Not much of a walk in clinic, call ahead to see if they can preform what need to be done. They also said the walk in portion dosent open until 11am they informed me.

Pharmacy is excellent, doctors there are very good. Physiotherapy clinic is excellent with all her employees.

The reason why I am giving 1 Star is bacause of the very very bad service of the receptionist at the clinic. They never never pick the phone which is horrible.
Sometimes they pick the phone and don't talk. I can just hear the music or someone typing.

They keep arguing when I try to book an appointment with Dr Hadi my family doctor.
Receptionist are not professional at all!

This "doctors" office keeps calling individuals who do not have any appointments and giving private information over the phone including peoples full legal names, date of birth, and home addresses. This appears to be a new scam in Ontario + it need to stop!

Doctors are very good.
This review is for the receptionist. She called me at a very last minute and rushed me to visit in 10 mins when my appointment was after 45 mins. Once I reached there, turned out that the doctor wasn't available before my actual appointment time and I had to sit there for 40 mins. So why rush people for nothing.

Dr Maha Hadi is amazing. Quick to get an appointment and always there to help me with my medical concerns. There is a pharmacy that is directly connected to the health clinic and they too are really nice and their dispensing fees are very reasonable.
Also there is a receptionist who was sitting on the far right side who was great as well.

Dr Zandhu was very nice and helped me fix my issue. It was a walk in appt and they treated nice

We have been going to this clinic for the past 9 years and now Dr Manzoor accepted my boys as her new patient. Sukhi is the best of and always helpful and friendly.

This one star review is for a male nurse with tattoo on his arm. The nurse took my urine sample during the visit, and diagnosed me with diabetes. FYI. A nurse is not supposed to diagnose. It’s doctors job.
The conversation went like this. Nurse: “ There’s a lot of protein in your urine sample, which indicate that you might have diabetes. Your blood pressure is low, which match the symptoms of diabetes. ” Me: ” My blood pressure and blood sugar are naturally low. ” Nurse: ” There’s no point denying me. You need to mention you might have diabetes to your doctor. ”
As a matter of fact, all the result came back normal, and the reason for “protein in urine” was because I was there for an early morning appointment and didn’t have time to drink water before the visit.
If you don’t want an unqualified nurse to arbitrarily diagnose you with diabetes and gives you unnecessary pressure, stay away from that one.

I have been a patient here for years and love the clinic. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. The pharmacist Mark is wonderful and very helpful. Dr. Khan is an amazing caring family doctor and I am so thankful to have become a patient of hers at this clinic!:)

I have also been seeing Dr. Sood for over a year now who Dr. Khan referred me to as he just started working out of the clinic and I have to say he's absolutley amazing. He is kind, compassionate and caring towards his patients. He is always available if needed and very accommading as well. I am fortunate to have him as my psychiatrist. Credit Valley Health Centre is a wonderful place to be a patient at and everyone truly cares.

I have changed my rating from one to five stars. After writing a bad review, I have seen a marked improvement. Glad to see. The two doctors I have dealt with are very good.

All staff are friendly cooperative and helpful.

It is so hard to reach the doctor. Staff never pi k up the phone. Even they don't reply to the online requests. So ridiculous. No i don't have any idea that how to reach my family doctor.

Given its a doctors office the bathroom is in shambles. The soap dispenser is a regular bottle with top broken, the wipes/paper towel next to the sink were out when i was there.

The bathroom has no censors both sink and the toilet have to be manually used/flushed instead of investing in pieces that would just work based off signals like most places nowadays have.

One of the receptionist was not wearing a mask either even though she is behind a shield truly boggles my mind given the current situation atm.

I would just like to comment that DR. Khan and Dr. Sood as well as the receptionists at the clinic are all amazing individuals. The Compassion, knowledge and heart felt concern demonstrated by them for my mental/physical health has been outstanding and so supportive. You can tell they care and want to help. They are straight forward (which I appreciate) as well as professional in delivering information in a very kind manner. Anyone who needs help with their mental/physical health concerns should come here- you will promptly get the help you need.

