Horrible customer service doesn't want to communicate any thing.

After I tell him here to pick up order types it in the computer does not utter a word keeps on doing his own thing until I hear from the back order is ready. Like I was staring at his face for 15 min with full attention on him thinking he could not find my order like seriously. All you had to say "okay i have process it they will call your name "

Am not really a person that go riding bad reviews about business i believe this really the first one am going to do, but honestly the customer service at CRL Is so bad i don't want to say every single person but most of the people in general the culture of being rude with the customer is pretty generalized, every glass guy that I know have the same opinion about this company come on guys your customer are not the enemy.

Either your desperate or stupid to deal with people so rude and ridiculous, i dont no how this company is in bussiness with the worst customer service. There website is even worst to try and register. CR losing it.

Very unfriendly and very rude. They think everyone is an idiot. Hope someone from senior management takes ownership and manages the front line. Enough is enough

CRL did not give any notice of the one month delivery delay until I phoned to ask where my order was on the scheduled delivery date.

This company has THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced! My contractor whom I no longer deal with purchased $700 worth of glass clip holders last week and paid with my cash. The clips are the wrong size and this company's employees would not exchange the parts under any circumstances, even though we brought all the clips back in original packaging along with the receipt. Their explanation is "only the original purchaser can exchange or return the parts", which is unheard of in any other business. They said "sorry, you will have to choose your contractor more carefully next time" and basically told me to piss off with the clips. They're happy to take the money no matter who it comes from, but when there is a need for exchange, good luck getting anything out of them.
Extremely disappointed customer here!

Absolutely disgusting company. I was here with my contractor to pick some hardware, and we had witnessed a caucasian lady behind the counter being extremely rude to a very polite and calm customer. This customer just needed an exchange as her contractor bought her the wrong hardware. This lady behind the counter kept telling her basically to f off. Not willing to help at all, actually being horribly rude and dismissive.

I was so mortified that I told my contractor that I wanted to leave. I went to another company and spent my $11,000 there.

You need to train your staff to be more polite and courteous. What I witnessed was horrid, abnormal, and straight embarassing.
