I cant express enough how happy I was with the outcome of my surgery. Crescent oral surgery was amazing from start to finish. I waited to get my appointment with them, because I knew they are the best in what they do.

I had an emergency and needed a cracked tooth extracted asap to alleviate the pain. The receptionist was fantastic and got me an appointment that same afternoon. Dr Franco was amazing. She was friendly, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions about next steps to deal with an implant in the future. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I was treated with respect and the utmost of care by every staff person I spoke to. Instructions for at home care were verbally shared, and a take home instruction sheet was kindly given out. After the surgery I was issued a nice ice pack for the next 30 minutes to reduce swelling.
The payment details were settled at a lovely sit down area. I welcomed an opportunity to sort my papers out before I left to go home.
I had a good overall experience and my husband was pleased to hear how well I was treated.

I had an amazing experience with my implant installation right from the initial consultation to the actual surgery. Everyone and I mean everyone from the receptionist, nurse and doctor were very friendly, positive and willing to help in any way possible. During the surgery the nurse and doctor elevated any fears by talking to me throughout the procedure letting me know what was happening and reassuring me everything was ok. After the local injection I didn’t feel a thing. Wonderful experience. Thank you.

I went to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Very professional, talented, and caring nurses. I almost had no swelling after the procedure and was feeling almost normal after only 3 days. They called to check up and see how I was doing the following day. Would definitely recommend.

Each person I encountered Receptionist, Nurse, and Dental Surgeon went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable with every aspect of my treatment. The extraction could not have been handled better. After the procedure I was fully advised on what to do. It was explained verbally. I was then given containing the instructions clearly written as well as everything I would require (gauze.etc). The following day athe nurse phoned to make sure there were no problems. There were none.

A great experience from the time I entered the office to the time I left. Thanks for making me feel comfortable when I felt nervous.

So today I write my first 1 star review. I first called in july to schedule my appointment, they said no problem and gave me an appointment for Nov 4. I get a call from there secretary named Sinead saying that I wasnt seeing the correct doctor and that she would schedule me acordingly with the appropriate one. I said great, I gave all my information and sent over all the documentation needed. I then didnt hear anything back, I called a week later and she said she would get back to me by the end of the day. She didnt call back and another week later I call back and she says to call back again on monday. I call again on monday and her voicemail said she would be on vacation for the next 2 weeks. I call back two weeks later and she said she would call me by the end of the day. Shestill hasnt called back and now wont answer my phone calls. I wish I could give my rating based off the doctors performance but I didnt even get that chance. I have never had this happen to me and honestly I've never had worse customer service.

Long over due review but I did a double jaw surgery back in 2018.4 years later I am feeling great, no complaints or regrets. I am so thankful for Dr. Marco Caminiti and his team for making the process as smooth as possible. Very informative, respectful, and professional. It was of course a scary situation to be in but with this amazing group of people, it made me feel more confident and in some way excited about the results. I’m super super grateful. Great experience here for my son's wisdom teeth removal. In the consult one month prior to surgery, the doctor said only 2 wisdom teeth really needed to come out. Didn't oversell, and didn't suggest 4 teeth.

Surgery was seamless. Pre and post op care were great. Doctor and nurses were very caring. Clinic is spotless. All staff very professional. Highly recommend.

Dr. Rittenberg is an amazing surgeon. I had a great experience. I had a TMJ procedure I was in a lot of pain and was very anxious about getting the procedure. Dr. Rittenberg reviewed everything with me was very kind and patient. Post procedure follow up was great. I highly recommend!

Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Reinish and the experience was smooth. Literally one moment I sat in the chair and they started my iv. Next moment (likely several minutes later) Dr asked me to open my mouth, where I felt a little pinch from the needle going in my mouth. Next moment (an hour later) I woke up in a different room with gauze in my mouth waiting for my ride. Medication prescribed was more than enough and I followed the Dr instructions and actually didn’t even finish half of them. Recovery was 7 days, swelling was less than expected and numbness fully went away after 36 hours.

We found Crescent Oral Surgery a great place to deal with. Their staff is very friendly and explained all you needed know and what to expect from your surgery.

I had excellent service from Dr Oscar Dalmao and the team at Crescent Oral. I was referred for a wisdom tooth removal- he explained the pros and cons clearly before providing his recommendation, he had a good personality, and the entire process was efficient and timely, including follow up post surgery.