Dr. Zando did wonders to my acne. I'd been struggling with it for a long time and a couple of visits to Dr. Zando helped clear it out!

Dr. Zando has been my family doctor for several years now. I am absolutely satisfied with her service and dedication to treating me regardless of the problem I am experiencing. She is one of those doctors who takes things seriously.

I have been a patient of Dr Kauns from the very start and feel totally blessed to be under her care and the staff that surrounds her, they truly make me feel like I am important.

I call there when I feel I have a problem and they see me right away with a smile, I am truly blessed to receive such care.

Doctor Zando has been my family physician for several years now. She is dedicated to health care and a caring family doctor. She is direct, efficient, precise and very thorough. Everyone should be this lucky with there doctor.

Everyone I’ve dealt with is professional and easy to talk to. Doctors don’t rush you and listen. Deal with your issues quickly.

We went there and waited there for an hour even though we had an appointment with Dr. Mustafa Almini, no respect for time and unprofessional service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this doctor

I just love the staff at the front desk, specially one lady (i think shes an asian) she talks so nicely seems like a bird is singing in my ears everytime i talk to her. They get back promptly for online appointment requests and always accomodate you in and call you a day before appointment to remind you, thats just extremely kind of them. Also Dr. Manzoor gives all the time and listens without any rush. I've always had good experience.

I've been here a handful amount of times & have always waited for more than an Hour. No respect for time and have even told I couldn't be seen by Dr. ZANDO as she wasn't taking anymore patients. Extremely Unprofessional and Unorganized!

My family has been with Dr. Saadia Khan for over 20 years. She listens when we talk to her and is consistently professional, kind, comforting, understanding and helpful. We can't say enough wonderful things!

The clinic has a pharmacy built in and Mark and his team are consummate professionals always willing to help in any way they can, often going above and beyond!

My family and I have been seeing Dr Saadia Khan for about 25 years now and she's always been very helpful with meeting our needs. Credit Valley Health Centre is excellent in its service and great in scheduling appointments when needed. Staff is always accommadating.

Excellent medical centre all at one location. Fabulous free parking; the best on-site pharmacy; physio centre and more medical amenities, including a walk-in clinic; great hours of operation; wonderful front desk staff and a great team of doctors. I can't say enough good things.

I have been a patient of Dr. Saadia Khan for 20 plus years. She moved locations and I gladly followed her as she is simply the best family doctor. I have not lived in Mississauga for many years, but given the great care that Dr. Saadia Khan has always provided, I choose to continue to come to her for her expertise. She and her staff at the Credit Valley Health Centre are always courteous and accommodating. Dr. Saadia Khan has always been very approachable and kind when I have been sick and in need of medical attention. She is a very effective communicator, a true professional and an excellent doctor. I consider myself extremely lucky to have such an amazing doctor.

This is where my wife's doctor's office is and she recommended an ultrasound at the Lab. This was our first ultrasound for our new baby, meant to be a special day until the tech (with eastern European accent) who was doing the ultrasound was rude (treating us like illierate) and entire thing felt so rushed. COMPASSION IS FUNDAMENTAL TO HEALTHCARE WHICH OUR EXPERIENCE CLEARLY LACKED.

I've been a patient over 10 years and I cannot say enough about this clinic. I'm always welcomed with a friendly smile from both Shuki and Elena. Their always so helpful and accommodating. I trust Dr. Khan with my entire family and was so grateful that she could help my mom while visiting here in Canada.

I have been going to this Health Centre for many years and I certainly am very happy with the way the staff present themselves, run the clinics they have there and with the Doctor's I have seen at that location. All are friendly and attentive to what your needs are. The staff are good in relating information to and from the patient and the doctor on a timely basis. I have no reservation referring someone to this clinic.

