Crescent Dental Health Clinic

I am with this dental clinic from 3 years. Starting from reception desk to dentist everyone is so caring. I had my cavity filling, cleaning from Dr, Lubna and her team member Saima. They both are very polite and understanding. They give treatment but explain you everything step by step and then wait for your decision. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have just visited the clinic for my cavity treatment, I am happy and satisfied with my treatment. Dr. Lubna did everything with detail. And I also want to mention that the doctor and all the clinic staff was very helpful to make me feel so comfortable.

Beware of this place! Do not get fooled by the reviews. Absolute worse experience I’ve ever had. Scammers even when you have insurance. I had 75% coverage and they charged me $130 for a cleaning. Stupid rude reception said it’s $429 for a cleaning.the hygienist tried to take X-rays when I was done and I told her I don’t need any. Didn’t bother to ask if I have any X-rays already. Otherwise they would’ve charged me higher. This whole dentist office is a RED flag! His reception with the scarf is even worse. She tried to tell me I should be lucky paying $130 with my dental coverage as if I’ve never got a cleaning before and don’t know how it works. I will be reporting this place to the royal college of dental surgeons of Ontario
