Critical Hit Gaming Lounge

Went for a Lorcana tournament and the staff were well organized and knowledgeable. The space was very nice, clean, and well ventilated. The women's bathroom was nicely kept throughout the day. However, it made me nervous to see food and drinks next to cards since there were no restrictions for it.

There were three large tables for Warhammer and some extra bins of settings for those who need it.

They served food as well which was good! The Cajun fries were probably the best. They had a tournament menu which was understandable. Food came out as quickly as it could for 1 chef. It'd be nice if they had another chef come to help on tournament days. Overall I would come back for another tournament.

Great game store. Doesn’t have the biggest selection but the staff are great, there’s great food and a good selection of events in the store

Been a patron since 2019. Watched this place go from a basic set up with a lot of space for gamers to game to a sophisticated cafe hybrid. I was worried Critical Hit wouldn't survive the Lockdowns due to authoritarian dictators, but the owners took a chance and rolled a d20 with their expansion into Greenwood Cafe.
Love the atmosphere, staff, food and the other gamers at Critical Hit. I don't know what I'd do without their presence.

One of my favourite game stores. Very good prices, being able to order food and drinks while playing is amazing. Owners are very friendly and keen on keeping an inclusive environment for all. They have made great strides towards becoming a premium calliber store! Lots of singles and bling, great associates and personalities behind the counter. Highly reccomend stopping here.

This is a great spot. The owners are absolutely amazing. The food is really delicious too. Fantastic atmosphere. They have great events that they run very well.

My only suggestion is if you’re looking for a full meal you are going to wait a long time. We have been 4 times and every time we have had to wait at least an hour for our meals. We have also had to clear our own tables and hunt our server down for water or coffee. So maybe pregame and eat a snack before going or bring your patience!

They are always super busy so that’s a good sign!

One of my top favorite events was here. Great food, great service. Gaming space has some awesome terrain and game boards to play on.

Excellent place to go and play boardgames work friends. They do trivia weekly. Great place if you're into TTRPGs, as well.

Food and drinks are good. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

Good and welcome environment, not my kind of food but still a good place to hang out with friends and family. I really have fun when I go.recommended if you like trivia nights

Fantastic coffee with the coffee roasted on the premise. The chilli was very good and the grilled cheese was excellent

Went to dnd beginner night. Place was amazing. Food was great, everyone there was super kind, the place looked and felt amazing. I would definitely recommend!

Great place to go and have gaming fun. Large selection of board games to play with DnD, Warhammer, and Magic the Gathering tables to use.

Great space and broad game selection. Food is simple and good-and fair for the price. Easy for families to spend a whole afternoon.

I have been going to Critical Hit Gaming Lounge since they opened, I have never once had a bad experience here. Highly recommend taking your family and friends to this location!

Went for Halloween Trivia last night. We had a great time. Food was great, and beer was good. It was a busy time, and Dom and the staff were very personable with everyone. Questions were fun and the costume contest was a hit!

We'll be back for end-of-the-month trivia and will spread the word.

Awesome place that's clean, has lots of space, and is well maintained. The owner is a super nice guy and is always welcoming. Prices are extremely reasonable.

Dom and the crew at Critical Hit run a top notch establishment.
The food is phenomenal, their drinks are from local breweries, and the staff are always welcoming to everyone.
I go there every week for a great game of Dungeons and Dragons.
Whether your interest is in D&D, Trading Card Games, Tabletop Games, Board Games, Chess Tournaments etc. There is always something going on for everyone at Critical Hit Gaming Lounge.

My friends and I go here every Saturday for trivia. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere of the establishment is really cozy. The food goes retarded and for a reasonable price. My only critique is that when the place is busy, the service slows down tremendously because there's only one guy in the kitchen. Other than that, would highly recommend.

There isn't a better place to get a coffee, play some cards, games or just relax and chat. Friendly atmosphere and the owners are the best people.

I was in the area needing lunch and decided to stop here and try it for some grub.

As soon as you walk in there is a large selection of board games that I assume you can use!

There is plenty of parking and a wide selection of food that is written with chalk very beautifully. One of the owners was taking the orders. I told him I was a burger connoisseur and needed help with my selection. He was right on top of it explaining not only the different burgers ingredients but that all of the meat is locally sourced as well as the buns are from a local bakery. I eventually ended up with the firelord burger.

I wasn’t sure if I was allowed to sit down and eat without playing a game or joining one but they were more than welcoming. I grabbed the table in the back and Watched some other customers play Warhammer (i believe) There were quite a few games going at the time but the place was relatively quiet and everyone was very respectful of the game. Some music came on that seem to go along with the theme of the gaming

My Burger Came piping hot and with it came my Cajun fries that I ordered. I cannot decide what I liked better the fries alone were delicious plus the Cajun seasoning and the burger was huge and full of toppings it didn’t have a lot of sauce but it definitely didn’t need it. I could barely get the whole thing down in one sitting.

Overall it was clean, friendly and welcoming. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place whether you’re grabbing some food or playing a board or fantasy game!

It’s a nice small town experience that helps you slow down and relax. Love their burger and fries! Also, the gaming aspect is fun.

Great for table top gaming. Lots of tables and tons of terrain for Warhammer 40k etc. Card games, board games, and DnD are also popular. Good food, craft beers, and house roasted coffee.
