What kind of medical professionals answer their phones with such disrespect and lack of care. The people calling here are in need of compassion and assistance not someone who answers the phone “yeah can I help you”

If you are not wanting to serve your community maybe think of a different career path

Would not recommend this doctors office for any reasons

I have been coming to this clinic for the past 10 years & now I think it's time to look elsewhere. The doctors are great, but the front desk staff are the absolute worst! When you try to call, they put you on hold for the longest time, & truth be told, when you go to the clinic, there's hardly anyone there, so I wonder what they're busy with. They are also extremely inefficient (even the new staff). They were supposed to fax my referral last week, so I called to get an update this week, & it's still not been faxed! How ridiculous is this!

The front desk service is absolutely horrible. My doctor has always been amazing but getting through to the front desk isn’t even worth it. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for services.

Even if Dr. Gorwil moved half way around the world, I’d still want her to be my family doctor. Thanks for everything you do for me)

Always a pleasure to be at the clinic.
The staffs are always welcoming and pleasant. The not so nice staffs are no longer there.

Soooo bad experience in this clinic. I will never come back there again and would advice everyone to not visit this clinic. The maximum advice they can tell you is" be patient ".

Wait Time to schedule an appointment more then 30 minutes.
It hard to get appointment as no one has time to hold for that long. Everyone work and can’t ne on the phone that long!
Then Dr Pinto give mix up information that makes Patient waste their time
My toddler was diagnose with asthma by doctor at credit valley when we took my son to emergency multiple times. When I told doctor pinto she kept saying he doesn’t have asthma and treated me like I was making this up and wouldn’t sign referral form for the specialist to see my son. Finally another doctor from her office sing form as she went on vacation and didnt sign my son’s form.
The specialist got to see him and told he has asthma. If i would of push for those form to be signed. I wonder what would of happen to my son.
Good thing now my son is on good hand with the specialist. Not thanks to Dr pinto.
There is one employee there that walk around with attitude and arrogance. Treat patience with so much disrespect.
There another one I sent email and she couldn't open and in covid times she asked me to drop it off.
The service would never change because they know its the system. But if this was customer service business they would gone out of business long time ago.
As people wouldn’t put up with arrogance or lack of assistance.
** the only person who does her job well and has been the only one that has helped out when the other didnt care to help was Pina. Has experience and Knowlaged and very helpful.

Absolutely impossible to get through to them by phone. No body picks up the phone you're constantly on hold for over 20 minutes if you're even lucky enough for it to ring through.

Not sure who's running this mess but the time has come for them to review service issues, procedures and staff! Oh, and maybe, just maybe.get with the program and set up a voicemail system to support your clients who can't wait on hold for 20+ minutes. REALLY? !?

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to the office and when you do, it's waiting another 20 minutes minimum! I don't understand the disconnect, we have an amazing doctor but the pain of getting an appointment or call back or referral is ridiculous! YOU NEED MORE STAFF!

I am a patient here for over ten years now. The only issue I am having is it is hard to get in touch with the stuff. The pharmacy sending request yo them for my medicine and it is over a week no respond at all.email or phone no one answer.

Can never make an appointment because nobody ever picks up the phone. No option to book anything online either.

Dr. Pinto is wonderful - can't say enough of the great care she provides for me and my family. My own grown children, and their children.my grandchildren are well taken care of. The office staff are efficient and helpful!

I have been a patient here since the early 2000’s. The doctors are TERRIFIC. It’s the Reception staff that turns me off. The phone line is ALWAYS busy. Can never get through. When I do, it constantly rings until they pick up and put me on hold. This has been an ongoing problem for years. I can’t stress enough, how horribly long it takes to get someone on the other line, or even just a dial tone.

I wish I could attach a photo of my call log. It has 20+ dials.

Also worth stating. A few of the front staff (not all) are very sarcastic & rude. Can’t have a conversation, or ask a question without being sassy.

Dr Gorwill has been our family doctor for 27 years. She is caring, compassionate and has been very helpful with my many issues. We are lucky to have her as our doctor.
Her staff and the front desk are very efficient in a hectic medical environment. We appreciate them so much.

The reception staff at creditview medical are incompetent. I could list a million issues as far as booking appointments to a blood test result showing they care so much by having them sigh directly to you on the phone for trying to book an appointment (especially the male receptionist), or trying to get a call back because results have been sent back to them (My wife had blood work done on a Friday at lifelabs which publishes their receiving date and time for the blood and the date and time the doctors get the results back online for me to view. The male receptionist informed my wife who called on the Monday for her results (normal results take 24 hours) that it could take up to a another week to get the results back. Tonight (Wednesday) I logged onto lifelabs to see that creditview medical received the results back on Monday afternoon. What a joke. My wife had a medical issue affecting her 3 times a minute and was waiting on these results. We still have not received a call back from our doctor who we love. This reception staff is incredibly lazy, and cares very little about any patient. Normally the male receptionist turns it over to Pina who is 10X worse. Any time we have to deal with her its feels like a fight when we are just trying to get care.

I've been a patient at this office since a newborn, I still am a patient here and its AWFUL. Im looking for a new office. The doctors are extremely uninterested in your issues and are ALWAYS at least 45mins late on appointments. The male receptionist has an attitude at all times, and Pina has always been extremely rude and unapproachable. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone, and I avoid going to there at all costs unless extremely urgent! I go to the walk in clinic before I make appointments here.

I scheduled my first appointment at Creditview Medical and was treated very rudely by the receptionist at the front desk. Firstly, I was misinformed of the date of my appointment and took time off work to attend. Then I was given a lot of attitude when I showed up and was told "we don't have you booked for today and we're not squeezing you in". When I tried to ask him for a reschedule, i was made to feel like it was a huge ask and burden to look for another time. Once a date was suggested, I asked if it there was an availability for an appointment after 4: 30, i was cut off and told those timings were reserved for emergencies only. I'm not quite sure what constitutes an emergency. However, even if that is the case, I feel the whole experience could have been handled a lot more professionally. I don't feel comfortable ever coming back and it's a shame because I never even had a chance to meet the doctor.

I have been a patient at this medical office for approximately four years. I am always impressed with the people like Chris and Darlene who person the front desk. They are efficient and yet very kind and patient and play a key role in making your visits feel welcoming and just as important as the next person. Thankyou for all you do.

So 2 weeks ago, i called them to ask for prescription but they kept saying "please hold" and they let me to wait for more than 10 minutes. Then i went to their clinic and the lady told me "the appointments for doctor rafla are full. Do you want me to give you a prescription using the fax? " So I agreed then i went to the rexall pharmacy and waited for 15 minutes for the process (forgot the whole process) and they told me to go back to the clinic so i did. So the lady in the clinic told me "i will just call you if rafla accepted the fax" so for the whole day i waited, they didn't called me so i did not drink medicine for whole day too. I did not went to any walk-in clinic because thats what the doctor wants i don't want to upset her and i did not have time to go somewhere else too because of school assignments. If they don't accept this review, well.i will just say they have the best health care in the world for the sake of their shame.

I love my Doctor but the desk staff, especially the one female receptionist, are terrible. It's nearly impossible to get through to book an appointment and when you do finally get through you are greeted with attitude and unprofessionalism. I gave 3 stars because Dr. Gorwill is awesome. Such a busy clinic and only 1 person answering the phone and checking in patients is not how you accomodate your patients.

Very unprofessional and rude support staff. I will never recommend this clinic to any one. Front office should be trained how to deal with patients.
