I cannot say enough good things about the help, advice and orientation provided by Credit Canada. One of the things that struck me the most is how knowledgeable they are in the area of unsecured debt and the options available to Canadian consumers to address it. I was able to make an informed decision on the best course of action after talking to one of Credit Canada’s consultants. They never told me what to do; instead they educated me about the different options and then I decided what was best for me.

I was in a tough situation with a big chunk of my income going towards interest payments. I thought I would never be able to get out of debt and this had a very detrimental impact on my mental health. I was helped by a representative named Chantelle. She told me she normally works in the Scarborough office/branch. Anyways it was a pleasure speaking with her today. This place is honestly the real deal. She was very professional and informative and able to answer all my questions about getting out of debt. I feel confident enough to say if you are in debt anyone within this company will be honest and transparent with you to give you well thought advice. I honestly feel so relieved that someone qualified like Chantelle was able to give me advice and peace of my mind with my personal debt. I was feeling completely hopeless after being too sick to work and not having any idea how I would make credit card payments as well as payday loan store payments so I called. Within an hour I was called back by a counsellor giving great news and some hope for the future and only took half an hour and it was an amazing help. Kerri was professional and friendly. She offered me two options of choice to deal with the debt. It was helpful to have a budget sheet to really know how much money was being spent each month and to see ways that expenses can be cut back. The only issue is when it comes to debt caused by fraud that is not easy to go after the source. They cannot work with the creditor to remove it, which is a quite a bit of a loss financially.

I have had nothing but a great experience working with Credit Canada! I truly feel like my dream of living a debt free life is a possibility now with the help of them!
