The gelato was good, the service was not- I’d advise to go somewhere your business is appreciated and experience isn’t soured by the employees.

Fantastic creamy gelato with lots of non dairy options. Fruit flavors are so fresh and vivid! Dairy is sourced locally. So delicious I'm impressed every time I go back!

There is no other place in Burlington for Gelato. Do not accept any other substitutes! I love their flavours and the quality is superb. As someone Asian who loves her black sesame, their black sesame gelato is on point & better than what I can get at Asian purveyors, believe me, I've tried many! Flecks of just enough seeds and rich flavour.

My other fav place is a long standing place in Toronto and I was very happy to not have to make the trek anymore!

The atmosphere was great, food was fantastic and had excellent customer service from the staff. Thanks again for the dinner!

The quality of ingredients seems good. It's not Italian quality gelato, but our cones were fresh and tasty, and not overly sweet. Serving sizes could be a wee bigger for the price. I've tried all the ice cream places near Spencer Park and this is probably the place I'd most likely return.

Came here for the first time for the gelato. OMGGG it was so creamy and full of flavour!
We had a medium Ferro rocher & salted caramel, cold brew & roasted almond/fig (yummmy), and the last one was mango & coconut. Apparently, the mango had the best mango flavour ever! Personally, I loved the cold brew and roasted almond/fig. The gelato was the creamiest gelato that we have ever had! This place has nowhere to sit but you can sit on the bench on the sidewalk. It is so nice to eat your gelato outside while people watching on a gorgeous summer night! WE WILL BE BACK!

Just like in Italy, fresh and creamy! The classic pistachio and hazelnut favors did not disappoint. The staff was also super friendly and kind:)

This is EXCELLENT, authentic gelato, made in-house by the owners themselves.

One of the best ways to test a Gelateria (an establishment that sells Italian ice cream) is to try what is arguably one of the most traditional gelato flavors in history - Pistachio. (There are even different styles of pistachio, “traditional style” being the best).

It should be light green in hue, and caress your tastebuds with that deliciously subtle and utterly unique pistachio flavor.

If a gelateria can make a good pistachio, then they know what they are doing! This is one of those places.

Other great traditional “test flavors” are hazelnut (or “Nocciola”), and Bacio (a combination of chocolate and hazelnut).

Okay, seriously, if you're reading this, stop, and just go get it. Absolutely insane

Awesome ice cream. Never had sour cherry before in ice cream form but man it is just like having fresh picked cherries from a tree.
And the hazelnut with the Ferrero Roche mmmmmm

The top spot for gelato in the city, and contender for the whole of the GTA. An authentic, quality product with a stable of classic and rotating flavours.

This is the best gelato place in Burlington! The staff were very nice to us and gave us gelatos at an affordable price. I chose the Mozart and Mango flavour and they (in my opinion) are a great combo! I will definitely come back here to this store again!

There is no shortage of Gelato and Ice creme shops in downtown Burliglngton but this is one worth trying, while not the cheapest it is deffinatly one of the best.

Hands down the best gelato I’ve tried in Burlington, Oakville and Toronto and I’ve tried a lot of places. Love all the flavours.

Best ice cream in town! Great flavors, and quality. Business changed to a smaller location but the quality and service is still great.

Gelato was ok. Regular cone was tasteless and also shaped so the ice cream was just on top of the cone. Server wasn’t wearing a mask. Pricey for what I got.

They hands down have the best gelato in downtown Burlington. I drive down from Mississauga regularly for their gelato. Sure the ladies at the front aren't the friendliest, but their gelato is awesome. My favorite is Kinder Beuno, pistachio and Ferro.

Absolutely the best gelato around. People are coming from Mississauga, Hamilton. The fact is because of this business two other businesses of the same kind were opened on the same building. Don't miss the Crema Di Gelato!

It’s the absolute best gelato spot anywhere around here. Half Kinder bueno and half Ferrero is my go to.

If I was just rating the gelato I would rate it a 4. But as customer service is so important and these two ladies were very grumpy and not helpful I’m giving them a 2. Try smiling ladies.

Absolutely the best gelato place in the Greater Hamilton/Burlington area, or dare I say Ontario! You can taste the rich, real ingredients and actual fruit that goes into the ice cream. No artificial or powdery aftertaste here. Hands down the best ice cream I've had since moving to Canada. Real European style, artisan ice cream - we've been coming for years and will continue frequenting. Thank you Crema Di Gelato for such an excellent, unparalleled experience!

I had a pistachio scoop on a sugar cone and it was amazing! Absolutely delicious! The ladies are also super friendly and sweet.

