We are so impressed with the staff and furniture selection at Critelli’s. Juanita, the designer who worked with us in December 2022, is very knowledgeable, and patiently helped us make the decision on colour and style of Fjord chairs for our den. We couldn’t be more pleased. Several months after delivery, we discovered there was a problem with the recline position in one of the chairs. We sent a photo and soon after, Steven, Critelli’s Client Relations person, arranged to fix the chair’s mechanism here in London, after finishing a delivery in Sarnia. The fact there was no charge and everything was handled so professionally shows the pride Critelli’s deservedly has in its selection of furniture brands and its staff. We highly recommend Critelli’s as a place to buy quality furniture at a reasonable price.

I was shopping for a recliner. After visiting a couple of stores I went to Critellis. I was greeted by Lisa. I was interested in a Stressless chair. Lisa had me try out a few chairs to see which would suit me best. We found the one for me. She asked for photos of the room and furniture. This helped to really customize the chair and get the right look. A couple of days later Lisa called me to review the order. Seems we needed to change the color of the base to perfectly match the rest of the chair. She definitely went above and beyond. Her designer input and attention to detail is amazing. A pleasure to deal with. I am often disappointed when shopping in other stores.
NOT in this case I highly recommend Lisa and the Critelli team.

She helped us make our decisions by providing us with all the answers to questions we had and should have had. She was our irreplaceable guide while perusing Critellis extensive selection - explaining, with her expertise as an interior designer, in language we understood - the reasons why something would or wouldn't be perfect but always assuring us that there was something for us that would work. Through this experience, we found pieces in store to buy directly and also a custom table she helped us with choosing stain and style and size - without ever seeing the product until receiving it happily, on time and fulfilling our every expectation. It is a rare person to find in retail environments who can instantly convey confidence in which you could trust. We purchased a Stressless Recliner and we absolutely love it. The entire experience was easy and pleasurable as Lisa guided us through the process. Talking with her felt like we were working with an old friend. After trying out chairs at several other places, the Stressless stood above the rest in comfort and quality. You could feel the difference when you first sit on one.

Was recently doing some couch shopping and reached out to Critelli modern. The service and response time was extremely professional and prompt, providing me with lots of options that fit my style and budget. Would most definitely recommend Critelli furniture to anyone looking for an amazing local store.
