found were by far the best compared to any of the local competition. And Stan was fantastic when it came to delivering our order a few days later.

Creative Landscape Depot is an amazing place to go for ideas and your landscaping needs. They have beat any other stone/brick place for prices without asking. Their customer service is out of this world. We went there to get a stone step for our new house. After listening to our requests and looking at pictures of the exterior of our house, the gentleman we dealt with suggested a stone that matched and looked amazing. The workers truly take passion and pride in their work. I cant wait until I need more work/items so that I can go back again:) Creative Landscape Depot is highly recommended and I wish I had known about this company when we bricked our house as I would have totally went threw them. We had to replace an old railway tie wall at the edge of a large, well established, perennial bed across the front of our home. We went to CLD for rocks to give us a "Georgian Bay" look to match the other end of the house. We found exactly what we wanted for an excellent price and arranged delivery. When Jody came to deliver he was amazing and meticulous in his placement. He offered a couple of suggestions and was so careful of the rest of our landscaping. We could not have asked for more. From our experience with Jordan in the yard selecting stone, to the final product, the customer service is outstanding. Would not hesitate to go back or recommend!
