Very very bad experience when speak with receptionist. They are not professional at all, behaviour is very rude.

If i could, I would give them a negative (-5) Star. The receptionists here are extremely rude, unprofessional and annoying. You have to wait on the phone forever. Dr. Aziz is a Horrible Doctor. He will for sure shorten your life.

It takes forever to reach to the clinic over the phone. Rude reception staffs. Terrible terrible place indeed! We are switching to another clinic for a new family doctor!

They double and triple book. Average wait time is 3 hrs. Rude and unhelpful staff. Less than knowledgeable doctors

We as a family are grateful for over 25 yrs of association with Dr. Sadry, Dr. Aziz and Dr. Sarvar at this clinic. Their compassionate care, professional attention and follow up is unparallel. The reception is amazingly helpful and patient, with a special mention to Naheed. As for the COVID vaccines, I have not seen a smoother and more efficient manner in getting everything
organized. CONGRATULATIONS

Long line for covid testing.
A very had place to find if you dont live there.
No parking at all.

Dr. Aziz, Dr. Sadry and Dr. Juma have been very cooperative, thoughtful and highly recommended Physicians.

Terrible place for healthcare. Near impossible to locate, full fail on accessibility for those with mobility issues, phones unanswered, terribly rude reception. Site for a pop up COVID testing but they do not update hours on their site or signage to let anyone know when it is being offered. No signage put up in the area to direct folks to the correct door, leading to confusion. Two were at reception crowded together when I arrived, one with no mask on. The COVID test part went fine but based on location, accessibility, terrible communication from the staff receptionists and failure to respect masking, I will never return here and will advise others to look elsewhere for their care needs.

I used to go here when I was living there as a teenager and I would not recommend it at all. The line up was so long.

Absolutely horrible place! The receptionist was one of the rudest women I've ever talked to in my life. She was short with me, rude, and overall not one bit helpful. While on the phone prior to coming in, she hung up on me. Nobody there can barley speak English, and they look down on you because you can't speak Hindu or whatever other language it is that they speak in front of you. Basically racist.

This place full of Worst receptionist, very rude behave, always cut the line before finishing. Why they showing so much attitude? Doctors are very good and polite but The receptionist way bad. The more I trying to be good with them the more they showing their attitude. So many time they cut out while I’m not done my talking. Always in rush, like they doing world’s only important job. I’m very disappointed

How about appointing a receptionist who pays attention to details? Like the patient's name for example. I had to call three times just to get my name corrected. This is very poor standard for a healthcare clinic.

I went for walkin and it was very quick service. I didn’t wait for 10 minutes doctor was very good and receptionist was very helpful.

Horrible service. Be ready for a long wait to see your doctor. At least 3 hours on average. The reception staff here are very rude and disrespectful. They also cant even speak English properly. There is a good chance your appointment will be cancelled. If it is cancelled they may not even let you know or they will just give you 12 hours notice.

Inconsiderate, insensitive, unfreindly, unhelpful, argumentative receptionists always! They don't appreciate that they have easy jobs in the city where employment is very hard to come by! Why no one in the clininc oversee their functions and the way they carry on? Don't they Know because of these ladies, receptionists, the reputation of the clinic as whole is sinking!

Dr ruhe doesn’t give more than five min and need to come another time for each symptom caring about visitation money but patient. Symptoms may relate to one another that she don’t care about.
Known about multiple people she misdiagnose developing cancer to later stage due to her not thinking of alternative possibilities. Also a person needing emergency surgery due to her Lacking.

Plus! She lied about a report to me which I got tested only to find out that test was incomplete. Sample was received but never tested must have lost it.but lied to me about result just to get money for coming in to clinic

Dr ruhe Khan is a very good doctor and very good person no problem with doctor but the receptionist are very bad rude and they don't give you appointment on time, they don't give proper answer on phone

Dr. Khan Rue is great! Reception ladies are rude not pleasant, they not in Canada need public relations training.

Would like to give negative stars to this very unprofessional and rude clinic made so only by the receptionists. They don't have any courtesy and no manners to talk to the patients. They do not have any professional training in customer service. If you want to visit a doctor be prepared to wait for 3 to 4 hours. Though the doctors are good at the clinic it is their responsibility too to see if the patients have any issue with the clinic.

If there is any responsible person in the management of the clinic please check these reviews and try to resolve or at least reply.

How come a person without having a minimum sense of compassion toward a sick person got a job in a health care setting! I am talking about the receptionist of this centre. Please don't appoint a ugly robot to provide service in health care facilities.
