Credit Valley Diagnostic Centre - Milton X-Ray & Ultrasound

Recently my mom had an experience of having ultrasound in this clinic, she cannot stop talking about her experience with her tech, gazall who was kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I must say employer is lucky to have her on board, who leave such positive impact on life of their customers.

My first visit to this place and definitely not my last. So lucky to have a place like this in Milton where staff is welcoming, courteous and super nice. I went to another place beforehand and there was a 3 hour wait staff was not friendly or helpful at all! Will spread the word Credit Valley Diagnostics is awesome

I have been calling since morning and the places I have called the receptionist were very very rude and seems like they are working under pressure or forcefully. I’ve never felt so comfortable and happy getting something like this done before. Everyone was so friendly and my technician was beyond lovely, personable and comforting to me. My appointment was right on time and the receptionist was very pleasant and friendly. If I ever need an ultrasound done again I will 100% only be coming here and recommending to everyone. (And they play cute animal video compilations on the tv in the waiting room. <3)

The staff, receptionists and technicians are top-notch at Credit Valley Diagnostic Centre, Milton. I have been to other places for X-rays & Ultrasound, but the staff at Credit Valley is very professional & very friendly. They make you feel at ease & comfortable when you need it most

I just received an anatomy scan earlier today at this centre. I have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about the entire experience, from very friendly ladies behind the desk, to Ghazal who actually preformed the ultrasound, it was a great experience from start to finish. They were on time for my appointment, actually a few minutes early which had never been the case at past ultrasounds at an alternative clinic, the space was clean and they had cute animal videos playing in the waiting room, truly checked all my boxes!

Ghazal was amazing, she talked me through the whole process, and kept me reassured throughout the 45+ minutes of ultrasound scans needed to get all the information about the baby. When she was able to finally tell us the gender once she called my husband into the room, she seemed genuinely happy for us to find out we are having a little girl! She also got some amazing photos of our baby girl that we have been sharing with everyone.

I am just truly upset that I didn't come to them for my previous 2 ultrasounds and settled for less than the best! I will definitely be coming back for any further ultrasounds, whether for this pregnancy or the next!

10/10 for the cleanliness, professionalism and care towards everyone. Ghazal Asif, the ultrasound operator is one of a kind, extremely professional, polite and in a nut shell, flawless. Wonderful and very friendly staff! Technicians always respectful and courteous, making sure you feel comfortable! Reception is so pleasant and always willing to help! Super clean office and rooms! Love this place! Always on time as well! Highly recommend!

All the staff for my ultrasound and x-ray were friendly and professional, including the receptionist. A nice, bright, clean facility. And they started my appointment right on time! Highly recommended.

After having a stressful and unpleasant ultrasound elsewhere, the staff at Credit Valley Diagnostic were amazing.
Right away I felt reassured by how caring and helpful the receptionist was. My ultrasound technicien was kind, professional and helped me feel calm.

I have visited this place multiple times for ultrasounds during my pregnancy. I felt very welcomed with exceptional front desk and ultrasound staffs. No wait time and prompt follow-ups. Tidy spacious interiors.

I decided to look for a new clinic after having a horrible experience at the well-established and popular diagnostic clinic (the one which is typically advertised on requisition forms from most physicians). I’m so glad that I decided to try CVDC. From the booking process to the clean facilities, to the actual scans …I’ve had such pleasant experiences. I appreciate being able to speak directly to the receptionist at the clinic rather than being routed to a central line clearly staffed in another country like that popular clinic does. One receptionist even went out of her way to help me get an urgent appointment. You are treated as an individual at CVDC and not just a number. Thank you to Ghazal and another technician whose name I didn’t get. Although technicians aren’t allowed to discuss results, there is a way to professionally communicate and have empathy with patients, so as to not leave them feeling terrible after an appointment, especially when it comes to delicate matters. I’m so glad that the technicians I’ve had at CVDC seem to have mastered that. No matter how busy your clinic may get as years go by, please keep up this great work and personable attitudes from reception to diagnostics. I wish more people knew that they aren’t required to have their tests done at that place advertised on requisitions. I’m not even sure why that type of advertisement is allowed.

I just completed a X-ray with Lisa. I would highly recommend this lab as the receptionist is very courteous. The lab is clean, ample parking and great service by Lisa the X-ray technician.

Excellent customer service (receptionist), very welcoming. The ultrasound technician (Ghazal), might have written the wring spelling sorry, very knowledgeable and experienced technician. Very polite.

Took my 4 year old for X-ray to rule out adenoids and the service was exceptional! Emma at the front desk went above and beyond and Lisa the X-ray technician was phenomenal. She took her time and walked him through the entire process with ease! I was floored by her rapport with him. Thank you for your awesome service!

I would genuinely like to recommend Ghazal, who did my trans-vaginal ultrasound yesterday with great skills that it did not hurt at all. I have had a similar ultrasound done earlier from another place where I had a terrible and painful experience, so I was very scared before this one. But Ghazal did it so carefully and slowly that it was very smooth. Thanks Ghazal!

Took my 5 yr old for a chest X-ray. We were in and out in 10 mins. X-ray tech was very accommodating and super sweet with my daughter. Guided her through the process with a lot of care and patience. Kid even got a colouring book as a “good job” at the end
