I had wisdom tooth surgery with Dr So. It was fast and not feel anything while in surgery.

All staff are very courteous and the service is professional. It is hard to find a competent dentist and Dr. Ferreira exceeded my expectation.

Creditview dental has been my dental place for about 10 years now and I have always had an amazing experience. Thank you to everyone for always taking care of my teeth and looking out for my comfort during each cleaning and filling procedure!

Unbelievable experience with Dr. So with the extraction of my wisdom teeth. Did not feel a thing and the process was over almost instantly, I was extremely anxious going into this but the Dr and nurses reassured that it’s a quick process. Absolutely loved hearing Dr. So singing along to the music, made my day. Thank you for the service that you provide

Terrible experience! The machine had technical difficulties at the beginning of my tooth extraction and it stopped in the middle of the surgery. It should be the duty of the staff to check the functionality of the machinery prior to any procedure, and calling the technician in the middle of the pause in surgery and leaving a message is highly unprofessional. I appreciate the work of Dr. Kaplan but strongly advise the management to fix their equipment prior to surgery.

I've had bad experiences at dentist offices previously and chose to go to Dr. Kaplansky after he took care of my son's teeth. He and his staff seem efficient, accommodating, and kind.

DR. Anna and her assistant are so great with my two young girls. I highly recommend and also never leave reviews but felt this was a MUST.

My first trip to Creditview Dental is because I had a sudden pain in my tooth and this clinic is the closest to where I live. It was an excellent visit. The place is very clean and the staff are very professional and super nice. The cost is regular. I decided to consider them as my primary dental service provider. I recommend them without any hesitations.

Absolutely no wait time, friendly and informative Hygienist did my teeth cleaning. She seemed to have a lot of knowledge and experience. Met the dentist as well due to a couple of issues I was having, and she was able to refer me to an Endodontist for one of the issues, and give me welcome feedback on the other.

I haven't been to CreditView in a long time due to living far away but I've always had a positive experience there. The negative reviews stating that the positive reviews are fake is completely false. How would they even know. I actually had a very negative esperience with a different dentist when I lived in Cambridge that I insisted on driving the distance just to see Dr. Kaplansky. He fixed the mistakes made by the previous dentist. The office also allowed me to pay through a payment plan.

My experience at the office was great! I’m not a big fan of the dentist especially during these uncertain times: Shehneela my hygienist knows exactly how to make me feel comfortable and safe. She very gently and informative

It has been always a Ggggrrreat experience when visiting the clinic - from the moment you walk in hearing greetings from Toni to Dr. Aliki and Dr. Ana, and Dental Hygienist Shehneela (the best Hygienist ever!). Dr. Kaplansky is an excellent doctor. My husband and I have been patients at credit view dental for 4 years now. Dr. Kaplansky has always taken excellent care of our dental health.the hygienists and the administrative staff are also very friendly, professional and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Kaplansky and his team!

I went to go see Dr kaplansky for a very minor cavity few years ago and I expected to have a filling done. He convinced me to get a root canal because supposedly the cavity was close to the nerve and could cause harm to my tooth. I went ahead and got the root canal done as per his suggestion. He then recommended that I get a crown. I left dr kaplansky and went to see a new dentist who reviewed the X ray taken before and after the root canal by Dr kaplansky. The dentist I went to confirmed with me that root canal was not necessary based on the image. Dr kaplansky obviously didn’t care about treating the real problem, he was looking out for his pockets and a way to over bill my insurance. Be careful of this dentist.

Dr. Kaur at Creditview Dental is the best dentist in Mississauga! She truly cares about the health and well-being of her patients and she goes above and beyond to be responsive to their needs. COVID-19 has been challenging for many offices and sectors but Creditview dental still found away to place patients first. Thank you Dr. Kaur!

This clinic just care about the money, and extend the problem and sent the maximize bill to insurance, is perfect for them if you 2 insurance, doctor Brian is rude. Money Hungry, don’t want to answer any question. The root canal procedures he process for make me on pain more than 2 week, he not even care. Thanks god, I find out the other dentist after to cover he mess.

I have been visiting Creditview Dental for many years and I have had nothing but amazing experiences. Recently Dr. Kaplansky worked on a bridge installation and I must say it looks great. I can fully smile again without holding myself back and has given me a boost of confidence. The procedure was virtually painless, and Dr. Kaplansky really took special care in installation of my bridge and various crowns before that. I'd recommend Creditview dental to anyone looking for a complicated procedure or just basic hygiene.

Dont be fooled by the fake five star reviews. This place doesnt even deserve a one star. The whole team is a fraud. My experience was very bad. Starting with the receptionist the white lady she is so racist. She said some thing which were so offense and racist. These people do insurance frauds. Even the dental hygenist and the dentist do the treatments that are not required. All they care is money "period". They have no respect for their patients. The healthcare authorities should close this place and cancel their licenses. Forsure im gonna lodged a complaint against these pathetic people. Shame on you all.