I am very impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and understanding of all the staff at the Toronto office, especially Dr. M.and his nurses. Unfortunately, there was a mix up in communication regarding my implant day, that was very quickly resolved. I was very pleased with the outcome of this misunderstanding and of the procedure itself. The implant was quick and resulted in only little ache afterwards. Dr. M and his staff are extremely welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend this office if you have dental concerns. I’m warning everyone now, avoid this place. The doctor here messed up my jaw correction surgery. He literally realigned my jaw incorrectly and I had to have the surgery RE-DONE. It was a scary time for me, and now I have to live with these results for the rest of my life. Regret having the surgery but what can you do? Oh maybe get back to my requests and offer some help? They say we signed a waiver with a 1% chance of this happening to protect themselves from any consequences. I would strongly consider somewhere else if you’re planning major surgery here.

I had surgery for wisdom teeth extraction here. Everyone I talked to were very nice and efficient at their jobs. The surgery itself must have been done extremely well as I didn't feel any pain or complications afterwards. I'm not sure what the price is like relative to other places but I would fully recommend this place to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rittenberg for the last 10 years, have seen him several times for different surgical procedures, some of them difficult and complex. Every single case was successful! I have never experienced any kind of post-surgery complication and the healing process was always smooth and quick. Dr. Rittenberg is also an amazing human being, he talks to you in a such calm manner, he is caring, he always takes his time to explain in details the procedure, he asks questions on concerns that you might have and he listens patiently to what you have to say.
The medical staff at the office is always nice, polite and smiling and makes you feel comfortable.

I have always found all of the staff at Crescent Oral Surgery to be very kind, helpful and understanding. I can always ask questions and get the answers that I need. My regular dentist (who is great as well) referred me to them and I am glad that he did. I got an implant last year and just recently got a diagnosis for a problem that my doctor could not figure out.

Dr. Leong was fantastic at putting me at ease while being very thorough in her investigation of what looked like a lesion but is actually osteonecrosis. I feel like I'm in good hands with her as I trust her to help solve this problem for me. The staff were very friendly and also added to the feeling of comfort and all areas that I was in, while at their office, were very neat and tidy.

Clear instructions. Excellent explanations of findings and proposals. Only needed procedures recommended; all options reviewed. I consulted anticipating a post to be implanted and was told that it was not required despite its being a very remunerative treatment. Really competent and careful dental specialists. Implant of 15 years ago still very stable and sound. Highly recommend.

I would like to say that Dr. Omar Shamji is absolutely the best, I had my 2 upper wisdom teeth removed and it was really painless, I was expecting all kinds of issues after the procedure but I was pleasantly surprised, no bruising around the area at all. He obviously took his time and was very careful while he was doing it. The entire staff at Crescent was awesome to work with, I was at the 2 locations and had the same awesome treatment from both. I highly recommend that if you have to get anything done ask for Dr. Omar Shamji.

I was going to call. They were 100% professional and user friendly. I awoke the next day after a major extraction and there was no bleeding and get this - no pain. They are fantastic.

What a pleasant experience. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming from the moment I stepped through the doors.

Had a pretty complex wisdom tooth removal with inflammation, done by by Omar Shamji.
I was expecting it to be very painful and have swelling for few days.
To my surprise, barely had any bleeding or swelling, no pain after the surgery, everything healed back very quick. Best oral surgery experience I had at any clinic. Recommend very much! Dr Omar Shamji is very talented. Compared to other surgeons I have visited, he is many levels above. Definitely recommend.

Both of my kids came here to get their wisdom teeth removed. Both surgeons and staff answer all your questions with patience as well as understanding everyone's now (covid) unique financial circumstances. Definitely helps with the anxiety. I've never had a surgery before and was quite nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Oscar and his team were so professional and easy going. I had eight teeth taken out for braces (my teeth were super crowded) and upper/lower jaw surgery done by Dr. Reinish. First of all, hearing I needed eight teeth taken out terrified me, but Dr. Reinish did it so well I only had swelling for 3 days, and I've heard stories of people being swollen for more than a week!

As for the jaw surgery, due to my severe underbite (I could fit a finger in between my teeth from above while fully bit down), I needed to have my upper jaw extended outward and lower jaw reduced inward. It was a huge operation, and again, I was terrified and nervous. However, Dr. Reinish and his team made the process much more bearable by having all the logistics handled. They were very accommodating with scheduling, and the whole process was explained very straightforward and clearly. All I had to do was remembering to show up for my appointments and focus on preparing for the surgery or my recovery post surgery.

I had digestive trouble with anti-biotics post surgery, the head nurse was very easily reached by phone and I was able to go back into the clinic within a day (this was 6 days after surgery) to determine if I can discontinue taking the anti-biotics to ease my constant stomach pain. Their care and service for post surgery patients are phenomenal!

If you ever need oral related surgery done and are in the Toronto area, I think this is the best place for it. I don't know about other doctors, but Dr. Reinish and his team were absolutely excellent. I couldn't be happier with the result!

