Love my medical team always have had great care at this hospital. Just give yourself lots of time to find parking. It is a very busy lot. If you are in the main hospital, try the lot to the south. Not quite as busy.

It's a medical building with mainly specialized doctors residing there on 4 floors only negative part is parking and cost especially for people who have disabilities and it's next door to Credit Valley Hospital

Always a challenge to find a park - expensive. Allow at least 15 mins. Before appointment to find park and walk to the right department.

Medical office building right next door to credit valley hospital. There is diagnostic imaging, x ray and a blood lab in the basement. Small cafe in the lobby. Parking is limited and shared with the hospital. Costs an arm and a leg!

Building full of speciality clinics. Parking is a issue so park on right side Dedicated parking. Not much help available if you forget which floor or office you are visiting.

Restrooms are pretty disgusting considering it's a medical building there should be a little bit more care taken into cleaning the bathrooms

CLEAN AND ACCESSIBLE. PARKING PROBLEMS. ELEVATOR AND STAIRS. QUIET AND EASY TO FIND OFFICES. MEDICAL BUILDING NOT EASY TO FIND ON ADDRESS UNTIL YOU WALK AROUND HALF AN HOUR AND ASK AROUND. STILL MADE IT IN TIME.

Why do we have to pay for parking here? You are sick, hurt or whatever and you get gouged for the privilege of parking? There must be a better way to grab the last dollar out of your fingers. Can't a bank pay for parking like they pay for free luggage carts at the airport? Paying for parking is a massive rip off!

Parking structure had lots of parking available, lots of hand sanitizer stations, great coffee and snacks on 1st floor Cafe and doctors office followed strick COVID-19 protocols

Went to Life lab for blood work up without an appointment as I thought I can do walk in. I was fasting for the last 12hrs. A phollipino lab person told me rudely that we don't attend patients without an appointment. I told her that I'm fasting for the last 12 hrs but she refused to take my blood sample. I think people should show some courtesy in healthcare field and on humanitarian grounds.

Very well with professional staff and warm welcoming and support indeed.
Was very much appreciating all.

One if my doctors is here. She and staff are great. My biggest complaint is you need to allow at least 45 minutes to find parking at this location. Its terrible.
