Creek View Dental - Dr. Jason McNamee & Associates

Very excited to go to this Dentist after Abby the receptionist assured me that they would support my medical choices and not put any fluoride products into my body. When I arrived for my appointment ten minutes early with all my paperwork filled out they still made me wait 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and never mentioned “we will be with you shortly” or anything of the sort.

My hygienist was Rachel and she was nice until she made me wait 15 for my appointment and started questioning my beliefs and medical choices regarding fluoride. Questioning someone’s choices is condescending and not supportive. So many medical interventions have been proven harmful with time. There is so much biased scientific research.

The Dentist is a very nice guy and does great work! He offers discounts for patients with no insurance. He is not out to rip you off like other dentists. Highly recommend him.

I filled out the survey with my concerns and no one contacted me to smooth things out.

Also, I phoned and left a message a couple weeks later to cancel my wife’s appointment and move my kid to that appointment and no one phoned me back. I phoned them back a week later and they said they cancelled the appointment and gave the appointment to someone else. I said that is not what I asked you to do. You were supposed to put my son in that appointment. Fully booked for months so have to find a new place.

All my experiences have been good at this dental office and Rachelle in particular is great. She's punctual, friendly and asks questions to get to know her patients better.

Wonderful dentist makes u at ease great staff highly recommend I've always feared the dentist up to Dr macnamee very professional but kind as well first time I've never dreaded going to dentist

Best staff I have ever dealt with in a dental clinic. Rachel is so pleasant to talk with and always does a great job, and Doc. Jay is great too, very thorough.

Excellent service and care and the dentist is really funny. They did really great work including the hygienist.

The best dental office around! Dr McNamee and Staff are incredibly pleasant easy to talk with regarding any dental concerns and extremely knowledgeable. If your looking for a new dental office this is it!

I had the distinct pleasure to visit Dr. McNamee and his lovely staff today.
I was in pain, had no appointment, they hustled me in and completed what I'm sure was the most amazing extraction ever!
They never cease to amaze but today was especially exceptional.

I have been with Dr. McNamee for over 10 years that I decided to commute to St. Catherine's just to keep him as our dentist. He makes my children feel at ease that they always look forward to their next appointment. Dr. McNamee takes his time to explain everything. The front desk are always kind and accommodating. Their PPE practice during covid19 is so safe, I watched the front desk disinfect as people left. I highly recommend!

Friendly staff and exceptional service. Dr. McNamee is a very down to earth and professional dentist, and the dental hygienists that worked on my teeth were awesome. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, and the reception staff are super friendly. Not exactly what you experience in a typical clinic. I highly recommend Creekview)

This is not my usual dentist as I had an urgent appointment. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the the polite and friendly staff. They are an example of excellent customer service, on time and absolutely professional. Dr. J was very nice and explained things plainly and made me feel at ease. I've never felt more comfortable and at ease going to the dentist. Right from the moment you walk in, the front desk welcomes you with a smile knowing exactly who you are and even asks about how other family members are doing since their last visit.
Everyone is approachable, fun, and inclusive.
Dr. McNamee is very calm and intelligent and its always a pleasure to see him. Special shout out to Jill who is an absolute sweetheart of a dental hygienist that I always look forward to seeing!

As a dental technician I work with a lot of dentists. From professional point of view from the work that we have done together, Dr. J has some of the best work/cases I've had the pleasure of doing. If anyone is looking for good solid dentist, I would recommend him as your dentist. When you visit the office, you are greeted by Ashley and Nicole who are happy to take care of your needs. Super friendly! Highly recommend!

I went to visit Creek View Dental about a week ago. The staff is incredible!
Nichole, has such a great personality and a very contagious smile. She made me feel so comfortable in her chair, she calmed my nervous down.
The girl that cleaned my teeth (Aaron?) was so amazing! Very chatty, in a good way. Got my mind on other things instead of being at the dentist office. She was very professional, and knows exactly what she is talking about.
Ashley, she is at the front desk. She welcomed me in with a big warm smile and talked to me before they brought me to the back. She is so friendly and very pleasant to be around. At the end of my appointment she had everything settled for me regarding my insurance and my next appointments.
You can tell that this group really loves where they work and what they are doing!

Honestly, these guys get it. As you walk in your immediatly greeted by the nicest receptionist/dental assistants I've met, they make jokes and generally treat you like family, which (I'm not one) makes it way easier for people who are scared of dentists. They are flexible and very willing to help if you'll ask for it.

The dentist himself is wonderful with a voice of honey (the description I've been given by over 4 different people now). He talks you through exactly what's going on and is gentle.

I believe they offer payment plans if insurance is an issue and they are considerate of those without insurance.

Honestly, unless I have to move, and I mean far, I don't plan on changing dentists again.

Nicole, Ashley, Jill and the rest of the staff are great. It so nice to be greeted with a smile. Service is great from cleanings all the way to fantastic work done by Dr McNamee. The whole team goes above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience. If you are looking for a dentist this is the one.