We are new to Burlington and visited this store last Sunday evening. I must admit that Gelato was too good to explain in words. I really enjoyed each bite of it. Me and my husband took Pistachio, Anjeer and chocolate flavors. Will surely be visiting again with my kids. I could see the Freshly prepared gelato with various flavors in the store. The owner was really kind and friendly. All precautions were taken care for Covid19.
Though the price was on higher side, I would love to have some offers in future. I have tasted many Gelatos but this was one of the best one.

Never going here again. The owners are petty. I got ice cream at JC's and went with my family to this place because they wanted gelato. My sister had her ice cream from JC's and the workers at Creme Di Gelato saw her with this ice cream from another place. After she was done my sister asked them for a glass of water and they said she couldnt because she got her ice cream somewhere else. THEN my sister tried to use the garbage can and they had the audacity to move it so she couldn't. You can get perfectly good gelato at JC's which is just down the road from Creme Di Gelato.

Love to support local businesses, especially since this establishment has truly some of the best gelato you can get. Extremely dissappointed servers are not wearing masks, which contravenes the City bylaw. Directly breathing on gelato is a health risk to customers - remember it can take several days before COVID19 symptoms appear and the beginning is when you are most contagious. It's irresponsible to continue operating this way. If the owners are exempt from mask wearing for medical/ other reasons they should not be exposing themselves to risk either by serving customers without masks. Hope to return someday if safety is improved. Several other reviews have noted this too- you are losing customers who just want to enjoy your delicious gelato knowing it was handled safely.

Tried this spot out a few weeks ago after seeing the reviews. Not sure what the fuss is about. I had the pistachio gelato and my son had a chocolate mix of some kind. He liked his a lot and that’s why I’m giving a 3 star review not a 2. I thought the pistachio gelato lacked real flavour and did not taste at all like gelato. I have had gelato many times in my life and this tasted more like regular ice cream. The portions were also small and the price was very high for what you get. I doubt I would ever return. There are better ice cream and gelato shops in the area.

Extremely over priced and the ice cream is ok, not wow. $14 for 1/2 liter package? Who came up with this ridiculous price? Not for me, sorry

This Gelato place is one of very few stores in the GTA that you will definitely come back to order from.

They have high quality products with variety of flavors.

The two ladies that work there were very nice and friendly.

Best mango gelato ive tried. I always try mango ice creams and gelatos every time i get the chance, and they all have that artificial flavour (kind of like store bought mango juice)
But Crema Di Gelato has the best mango flavour gelato ive ever tried.

We love to go there, ice cream is natural flavors very good made, great taste, coconut flavor is my favorite, very very good. Is too ladies attending very nice ladies, the place id small but very clean and well maintained. Great experience always we don't care to drive for 1 hour to get thid amazing Ice Creams. Totally recommend!

20 years of business for these lovely ladies and it comes through in the quality of their craft. They care about their ingredients and making the best possible gelato! Worth a stop every time you're in the area!

I'm not sure why there are many abusive fake reviews for this business. I went there for the first time last Saturday and here's how my interaction went:

1. Greeted with a smile
2. My friend asked if he's allowed to sample and the response was "Of course! "
3. I ordered the double scoop. The server (one of two nice ladies) asked if I'd like to have two flavors.
4. Paid with my credit card

There is literally nothing to complain about. Great ice cream, great prices, great location, and great people. Will be back again many many times.

This place is the reason why we go to the Burlington Waterfront. The gelato here are just out of this world! I don't think I've ever had anything less than stellar at this place.

Tiny shop that serves delicious gelato and gelato bars! $5 small and you can mix 2 flavours. Yummy!

Look at the picture, isn’t that just amazing. As I was walking out of the door, the people coming in were like “doesn’t that look fun? ” Raspberry gelato on passion fruit gelato. Both tasting delicious and full-flavored. Just great after a bike ride. The two ladies at the cash are friendly too.

The best ice cream in Ontario, if you will ever be on Lakeshore Burlington, it is a must to try this place, there pistachio and the Ferrero Rocher are very similar to Gelato from Rome Italy, highly recommended

The best Gelato I've had so far, in all of Canada. On par with some of the best Gelaterias in Italy that i have tried. Keep up the great work.

We tried today for the first time and we’re recommended to try by a family friend. I’m giving five stars as the Gelato was beyond our expectations having travelled to Italy two years ago we felt like we were back there as we enjoyed the coconut and Ferraro Roche. Very friendly owners. Thank you ladies will definitely be back for more.

The best gelato in Burlington, the lines are fast and the service is always good and every flavor I have had has been delicious. Beware! The portions are huge!

The best gelato I've had in Canada. Their pistachio flavor is unrivaled. Don't make the mistake of going to "I love Gelato", their location is on Locust St around the corner!
