We ordered a cheesecake for our wedding anniversary. It was just amazing! So smooth and fresh, not oversweeted like everywhere else. Just perfect! So happy we found the place to buy all our future cakesTHANK YOU!

I ordered a strawberry cake for my daughter’s graduation and it was the best I have ever had from here. Without asking, they put beautiful graduation themed chocolates on top. So beautiful! Thank you!

Not sure I wanted to post this but I have to. I am not sure if they have sold the bakery or what is happening but this cake ruined my sons birthday and I can guarantee I won’t be back. My son doesn’t eat cake and is generally not much for sweets, however when he was younger he had a sfoglia cake and loved it so that became his birthday cake every year. When we moved to the region 9 years ago we found Criveller and they made a sfoglia that was pretty close to the bakery we used to go to for his birthday cakes. Well fast forward to Wednesday and I was shocked at the price of $70 and was very angry when we cut into it and it was ALL custard and barely any sfoglia. It had to have been the most disgusting cake I have ever eaten. The custard wasn’t even fresh it was old and stale. I wanted to call and complain but what’s the point the birthday was ruined at that point and I don’t want another cake to replace it. I just felt everyone should know and beware.

Worst chocolate cake I have ever tried. No one at my 50th party liked it and the store would not do anything about it. So disappointed. I do not recommend this bakery.

Looks like they deleted my original review as they only are interested in 5 star ratings. What a shame as this place used to be so great and their desserts are fantastic, but their customer service has gone way downhill.
I was in there about a week ago trying to buy some cookies, and heard someone on the phone in the back - no worries. I waited over 15 mins and could clearly hear this was a personal call. After jingling keys and making noise and calling out, no one came to the front. Waited over 25 minutes and ended up leaving.
