Worst clinic. Either they are closed at unadvertised timing or they don’t accept patients. The staff there is rude as well. It’s better not to try even going there, better, other clinics.

I have been going to this clinic since more than 10 years, every time get best treatment what I need.

Credit River Medical Clinic has been keeping me healthy since last two decades! Their team of doctors is excellent, especially Dr. Sanghani. Besides, they have a helpful support team at reception in Sujata and her colleagues. All my health related issues have been accurately diagnosed and treated.

I have been going to this clinic since 2007! The staff has always been accommodating and very helpful! My family doctor, Dr. Sangani is amazing and assists me with all my medical needs. The front desk staff is also very punctual - Sujata is great to reach out to for appointment reminders and follow-up procedures.

I was there this morning the staff was very friendly and helpful i booked appointment in advance because same day they dont book appointment you have to come as walkin.

I was in and out within 20 minutes! I found the staff very friendly and helpful. This saved me going to my regular Dr, which is another city. I recommend them highly.

Reception isn’t the best to be honest, the doctor gets their job done… but reception either looks at you like THEY don’t want to be there, or they don’t want YOU there, I really can’t tell.
**P. S more of a warning: they like to shut down early when they have no patients, therefore if it says it closes at 5 call before you go incase they decided they were tired of waiting for patients**

My family and I have been going to this clinic for 10+ years. Dr. Attia is a gentleman and an excellent professional. The front desk is always cooperative and helpful. Their lab.support is an added asset and the staff members know their job. I have seen people complaining of the wait time without thinking of their own behavior and not understanding the reasons of the wait time. Get an appointment and have patience.

I needed B12 injection and to my horror, there were 20 patients waiting which means 2 hours wait time. Receptionist took my B12 vial and told me to proceed to the lab. I was out in 3 minutes. Thank you, Hemlata & Sujata.

New patient experience:

A joke. I was ignored, given attitude and made to wait an hour for a doctor to see me in an empty waiting room. I called the clinic in the next plaza and their wait time was 15 minutes. I just need a requisition. Not until I requested my file and info back was I given the ten minutes I needed for the form to be signed.

They pick and choose. They were making up rules and regulations without any signs or notice (big walk-in sign but they only want walk-ins on certain days). When I called them i was told don't call us, we'll call you and I've yet to be called back 4 days later.

Won't be back, wouldn't recommend. Rude front desk staff. Slow and selective patient treatment. Ontario's tax dollars being wasted.

I have been to this clinic from last 10+ years. Not a single bad experience I had. I really appreciate everyone who work there at the front desk handling all the patients and their queries, concerns. We all know some day it will be busy than the other day, that doesn't mean we need to be angry or raise voice on someone, at the end we all are human, things will be missed or forgotten if there are many people as a result of it you might have to wait little longer but that is how all other walk-in clinics are. At whitby location some places in walkin also we have to wait for 6-7 hours. Anyway, I would hardly recommend this clinic and mainly to Dr. Sanghani. Thank you!

Here’s my experience, i called them twice before visiting and asked if they accept walk-in patients or do i need to book appointment, lady over the phone said you can come walk-in. I visited after half n hour and lady on reception asked are you new patient? We don’t accept new patients today, come another day. This is ridiculous, she should ask over the phone if you’re a new patient or existing one, right? But no, she didn’t take that effort to ask and wasted my time.

Dr. Sangani is an excellent doctor, she is very kind, listen to the problems. She suggests the food, health habits apart from prescribed medicine. We strongly recommend this doctor.

This clinic is well organized and the Receptionist, Ms Sujata, is really very nice. Dr Hemalata as well as her husband Dr Mahendra has been our family doctor since we moved in this area in 2016 and they've been providing me and my family with excellent medical and physical care. Thank you very much.

My experience with the older indian short hair lady is beyond expectation, she's very helpful, nice and skillfull on her job. They cannot do more because they have limitation too in doing their job. I observe that their very compassionate and they have considerations specially on children and older people.

The worst walk in clinic I have ever been to. Horrible front staff- elderly lady with short dark hair who works the front is beyond rude to all patients. Doctors are not much better takes forever to see patients with little regard to what patients issues are. Find a better walk in clinic and save yourself the trouble of wasting your time

The best word to describe this place is incompetent, specifically the receptionists. They don't accept it's there mistake 2nd time I request the reposition of my ultrasound and they put the wrong fax number and I have to call to the ultrasound clinic and give the right fax number and when discuss matter they said how it possible well I don't know you guys put the stamp of the reposition! It's bothers me because every single time they always like that if you guys still still talking exmplain your side they cut you off.if your not happy to you job quit ok! Worst walk in clinic! Had a nice experience with this walk-in clinic. Being a new immigrant, they were kind enough to understand my problem and helped me in the right direction.

