Fantastic place - amazing food and very nice staff. They were able to make recommendations. The Philly cheese steak sandwich was very tasty and the beef burger was even better. Both were decent sizes. The wait time for food prep was ok. We didn't dine in but the the seating area seemed a little dated.

After finding Crispy's in university, I have yet to experience any other fried chicken location that can be compared to their quality. The poutine has also been the best poutine I have had out of any poutine or fry-specific establishment.

I only go for the chicken.

The batter gives off a light & flaky crisp to the chicken. The chicken itself is juicy and well-seasoned with strong pepper notes. For fried chicken, it's deceivingly light but it's still a solid heavy meal.

We ordered the 6 piece for two of us. It was more than enough at a reasonable price.

I'm quite de-pressed lately as I have seen minor inconsistencies in service over a period of time. I've visited this place in many occasions over 5 years or so. It was never a bad experience even if it wasn't a good one at times. Overall expect the few minutes wait if you want fresh food and once it's out.ull forget the wait. I like the differentiated fries. I've been getting the double cheese burger which I never can finish easily. Skip the fries if u wanna finish the burger. I have tried other items like chicken pieces and subs like steak.chicken.etc.it's always clean too except that too clean at times as the disinfectant extremely dominates the smell of the restaurant. Still this place is worth your money spent as it is a well worth junk food but good food for a wonderful experience. Good portion for the price of a mean which justify the quality and quantity aspect of business. I recommend this place if you are around the area.

Delicious food. Tried the mixed chunks combo and it did not fail to please. Fries were crisp and portion was worth the cost. Definitely will return.

Yousef and Ibrahim very nice polite ppl and friendly. Chicken is crispy and tasty. Nice atmosphere, large restaurant can accommodate you and your family if you are looking for a nice sit down meal. In my opinion BETTER than Popeyes, much better actually. You get more food and more value for your money. Thank you for the arm wrestles guys, shookran!

Fantastic fried, boneless, chicken! Crispy, served piping hot, made to order. Hint of spice in the batter but not too much. Better than the chain restaurants. Generous portions, good value for the money.

Best fried chicken in Ottawa for sure. We took all breast/chunk pieces. They were amazingly juicy and full of flavours. Salt and spices were just perfect. Even my 6year old loved it. Price is really reasonable too. Will definitely revisit and recommend!

We walked in and ordered some fried chicken. After forty (40) minutes of waiting, we were called to the counter to pick up our food. Did you think those zoomers would bring your plate to your table? Guess again. On the plate itself was some seriously vile fried chicken served on a bed of unmistakable Cavendish frozen fries. I don't know how Crispy's achieved this, but they managed to create a chicken that is both salty and bland at the same time. It's like they marinated the meat in concentrated "bland" extract. Texture-wise the dark meat was undercooked and blubbery, the white meat kind of sour and dry. The black pepper dominated everything in the breading. My date had similarly negative comments about the mozzarella sticks (obviously frozen also) and poutine. A train wreck; avoid at all costs.

The food is so good man the best thing to order is probably the phily sub and the double cheese burger amazing staff and don't rush
