We’ve been a customer of Creature Comforts for about 20 yrs. The service has always been amazing, punctual and professional. When our furnace stopped working recently, Klayton came out the next morning and worked hard to fix the issue. We’ve had Klayton come to our rescue in the past and I highly recommend him. Alas, our 16 yo furnace could not be repaired and had to be replaced. The following day, our new furnace was installed by Chris. Our adult daughter was home for the installation and was not happy with Chris’ swearing and playing his radio loudly. I would have given 5 stars but I’m taking off a star for this. The new furnace is working beautifully though, so overall a positive experience.

Hired them to move our A/C copper coil to a new location and a few other things. The guys were professional, on time, very clean, quick and they did a great job! The price was also extremely fair!

We have been dealing with Creature Comforts HVAC Inc, (and their predecessor, Burlington Energy Systems) since they installed our first furnace and air conditioning units in 2004.

We have always found the people they send out to be prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable.

We have had a couple of emergency calls, one just today, and they have always sent someone quickly to deal with the issue, once in the middle of a snowstorm.

I would highly recommend this company and these people for all you heating and air conditioning needs.

Ryan of Creature Comforts was punctual, prompt, respectful, and responsive to our questions.

The work performed by Ryan and his team was top notch. Being an engineer I appreciate attention to detail and this installation was done exemplary. All related piping and electrical was installed neatly and tidily.

Going above and beyond without any request from us they very neatly tied the humidifier drain line into the new furnace drain line, eliminating a second line running to our floor drain. A pleasant surprise.

Outstanding work. Quietly and efficiently went about rectifying a wiring issue with my Nest thermostat, all the while patiently listening to me natter on about everything I thought I knew about diagnosing this super complex compressor-running and blower-not running issue.

Easy to see why they have a 5 star rating. Would have them back again anytime, though the work that Klayton did pretty much assures that they won't ever need to return. My A/C is immortal now.

During one of the hottest weekends of this summer our a/c stopped working.
I contacted Creature Comforts and within hours there was a technician here to evaluate and see if there was any way to at least get the unit up and running.
Unfortunately they were unable to repair and a new a/c was required.
Grant quickly had 2 quotes for me and gave me his recommendation. The installation was done as soon as the unit was available. The entire team worked efficiently to have the Lennox unit installed. They were very friendly and professional

Our furnace was not working on the coldest day of the year on the weekend. We called Creature Comforts and Grant was at our home within an hour. A new furnace was recommended. Grant brought us portable heaters to use which were very effective. A new furnace was installed within a day! Clean up afterwards were A+. Excellent service and we highly recommend this company.

I needed a professional HVAC company to investigate the design of the cold air return in my 3 level townhouse so I contacted Creature Comforts. In short, the issue was that the noise level from the cold air return was far too loud in the living room given the design and layout of the ductwork. In 2021, I had Klayton come out and investigate. He was on time, very professional, and extremely helpful. The existing furnace was fairly old and was showing its age, so along with the quote to tackle the ductwork issues, he provided me a quote to replace the furnace. At the time, I decided to pass on both and give some thought to the whole idea. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and the issue still persisted and the existing furnace was being very vocal about its age so I decided it was time to just replace it and get that over with. I contacted Creature Comforts again and they sent Grant out this time to check things out. Grant was also on time, very professional, and extremely helpful. After a very quick inspection, Grant was able to determine next steps for the ductwork and quote me on a new furnace, which was the same price as it was nearly a year earlier. I was pleasantly surprised by that and decided to go ahead with the install and repairs. That was scheduled for a few days later. The installers showed up on time and were as quick as can be expected given the scope of work. The new furnace is extremely quiet in comparison to the old one and the reworking of the ductwork has significantly reduced the noise level in the living room. Everyone I've spoken to or worked with at Creature Comforts has been very helpful and professional so I will be recommending them to anyone I know in the area that needs a similar service. We've been customers of Creature Comfortable for years and years. They installed our furnace/AC years ago and we get them for annual maintenance. They are very professional - always on time and get the job done quickly.

Early Saturday our furnace broke. I used their website to request a service for Monday. On Saturday I got a call to confirm my request. This was followed up with an email with the details. On Monday I got a SMS with the details of the service person and he arrived on time and was able to fix our furnace in no time - all under warranty.

It's so rare to get good service these day - I just wish they also did appliance and car repair:)

Creature Comforts provides the kind of service you only hope to find: they replaced an older air conditioner with a really nice, US made, Lennox, along with installing sound deadening for excess noise from our furnace with, and while waiting for delivery of the new unit, kept the existing one running. Their show room even had the new unit on full display so you could see what you are getting. All of the staff, from the office reception to the installers were exceptional: considerate, prompt, courteous, and willing to do any extras for you. This, along with being close-by within Burlington, make them an HVAC provider we will want to go back to in future. Would give them a extra star if we could.

Creature Comforts replaced my furnace Dec 2020. I found everyone from the office staff to the outside workers to be very pleasant and professional. The installers removed the old furnace than installed a new one in about 6 hours. My inspection of the finished job did not reveal any property damage, loose ends or untethered wires etc. I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for HVAC maintenance.

I recently had Creature Comforts install a new Water Heater, Furnace, AC and Humidifier. The guys did a very nice job on the installation. They took the time to make sure all of the pipes, wires and hoses were tidy and straight. The installation should be in a textbook for how to do wit properly. They explained the whole system very well once the installation was done. John was very good during the quoting process with my many questions. I would highly recommend Creature Comforts for your HVAC needs.