Just called to see if I could come for a walk in for my toddler son who has an ear infection and I told them I have to bring my newborn as my husband is at work. I was told and I quote “go elsewhere! Don’t come here go to another walk in because it cause a disturbance. The person who picked up the phone was very unclear due to a heavy Indian accent so I asked her to speak slower instead she gave the phone to someone else who said they only do walk ins on Thursday and Sunday when they don’t have any appointments and they will not be able to see me. I said that’s fine and was asking some other questions when I was advised the person who picked up the phone was the doctor. At that point I knew this was a HORRIBLE and unprofessional walk in to attend because she does not care about patients not even children. If you can go somewhere else do so. Also, if someone cannot understand you because of an accent just speak slower.

Getting turned away cause you don't have an appointment. Hmmm maybe don't call yourself a walk in clinic.

I went to this clinic with my kids, filled the forms, the old lady in the reception let everyone she knew to visit the doctor walking in after us. We were kept waiting for additional 2 hours, my children couldn’t wait anymore, therefore we left without doctor’s visit. One of my daughter has a high fever now and suffering a lot, I surrender this lady to God, she shouldn’t be here at this job.

Called in, told me only a short wait time
Got there 5 minutes later and told me they weren’t serving any one else today

Had a very urgent matter that i needed addressed, so i called this clinic in advance, asked if they were accepting walk ins and how long the wait is. Was told they were accepting them and there was little to no wait, so i drove to this clinic, sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes only for them to tell me AFTER waiting that a doctor wouldnt be seeing me as she was wasnt accepting "new patients" even as a walk in.when asked why I wasnt told this when i called or even idk maybe WHEN I FIRST WALKED IN? All i got was a "sorry". This is ridiculous, this isnt a restaurant this is a DOCTOR. People are coming here for serious health issues and this is the treament theyre getting.to be honest this clinic and the doctors working here should be ashamed and embarrassed.

I tried calling and it says the voicemail is full. Guess we are supposed to stay home sick and die.

The receptionist used to be kind years ago but seems like slowly-slowly she has lost total motivation to run the activities and all interactions with “empathy” which is key when it comes to health service. She act like if she is tired of doing this job, behaving impolite and bitter, and as patients we sense it as a disrespectful attitude, I don’t blame her if she is tired but we still need a good attitude at this place since it is our source in the area when it comes to health service; it is already difficult to feel unwell or to deal with an illness or someone that is ill and bringing him/her all the way there to feel even worse, definitely not a great situation, and the unpleasant attitude doesn’t give a relieving feeling either.

Well, perhaps some vacations for the receptionist could refresh her days… to improve her service at this place too, we need it.

I had to see doctor today, the receptionist confronted me over the phone due to this review, asked me why not to say this in person -> but I expressed it few times and over a year ago I even left the office very moved due to her hostility over my health need, at that time I didn’t leave a review, I thought it was once again just a bad day for this person, and just let it go, until now that I have to call again for an appointment and felt the bitterness over the phone again so I took the chance to see the reviews and saw that certainly it was not me, since many people were experiencing the same hostility too; as I said to her over the phone -> the review is to improve the service, not against anyone, the invitation is to be more “empathetic” with ill people, as she used to be. She is not a bad person, but certainly empathy is important.

Doctors are great, they really are, it’s been over 17 years of me going here and all the doctors that have worked for this office are one of a kind, loving, responsive and respectful, precisely I went back today and once again it was a great experience… the doctor playfully told me “you should go on vacations to your country”:) I smiled, and kept it friendly too; since Surely vacations is something we all need, to remain kind and healthy.

To all the staff - I wish this review is taken from a place of kindness as this is the real intention.

I really like this clinic. Went there for the first time. Unlike others they listened to my problem on phone and booked an appointment with the doctor knowing the fact that I am not their regular patient. Dr. Hemlata Sangani is very nice, experienced and she listens to you. I would now switch to her as my family doctor.

I fell off a truck hit my back could hardly walk. I stop by here asked to see the doctor I'm in pain. I don't have OHIP so they asked for $80. I had my credit card and debt they said they don't take that. I asked e transfer they said no. They wanted cash. I told them I can't walk I'm willing to even give them my card to go for the cash. They said no and they won't take me. I can't even walk to the bank I have no physical cash and I gave them 5 methods to get the $80 they said no. Worst customer service ever.

Doctors here take great care of there patient I have seen both Dr. Sangani and Dr. Youseef. Not sure why people say the secretary doesn’t answer the phone I always get through. They are patient and kind on the phone as well. My number one walk in clinic.

Irresponsible and disappointing front desk including other clinic management. They don't care about patient there lab reports and time.

The doctors there are very experienced, very knowlegable especially Dr Attia and Dr. Sanghani.the staff is very good, friendly, fast responding, polite especially the receptionist Sujata she is great, friendly, cooperative & when pulling blood samples she has magic hands, you don't even feel it

Hi my name is Janice, and ive been a patient of Dr. Attia for 15 years now since moving to mississauga. The service with the doctors r very quick and good service. Even now in the pandemic the service is still good.