As there are two Drs. Saadia Khan in Mississauga, this review is meant for Dr. Saadia Naseer Khan at the Credit Valley Health Centre location. Reading some of the negative reviews, it is with great doubt that they are intended for this wonderful physician who has CONSISTENTLY delivered care in a professional, knowledgeable, ethical and compassionate manner, both for myself and my husband for over the past 20 years. She has been a great source of support when I have been ill and very thorough in her approach in getting to the root of my medical issues of concern. She does not hesitate to make necessary referrals to specialists as needed and in a timely manner. She shows much integrity in that she keeps her word in getting back to me with follow up and with guidance. She truly is an authentic, caring and honest person whose qualities are reflected in the exceptional care that she has always provided to my husband and me. I fully trust her and her medical judgment without hesitation.

Dr. Khan is very thorough and one of the best Family Doctor's around. I enjoy going to this clinic because everyone in the front office is friendly and effecient, I also appreciate the fact that they have their own blood lab on location if you happen to need blood work.

I have been a patient of Dr. Khan for her entire career. My mother/sister are also patients of hers. The staff are the best that I have ever seen. They get to you quickly. If you are a bit early for your appointment, they will see you as quickly as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone searching for a very competent doctor or clinic.

The front desk staff are always so polite, kind and willing to help. The nursing staff are all so sweet and gentle with my children especially when it comes to vaccinations. Dr. Khan is very professional, she will always take the time to listen to my concerns and never makes me feel rushed. I also find it extremely convenient that they have a paediatrician on staff that we can see when needed. Yes, sometimes there is a wait, but for good reason it’s because the doctors genuinely care about their patient’s health and do not rush through appointments.

My family doctor works there and I booked an appt to see her at 4pm on June 28. I called to confirm the appt the day before, nobody picked up the phone and mailbox was full. I arrived 10 mins before 4pm and waited almost two hours. I asked the receptionist and she said that everybody had an appt. What a liar! The walk-in clinic was open and the only doctor there was my family doctor and how could everybody have an appt?
I started talking to a mom who took her daughter to see the doctor with an appt. She was telling me that she suspected that the front desk people do NOT pick up call, hence she went out and called the doctor office in her car, and of course, it went straight to voicemail. What a bunch of liars working in a doctor's office! They should really all be fired, they have no customer service, no manner and no passion for the job at all. Worst office worker ever. One star is a stretch, I wish there is a minus two stars option.

Both of my children see Dr. Khan, she is a fantastic doctor who truly cares about her patients. She has never made us feel silly as first time parents asking lots of questions. When needed she has referred us to the paediatrician in the clinic which is extremely convenient. We also find that the staff is very helpful and the nurses are great with kids. The pharmacist within the clinic is great as well.

Dr. Khan has been my family doctor for last 23 years. I feel very comfortable sharing any issues with her and I am completely satisfied with her diagnosis and clinic's services. The clinic staff is very friendly and polite. I haven't been there for walk-ins but for appointments there is hardly any waiting time. So I having nothing but good things to say about my visits and experiences.

Called twice during business hours, nobody answered the phone and no option to leave a message. I suppose everybody was so busy there taking care of patients so they don't have to wait 2.5 hrs to see a doctor. Patient care definitely not on their list at all.

Booked an appt and had to take time off work to go. Arrived and was told tjat there are no doctors and thr clinic is closed.what the hell will they book and not tell you that yhe office is closed.what kind of f Service is this?

Dr. Khan and all the stall at Credit Valley Heath Center are my second family.the service is excellent, they are always ready to help you.

