Sandeep was very informative, patient and responsive with all my emails, phone calls etc. I had a lot of questions and she had a lot of patience. The image I was asking for was completed better than the original draft I sent. The decal was delivered on expected date. This was my first experience with wall decals and I am so impressed and happy with the results. My sister did a fabulous job hanging it for me.

Outstanding company and service. I uploaded my images and chose the size of the 3 decals I wanted on Saturday night and Tuesday afternoon they were delivered to my front door. The quality is fantastic and the service I received was perhaps even better as the production team reached out to me prior to creating the decals to show me exactly how they will turn out. Fantastic company at very reasonable prices!

Just received my order today. The quality was flawless and easy to install. This is my second order with Creative Silhouettes. Great customer service and attention to details. For sure I will order again!

Great communication and quick responses/changes. The quality of the decals we ordered were also top notch and we were able to review proofs with various changes/requests with no problems.

Print does not match proof provided and blames the file when brought to their attention. Other print shops had no issue with the high quality.pdd file and prints perfectly. Took two weeks to get the second print, which is still printed with visible black defect around the boarders. When showing the customer service rep, she replied it will look less obvious when putting the decal on the vehicle. When asked to speak to a manager after a month and half later without a decent print, I was told someone will reach out in 2 to 3 days. Emailed again a week later when no contact was made, she replied it will take another 2 to 3 weeks to review.

Unprofessional customer service and print quality is far below industry standards. Never again

I had a really bad experience with Creative Silhouettes. I placed an order back in December that they were not able to fulfill. I cancelled the order and they gave me no refund. I did email 7 times already and every time they had an excuse (holidays, day off, vacation, etc). That is such a scam. I hate that I spent so much time dealing with them and now I have to open a claim with my credit card against them. Such a waste of time.