Very Rude front office staff.they booked on Canada day and were closed didnt even bother to update. When tried to call they put on hold and never pick up phone again.very rude behaviour

Went there to get a referral for some bloodwork, the visit was quick, rushed and the doctor did not give any insight or useful information. Then I went to get my birth control prescription 3 weeks after my visit I found out I’M PREGNANT, I conceived while on contraceptives. Then I go back in for an explanation and they told me I used the medicine wrong when I used it as prescribed by the doctor.
The clinic closes as the doctors please, they are supposed to close at 5pm but they leave at 4pm because they feel like it, the doctors are lazy and the receptionist is rude and condescending. If you don’t have care or respect for human life, DON’T BE A DOCTOR! If you are tired of doing your job, RETIRE! But it’s incredibly frustrating, stressing and time consuming having to deal with these people. They literally caused me more harm than good.

Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful! They go beyond to help. Blood work was done very well and follow up was great and informative as well. I will definitely return!

Worst walk in clinic of all time! Stay away! Came Friday to see a female doctor and was told by the receptionists there will be one on Saturday! Came Saturday morning and had to wait half an hour because the doctor was late. Then was told that the doctor only does tele-medicine. What a waste of my time. I don't understand why there is not a sign explaining full details of how doctors look after patients, or why the receptionist did not give out full details when I originally spoke to her. The doctors don't even do zoom calls. I am a perfectly healthy patient that needed to see a doctor in person for a personal issue. Are you even a doctor when you deny seeing patients? While waiting for my appointment to start, six more patients came, but only to be turned away! Disgusting level of care and lack of service. Furthermore, the doctor said she would send my prescription over to Rexall (next door) and never did. I had to wait half an hour after I already stated my frustration. The level of incompetence, stupidity and ignorance from the receptionist, the doctors, and owner of this location is astonishing. If any business should close it should be this walk-in clinic as they are clearly causing more harm than good. Wake up people, this is your "free" health care system in Canada!

An excellent Family Clinic. When ever I call there is someone who picks up at the other end and says that the doctor will call me back. Dr. Sangani is a wonderful person, efficient, caring and kind. I also love her sense of humour. I am so comfortable when I talk to her. She follows up on the treatment that she recommends.in this difficult situation of Covid 19, she is a shoulder to lean on. God bless her and everyone else there.

My family and I have been going to this clinic for many years, all doctors are very attentive and good, but Dr H. Sanggani is superb, her assessment skills, diagnosis and attention to detail and her treatment plan plus the compassion she shows to patients is commendable, their Indian secretary who has been there for many years, though shes worked with different doctors is always very nice and helpful, you can always depend on her to have everything ready so your wait time is minimal. She conducts everything in a professional manner and the clinic is organized because of her great interpersonal skills. Even with COVID the service they provide is impressive. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Absolutely Trash! I'm shocked that this place is still open. The receptionist and doctors are inconsiderate and ignorant like they are doing you a favor. Unprofessional to the max. Check out other people's review and you will understand what I mean. We are paying our taxes for this kinda health system. I would never go there even if I was dieing!

Their attention to patient mostly on this trying time when covid-19 has slowed down all things but still they try their best to assist you

A sign on the door said 'our waiting room is closed due to COVID' they further instructed patients to call upon arrival and then staff would follow up. In 35 degree heat they left several of us outside for over an hour. No follow up. Upon calling again, I was told they wouldnt actually be seeing anyone and then was promptly hung up on before I could say anything else.

I have been before and the doctors I have seen were great. I suspect this is a case of a massive training opportunity for the reception.

WASTE OF TIME - DON'T BOTHER. Sign on door says phone the number indicated and leave a message and then wait in your car. I did this yesterday afternoon at 2: 30 pm.and nothing. No phone call or any follow-up. Save yourself the bother and go somewhere else.

They don;t follow the posted timings. They open late and close early before the time. And wait times are very. I have had to wait at least 1 hour before seeing the doctor.

The primary goal of this clinic seems to just make money and lie to people about the wait times. They want you to come in as a walk-in patient and wait for hours because they never have more than 1 doctor working and is very slow. They close early pretty much all the time so don’t rely on their posted hours of operation. There is absolutely no customer service. The receptionist are always different which goes to show they have a high turnover rate. Seems like the doctors who own this clinic don’t care for the patient or for their staff. Horrible experience! Never ever again am I coming to this clinic. It’s better to just suffer at home rather than come here!

Dr Mahendra is my family doctor, and he listens and cares about the problems I mention.

He is available on Wednesday and some time on Sat, which is not much - which is a drawback.

I went there today (Nov 7th thursday) at 6: 15 pm and the clinic was already closed. Not sign or notice why.

Very rude. I thought I'd try this place as a walk-in because my family doc is usually off Wednesdays. Not again.

Doctors and staff are very friendly and professional. I can trust that my kids and i will be in good hands from the minute we walk in the clinic and we will always have the care and service we deserve. Thank you!

This clinic is good to visit whenever you feel not well because it has a good doctors and all are friendly and willing to help you:)
