I'm 21 years old I've been dealing with horrible back pain for the better part of my life. I get awful headaches and back aches to the point where I just have to sit there and cry. Nothing helps. I've only been seeing Paul for about a month but not only have I gone day long headaches down to about one a week, I also have significantly reduced back pain. I have had long term back, neck and shoulder pain for years, especially after an injury 4 years ago. In the month of treatment so far, my pain has decreased significantly, I take fewer pain meds, and I am sleeping better. For years I’ve had an issues with back pain. I always felt that if I go just go bungee jumping there would be one big sudden stop with a snap and everything would align backup and the pain would stop. Well that wasn’t going to happen.
My younger brother had been after me for a few years telling me to see the guy that was helping him with his back issues (he was worse off than I was). But being stubborn I keep saying I’ll check it out one day. Well the one day happened about two months ago and I’m glad it did.
On my first visit Paul checked me out and took X-rays and said that he would study things and come up with a plan to help get things back (no pun intended) in order.
On the second visit he reviewed everything with me and told me what he was going to do the help me out. It should be noted the he said that because of things he saw and my age (66) he could not get me back to 100 percent but it would close, and with said, work began on getting me fixed up.
After two months of working on (3 visits a week for the first month and two visits a week for the second month) he has done adjustments and alignments on me and things have begun to improve, my range of movement and mobility has improved, I don’t have that pain when I get up in the morning, I’ve stop taking extra strength Tylenol 2-3 times a day. Walking is more easier and enjoyable and I can drive my school bus without back pain.

I've recently found myself with quick onset of lower back pain. I'm an active person so I'm often on the go. About 3 months ago I started seeing Dr Groulx about chronic neck pain. When I called the office for an appointment, expecting it would be at least a week out, I was able to organize a phone consultation with him immediately and had my first visit within a week. Since then, I have been seeing Dr Groulx regularly and slowly but surely my pain has almost been eliminated and my overall mobility has improved substantially. Dr Groulx takes the time to really understand the cause of the issue and continually provides educational information during my appointments and through regular emails and YouTube videos. I have been a patient of Dr. Paul for TEN YEARS and I have never met a more experienced and kind health professional. He's the one that cares enough to remember the little things, like the names of your children, and you know he genuinely cares about you and your health. I have been Dr. Paul's patient for over 3 years and he has been very helpful as I deal with a long standing neck injury. I came in hoping to fix some chronic shoulder pain that had been bothering me off and on for almost 2 years. Physio didn't work for me so I thought I'd give Chiro a shot. Dr Groulx opened my eyes to roughly a decade of spinal neglect and the long-term consequences of such neglect (my shoulder pain being one of them, sometimes headaches for me as well). I've had poor posture ever since high school but never thought too much of it. After 4 months of treatment I'm finding it easier to maintain better posture, and my shoulder pain is finally starting to ease up. Still a lot of work ahead, but I'm feeling confident that I'm on the right track and in good hands.

I have been going to Paul for over 10 years. I have had trouble with my neck and my back for many years before that. I had surgery to remove a broken disc in my lower back in 2004. I first went to see Dr. Groulx because I was having severe neck issues: pain and limited movement. I used to have lower back pain and headaches.
Since I received Dr. Paul's treatment my back pain is gone and I have much fewer headaches.

It’s been two years since an accident involving snow removal equipment. It was a straight-on front of vehicle hit. It was a hard hit.
One and ½ years later I was left with:
1. Intense and constant cervical spine pain and burning.
2. Lower back pain: L4 – S1 making it difficult to walk and stand.
3. Rt hip pain
4. Severe sweating drenching my bed every night “sympathetic over-drive”.

Since September 2020, Dr. G.treatments have significantly improved my health:
• My cervical spine pain is significantly less, and my upper body posture has improved; this is a great relief. And the sweating is less and only intermittent.
• Rt. Hip pain is significantly less.
• I had previous L4-L5 difficulties, so this added hit on S1 on a ‘getting-on-in-age-woman’ is not easily turned around. I believe with continued therapy and stretch exercises my lower back issues will continue to improve.
• I am also addressing the issue of chronic pain – it is a learning experience.
• I love that Dr. G. ’s chiropractic tables have “give”.

Spent thousands at this place and had no change. In for 5 mins and get treated in font of other patients who wait is also a bad set up and poor value. Went to another chiro and have had massive impacts in two sessions. Has shown me what a load of bs I was fed at this office. Same your money.

My story,
About 2 years ago I began to develop numb hands to the point that I would begin dropping tools when I worked and could not wake them up. My first action was to go to the doctor, and after a hospital visit I was told I seemed to have carpal tunnel syndrome in both my hands at the same time. Something that seemed very strange to have both hands affected at the same time. Surgery was not something I was willing to consider but there were not many options available and my situation was getting worse almost weekly. So after speaking with friends I was advised to see Paul. I was hesitant having never gone to a chiropractor I was wondering how they could help. But I had few options and little to loose by trying so I booked my appointment. That appointment has changed my life. I am very happy to say that both my hands now work fine and I have not had a re occurrence of them falling asleep since I began seeing him. On top this my posture has improved and back pains have gone away. Paul has changed my life I can stand straight work all day and have very little pain and of course most importantly my hands work again. I've had on and off pain in my lower back for a few years now. After complaining to my dad about it, he brought me in to see Dr. Groulx. We went through a detailed talk about my back problems, a rundown of what his plan was for me, and what I would be doing in the upcoming months with him. At first, I was very pessimistic about it. I was worried about the loud cracking and snapping that you would see in videos online. It looked painful and worrisome. After a quick lecture about how not to believe everything that you see online, I trusted Dr. Groulx with adjusting me for the first time. After about 30 seconds, it was done and it felt great! Ever since then, I haven't looked back. I went from being terrified of the idea of my back and neck cracking to loving to go and get adjusted within a week.

I'm now nearing the three month point and I feel so much better than I did before. Even though I personally don’t have any visual back issues they’re always able to relieve my headaches, knee and ankle pains. They explain how the body is all connected and they back it up with their treatment. Crestview Family Chiropractic showed my family nothing but the best. I've been referred to Dr. Paul Groulx by my chiropractor in Toronto as I recently moved to the city. I’ve been suffering from lower back issues for the last 20-25 years and had numerous treatments done with various chiropractors in Toronto, but still living in pain, however after having a consultation, picky x-rays done by him personally, he diagnosed the root cause of my back pain that no other chiropractor really did. It’s been almost 3 months I’ve been getting treatments done and my back pain went away to the point where it’s been non-existent.

I find him very genuine, caring and highly knowledgeable. He’s got healing energy. Money is not a primary concern for him he truly does care about his patients. I couldn’t recommend him enough.
