Could not have had a more positive experience at the Aurora office. From Sabrina who overturned every possibility to get me an appointment, to Dr. Black who was so professional and had such a sweet and bubbly bedside manner, to the receptionists, and finally, to the Doctor who ultimately performed the procedure. It was a very expensive day, but I truly felt in good hands. I was blessed to have my daughter, who is in the profession, with me. She said she was so impressed with the office experience and professionalism.

I would recommend Crescent Oral Surgery to anyone needing some dental work. Dr Peter Gioulos and his team have been phenomenal since day one. Crescent Oral surgery has been very professional step by step and I am happy I was able to been blessed with these amazing dentists to help me through my journey. The most amazing surgical skills! Dr. Kris Lee helped me remove a really difficult lower wisdom tooth under IV sedation. I only needed to take pain medication on the first day, and I was able to perform all my tasks at work and at home even from day 1! I think Dr. Kris Lee and the team gave me a very accurate amount of medication and the whole experience was great! I have friends who also saw Dr. Kris Lee for complicated wisdom teeth or teeth that were impacted, and they all say that their surgical procedures went well and very smoothly. We highly recommend Dr. Kris and the Crescent team!

Dr. Mousavifar is the best! I hate and fear any kind of dental work, but both Dr. Mousavifar and his staff are wonderful. You feel at ease because of their compassion, kindness and care. Dr. Brian Rittenberg is amazing. I can’t say enough what an incredible, professional, carrying doctor he is.
Before having my procedure, I met with many surgeons as I was nervous and of course I wanted to make sure I have a good doctor to work with.

Highly recommend! I was referred here for a wisdom tooth extraction and following the consultation, the dentist confirmed they could do it then and there. I wa very anxious but the nurse and doctor were so helpful and informative and helped me understand the procedure. I was in and out within the hour and the procedure itself went very well. The team also called me the next day to check in with me. Thank you!

My son had his wisdom teeth removed December 28. Dr Amir Mousavifar was unable to detect there was an issue 2 months later. He had extreme pain and swelling and we were advised to go back to the family dentist and have his bite changed. He said his bite needed to be shaved down because this was causing the issue. The same bite he’s had for 17 years. He ended up at sick kids that night for 10 days due to extreme osteomyelitis he picked up during surgery. He needed to have emergency surgery and it’s now at home on IV antibiotics for 6 weeks.
The Dr should be able to see these signs and if not suggest I go to emergency and arrange to have a scan. X-rays doesn’t pick this up. Disappointing when you pay so much money and a Dr can’t see this.

Greeted with very friendly service. X-rayed my mouth then examined. Any questions I had were all answered satisfactorily. I was given a few alternative solutions to my problem. I am starting with a CT scan and depending on results of this will depend on which option is suitable for me. Given a complete estimate for different options.

Excellent. I was very nervous while waiting at the operating room for teeth extraction (three teeth). A staff started a friendly conversation to calm me down and Dr Kris briefed the whole procedure which comforted me a lot. After extraction, I didn't have much pain as I expected. Next day, I felt better with less pain. Good job.

Quick run down, I went to hilcrest and everyone was RUDE there! I chose Aurora to do my surgery because I had a feeling that it would have a welcoming feeling Boy I was right, Oscar was truly amazing! All the staff were extremely kind! I want to emphasize Sara! We feel confident to do wisdom tooth removal at Aurora clinic. One of family member did surgery 6 years ago was very good experience, another family member did surgery last week, the experience even better, they even provide blanket for waking up. Doctor was very friendly and patient during consultation session, answered every question, staff was very helpful when we ask switch surgery date.
The surgery went well, my son recovered just as doctor said. Later I happened to know few young people did wisdom tooth removal here, they were satisfied.

I have had several difficult situations with Dental Offices and two with Oral Surgeons, so I have always been reluctant to try new people.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I was referred to Crescent Oral Surgery at the Aurora Location. All of the staff were courteous, pleasant, happy and eager to assist.

Dr. Omar Shamji was a top notch Oral Surgeon and his Dental Assistant was so calming and soothing. Both were very easy to talk to, never forced anything that wasn't required on to you. He assessed the job ahead and got it done with compassion, kindness and of course, his expertise. I have seen him twice now for surgery and only wish he could also be my regular dentist.

I have only good things to say about the staff, Dr Mousavifar. Communications were thorough on every detail before the procedure. Everyone was great-limited or no pain at all; including the days following my tooth extraction. I would recommend this dental centre to all. But I am surprised at the few 1 star reviews

I am afraid of the dentist, to the extreme. Dr. Amir took that right out of me.
He was kind, patient, and quick. Painless! His staff were amazing with everything, I even woke wrapped in a warmed blanket in a comfy chair.
I had little to no discomfort afterwards, and a follow up call to check on me 24 hours after the procedure.
I will never go anywhere else, if I need anything serious done, don't care where I am in the world - this is the only oral surgery place I will ever go to.

I went to get a quote to get my wisdom teeth removed, they had quoted me 6000$ to get 4 teeth removed. Absolutly outrageous. I went to my dentist and they quoted me and removed my teeth the exact same way that Crescent was going to, for 4000$ less.
This dentist office is a bunch of crooks. Would not reccomend this place at all. Youre not paying for your dental procedure, your paying for the 2 lobbies and 6 receptionists.

Positive experience. Everyone was helpful an very kind. The nurse I had was gentle an good at her job. She took good care of me from beginning to end. Dr. Shamji was great didn't rush through my appointment, spoke to me after in recovery. They were very accommodating. Thank You To Everyone

Terrible dental office. Left my daughter waiting for months to get her wisdom teeth out. All the while she kept getting infection after infection. Avoided calls saying they had to speak to their manager each time. Never called us back when they said they would. Extremely unprofessional! I’d recommend seeking another dental surgeon if I were you.

I had the best experience with Dr. Amir Mousavifar. He was so accommodating to my schedule and did an amazing job on my surgery. Within 2 days I was almost back to normal. Would 100% reccomend him to anyone needed oral surgery!

Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. The staff here is absolutely amazing! I am terrified of the dentist and having to get my wisdom tooth out was made a breeze by them. I didn’t see a single person in there the 3 times I was there that I didn’t like! Also it’s amazingly clean!

The worse experience I ever had. The customer service and nurses are rude, disorganized and unprofessional.
The surgeon "Amir Mosavifar" was terrible and protecting a nurse "Erin's" nasty attitudes towards me without even knowing what is happening.
I got a huge bruise on my arm after she injected a needle.
Professionalism, care and mutual respect is the most important part of their job but they do not have it. Do not recommend this place at all

I had an appointment for 10: 10AM. I showed up at 10AM. It’s now 10: 40AM and I am still waiting. You call this customer service when I have to pay more than $100 just for this “consultation”?

Staff are very kind and the atmosphere is great. The holdup is unpleasant. In the weeks leading up to my appointment I was texted constantly by their automated system, reminding me my appointment was as 2: 40. I showed up on time. It has now been an hour and I'm still waiting. It's half an hour till closing time, apparently. I'm not impressed. I drove from another city to sit and wait with no end in sight.

Amazing staff from receptionists to nurses as well as Dr. Kris Lee who performed my teeth extractions. They constantly assured me that everything would be fine as I was extremely anxious. Also brand new and extremely clean office!