Dr. Zando and all of the staff here are TRULY AMAZING. This is one of the best clinics we have ever had the privilege of being a part of. My Husband was a patient of Dr Zando's first. Credit Valley Hospital was not able to diagnose a very serious face infection my husband had, one visit to Dr. Zando and she knew immediately by taking one look at him exactly what the infection was and cleared it up within days. Once I saw her kind, compassionate, caring mannerism I asked her to be my Family Doctor as well. She is extremely professional and thoughtful. We had no idea how difficult it was finding a new Family Doctor we knew right away we wanted Dr. Zando right after meeting her. I have never walked into a clinic and felt so welcomed by all the staff at that clinic, the Pharmacist is an outstanding person as well. The front desk staff treat us like they have known us forever. Exceptional staff all the way round. I would highly highly recommend Dr. Zando and this clinic.we just love them

It’s unfortunate to have to rate this place one star. I have had great experiences with the doctors here but the wait time is just absolutely unreasonable (with an appointment and a calls ahead of leaving!).

I work only 8 mins away and I call every time before I leave for my appointment. I am always told that there is one person ahead of me and that I should leave. However, EVERY SINGLE time i magically end up waiting for over an hour, when I could have been at work working.

One time, I called in to make an appointment with my family doctor and was told that there were no available appointments for 3 weeks. I was then advised to go to the walk-in clinic. I asked to change family doctors then because I did not want to keep seeing different doctors (I already had to use a walk in clinic doctor in the past because mine was not available) and I was told that I was not allowed.

This place would be great if the front desk actually 1. Answered the phone all the time & 2. Actually gave you the CORRECT information. This is a complete disregard for your time.

I called the clinic this morning after being referred here by a friend. I was told that Dr. Zando was seeing walk in patients today but was running late. She was supposed to be at the clinic for 10am but told the staff that she would be there at 11am instead. I arrived at the clinic at 11am and registered as a new patient. Dr. Zando did not show up until PAST 11.20am. She saw me around 11.50 am. She came into the room and asked me why I was there and what my concern was. She dismissed my chief complaint as being normal and when I told her I was having other symptoms such as fatigue she replied with "What do you mean you are tired? I'm tired as well". Right after she asked me about my chief complaint her computer froze and she couldn't do her dictation. She told me that she can't type and that she needed to restart her computer. Then she went on to tell me again that there was nothing wrong with me. I told her that this was not normal and the problem just started a couple of weeks ago when I was fasting. She responded with "I have no idea how you guys even fasted. I fasted 2 days and I had to stop. " She then asked me to have a seat on the bed but didn't start her examination before insulting me again by telling me that I was taking up too much of her time (Let me remind you that she spent 5 minutes rebooting her computer). I told her that if she was too busy I would just go somewhere else. She then went on to tell me that because of me all her other patients were cancelling their appointments. Dr. Zando maybe your patients are cancelling their appointments because you showed up to the clinic over an hr late and because you are rude and incompetent. Another tip for you Dr Zando, try putting away your phone during your shift. Overall a very bad experience and very unprofessional Dr. Would never advise anyone to go this clinic unless they want to be disrespected.

I made an appointment for today. The receptionist did not acknowledge my presence at the counter. She literally said “do you like have a name? ” I was speechless. I said I am here for an appointment. She said with who? I said with a doctor. I don’t know the name since it’s my first appointment. I don’t have a family doctor and I am searching for one. She said with like a medical doctor? Umm, yes, this is a health clinic? Duh!

After waiting for a hour, I met with the doctor. Dr. Iram Zando has made me realize how foolish the medical professionals are this day in age. It’s truely an unfortunate truth that we have people like her that take care of the sick. She is rude, arrogant and disrespectful. I understand doctors are busy. But, when a patient is in front of you, don’t keep staring the fact that you are busy. The only thing made very cleared at my visit today was that doctors get paid too less in Canada. Please do not go to this clinic.

Horrible service. On multiple occasions we have tried seeing the doctor during the walk in hours, 10-2 on Saturdays, but multiple times the doctor has left at or before 1. They claim that unless you have an appointment the doctors leave if there are no patients at that time. This is a contradicting statement as we called yesterday to book an appointment just in case we run into this same situation but were advised that they cannot book appointments during walk in hours. If my wife was not happy with her family doctor, I would definitely suggest switching. A useless 60 minute trip. Waste of time, money, and unnecessary uncomfort.
