Suggestion: New receptionist is way better then previous staff but please consider some customer service aspect of the business as well

I have been going to Creditview Optical for last 15 years and have always got my prescription glasses from here they are very supportive and provide friendly service

Doctor Choksi: Is very knowledgeable doctor he takes his time during the test and explain all the result, complication or condition. He answer all our question and take time to listen.

My wife had a pair of glasses that needed to be repaired, but we were moving to Toronto from Halifax, and this optical place was able to receive the repaired glasses and fit them to an old pait of frames. Very good service and fast.

I had a fantastic experience at Creditview Optical! My wife and I went there for an eye exam, and we were pleasantly surprised. Dr. Choksi, the optometrist, was not only knowledgeable but also patient, friendly, and informative. He explained my vision issues in a way that was easy to understand. We also found the perfect frames and were delighted to receive them ahead of schedule. We are absolutely thrilled with our glasses and wholeheartedly recommend Creditview Optical. We just walk in and ask for repair quoting of my broken glasses. They are very friendly and try to fix my glasses temporary free of charge. They are so nice. Now I can wear my glasses now.

Great customer service and Swati is always great to deal with. She is very knowledgeable, take extreme care in finding the perfect pair of glasses for you, ensure that the measurements are precise and fit well depending on your style. One time, we even had to order special type of glasses for our teenage son and we are very happy. Our family goes to this store always and they have great prices too. Management is also very friendly.

Came here to but some glasses. Great customer service! Helped me to find what's the best fit for me! Even went above and beyond to let me try a lot of their glasses and still so patient and accommodating! 2 thumbs up!

Amazing place to buy glasses. Customer service was brilliant they take care of all your needs.

Arrived at 5: 40pm on a Friday. Store was closed. Sign on the door says they are open until 6pm. I guess they treat opening times as optional suggestions.

The doctor who did my eye exam is amazing, been going here for few years now and never a problem! Swati always hooks up the frames for me and will always be coming back

Unfortunately staff is so rude and not welcoming gesture, if you buy glasses from them then happy if ask for prescription then rude.