I came in for a consultation about TMJ and the doctor did not listen to any of my concerns or let me explain them even, and rushed me out and ended up cancelling the entire surgery later because I felt he had just put in a default estimation of what might be wrong (this was 15 minutes before they closed). I understand you obviously don't want to stay past closing but don't book appointments 15 minutes out from closing then, it shouldn't be put on patients.

I had a consultation scheduled for today for Jaw Surgery but after waiting over 1 and a half hours I had to leave to get to my job. The appointment was for 10am, but I finally left at 11: 43am.
I took the morning off work, drove across the city for what was supposed to be a quick consultation and completely wasted my time. Although annoying, I understand these things happen from time to time but what really irked me was the young blonde woman working the front desk. She was incredibly rude and snarky when I was asking her questions about rescheduling and why the wait was so long. Not once did see look up to me when I was talking or even say sorry. No regard for my time or any consideration whatsoever.
How can I trust these people and give them my hard earn money to do this life changing surgery when they treat you like this? A very bad first impression and the young lady at the front should learn some basic manners and understand she is representing the company.
They rescheduled my consultation for late Feb but honestly I’m not sure. I want the surgery but I’m the meantime will look for other options.

I highly recommend wisdom teeth extractions albeit impacted or not via Dr. Rittenberg. He is beyond pleasant, predicated on his expertise he went out of his way to explain the details of the surgery to me and answered all of the concerns and mitigative questions I raised. Every staff member I came in contact with - especially the dental nurse were kind and hospitable. My experience at Crescent Oral Surgery was resilient.

I would just like to thank Marian and Dr. Lee. I had a full mouth extraction today and it was a amazing experience. I suffer from serve anxiety and the whole experience was so good. The staff is friendly and caring. The procedure was quick and painless. I would highly recommend going here for any extraction you need done. It's been 5 hours since I had it done and so far not much pain, no bruising, no swelling. Thank you for making this a great experience. Well an update. On Sunday I ran out of pain meds and was experiencing bad pain now so I called the emergency line as I have PTSD with hospitals, called at 4: 15pm and never received a call back from a Dr.my system has gone into shock. I didn't want more pain meds just to know what to do. The main experience was great but the after care needs a lot to be said able.

Dr. Shamji and the entire team gave me amazing care yesterday for an extraction. Dr. Shamji went out of his way to find out if I had coverage for sedation and rescheduled me for it. I had no idea I had coverage so that was really nice of him. My nurse (I am terrible with names but think it was Alessa) offered to get me a blanket before surgery because I'd been waiting a while in the cold OR. So far I have had zero pain and just taking the anti inflammatory, despite it being a "medium difficulty" surgery. My bleeding stopped quickly too. This doctor and team clearly did a perfect job. Even the woman working in the call centre who re booked me for the sedation was smiling and friendly. Thanks for your help everyone!

I never write reviews but I had such a great experience here that I have to. The entire staff was SO FRIENDLY, KIND, AND REASSURING! Dr. Oscar was incredible and explained my entire procedure, and was very open to answering questions. I'm so happy with my experience here. I also had a complication and phoned in over the weekend at 6am to the on call surgeon and they got back to me very quickly and were so thorough with their care. Thank you so much.

Tooth extraction during the COVID crisis was a formula for anxiety. My experience with Dr. Shamji was superb. From our initial phone conversation during which he realistically outlined risks during a pandemic and what I could expect, to a flawless extraction, I can't think of anything that could have gone better. The clinic called the next morning to see how I was and I said that the doctor had a magic touch. Mine was not an easy extraction but I had no followup pain, swelling or bruising. Gentle touch. After the confusion with my appointment was attended to, I must say that I really appreciate the manner in which I was treated. Dr. Reinish was exceptional beyond belief! I was terribly nervous, but he did his utmost to calm me down, successfully I might add … no easy feat. He pulled it off perfectly, no pun intended, and should I ever need an extraction again, he would be the only one I would ever put complete faith into doing this. You were wonderful Dr. Reinish and thank you again for your kind patience! Five star without a doubt!

Very professional. Both the doctor (Eddie Reinish) and the support staff were great. Not as much fun as going to the circus, but the experience (extraction of a cracked tooth) was quick, efficient and pain free. He has "the touch" and managed to get the tooth out in one piece, making it a simple extraction. And so the final bill was about 1/2 of the original estimate! How often does this happen? They even called the next day to follow up and see if there were any issues. (There weren't.)

Very disappointed. Had a major surgery a few years ago and I go for yearly check ups. Recently been having extreme pain again, called THREE TIMES, was assured I’d have someone contact me but NOBODY has got back to me (it’s been over three weeks!). If you want to feel like you’re on a conveyer belt, then this is the place for you. They see so many people, it’s like you’re just a number. Seems like all they care about is money. Definitely will never recommend again (and I’m in the dental field)!