Amazing team, the staff is friendly, professional and kind. My dentist is everything you could ask for in a dentist, she is professional, knowledgeable and gentle when she's working on you. I am one of those people who cringe every time I have to get a procedure done, filling or otherwise and she makes my visits very smooth and unbothered. My hygienist is the best, I fall asleep in her chair all the time. You should visit.

I have been to dental offices all throughout Mississauga and this dental office stands out the most to me simply because of their professionalism and care for my sensitive teeth! I got 2 fillings and I came out smiling it sounds crazy and a bit corny but I was seen by the woman dentist and she’s amazing!

Dr Divaris at Creditview dental is INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend her enough. Having bad dental anxiety and moving from Montreal, I was petrified of going to the dentist in Toronto. Becoming Dr Divaris' patient has changed how I feel about going to the dentist! I started visiting her when she worked downtown, and she was so amazing that I now go all the way to Mississauga to be her patient! She is so gentle when filling cavities (getting needles has never been more painless). She is kind, precise and informative. Not to mention her bedside manner is amazing! Aside from filling cavities, she also did aesthetic bonding and changed my smile and gave me so much confidence. 10/10 would recommend this wonderful doctor any day of the week! If you're not Dr Divaris' patient, you are missing out!

I had an extreme fear of the Dentist. I had not been since I was 18 years old. 14 years later it had caught up with me. I was so incredibly nervous and in pain.

Dr. K and his team put me completely at ease. He is nothing but professional, approachable and a good natured Dr. He and His team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and give me a confident smile back.

Highly recommended! They take great care of my family's dental health, in a friendly, comfortable and professional way! Dr. Divaris is very knowledgeable and highly skilled, doing fillings in a pain free and calming manner. My wife & I have been regular visitors to this clinic. Initially we were very happy with the services, but of late we are totally unhappy with the services provided by Dr. Divaris. The last two fillings we had have already come off for both of us and it's not been even been 2 months since our last filling. My wife was even told she wasn't taking care of her filling! The last time she got a filling was 5 years ago from another dentist and it was good all these years so we are really shocked with Divaris' reasoning! On top of this my wife was told to reschedule her appointment because she was 10 mins late. There have been times when we waited for almost an hour for our appointment and we never complained. This is totally unprofessional and we will never come again and we don't recommend others to go here as well.

Dr. Brian Kaplansky was a great dentist. I was scheduled to have a root canal and he made me feel like I was just having a cleaning. His dental office had a relaxing view of the sea and the beach and it was my first time to try a massage dental chair which was awesome. They even provided a headset so you can relax while the procedure was being done. It was the least stressful root canal I've ever had! Thanks to Dr. Kaplansky and his team.:)

Battling clinical depression and anxiety for over 12 years now, you naturally ready yourself to be brow beaten and blamed. Never has my struggle been so quickly validated and empathized with.

I was terrified thinking I would require surgery with the damage that had been done over the years. But I was assured that it wasn't as bad as I feared, and that they could save my smile.

Just four quick and painless visits later, and I can talk and smile without fear of showing my teeth. To say this has positively impacted my self esteem and outlook on life would be an understatement, and I truly thank them for that.

Dr Kaplanski will ruin your good teeth. They did lots of dental filling for me; my wife was scheduled for many more. I got a second opinion and she required none. My wife was given a rinsing solution that was for extreme case of gum disease which the other doctor said was way overkill. Should have checked RateMd before, many have similar experience like me. This doctor is punctual by the minute but that's the only good thing I can say about him.

Great dental practice! Hygienist Anna is great and knowledgeable. Had to get some fillings replaced and dr. K did a great job of making me comfortable! The massage chair helps!

"DR. " Brian Kaplansky is a butcher. My wife went to get fillings done and two weeks later she is still in a lot of pain. This "doctor" cant even do a tooth filling properly without harming his patients. Stay away from this place!

Cant say much about Dr. Kaplansky as I havnt had any procedures done by him yet. But I am very impressed with Dr. Darren Kaplan and hygienist Anna. They are very kind, knowledgeable and caring! They actually listen to the patient and give honest opinions. Anna was so gentle and nice during my teeth cleansing appointment and Dr Darren is very experienced in wisdom tooth removal, got my wisdom tooth extracted here and didnt feel a thing!
however, i do agree with some of the negative reviews here. They do tend to overcharges you, and the receptionists are not the nicest. They are super nice when it comes to $$ but have so much attitude when you want to reschedule an appointment since they schedule you in the wrong time! Was a patient of here for 2 years but not coming back.

Creditview Dental office provided good service to me and my wife, but they are very money hungry, meaning that they extend the issue to make business. A problem that needs one visit may take them several visits, jut to make money. More over, although we have full dental coverage, and never paid a penny for dental services in other dental offices for many years, they issued us a statement after several months asking us to pay the difference between their service change and what the insurance has paid them. They never told us for several months that they are accumulating a balance for us. This is not but robbery. I don't recommend this office to anybody.

I felt extremely rushed at this place. They have a lot of clientele and because of that I find they don't spend enough time addressing your concerns. Given that I am someone who feels highly anxious at the dentist office, I prefer someone who makes me feel comfortable and informed of what is being done to me.
