Amazing experience! A must to do. You do not have to ne an artist as the staff is amazing and guide you through your creative ability.

My youngest and I wanted to get creative while we were visiting Blue Mountain, so we stopped in. Cortney was very welcoming and friendly, and walked us through the process, since it was our first time. Georgia helped us get started, and my little one (10) and I set to painting. The environment was inspirational, creative, and relaxing, and it was an experience that my son said he'd always remember.

We were leaving the next day, so we needed to have our fired and cooled items shipped. They arrived fairly quickly, and very well packaged (thanks Mel!). We will cherish the items we created, and every time we use them, remember our time at Blue Mountain.

He's already asked if we can have his next birthday party at our local Crock a Doodle.who am I to say no? Thanks for the incredible experience, Cortney!

What a great idea. I went in with my daughter and we had a ton of fun. The owner and renie were both really great and accommodating.

Went there Tuesday with our grandson. Staff is very friendly. Had a great time, pick up the next day.

Came in the morning of a long weekend and booked an afternoon session - was told to do this and pick up after 4 the next day. When we arrived for our session, was told items would not be ready for 2 days - disappointing - so we left. Overall, the place looks great and lots of items to choose from so try to get there in the morning during busy season

My wife & I came here and painted some pottery that turned out great! Staff was helpful & let us go a little longer than the 75 minute allowance because they weren't too busy.

It's such a fun place to go to! So many options to choose from and great supportive and friendly staff.:)

I had such an amazing time today at Crock a Doodle. I’m here for a trip with my sister and mom, and we wanted to do something together that we would all enjoy. It was such an amazing experience! The staff was so nice & atttentive, and even gave us extra time in our pottery seeing that we were not done in the 75 minutes. If you want a fun experience in the Blue Mountain Village for people of all ages, I 1000% recommend.

While the painting and choosing the clay structures to draw were therapeutic and fun, the staff were not customer friendly. My friends and I were not given instructions on where to choose the pots, the price, how to paint, and some staff were a bit rude. If you know how to paint and have been at the store before then I would recommend but for first timers, an enjoyable service is not guaranteed.

I was given a $100 crock a doodle gift card as a birthday present. I think the gift card was purchased at a London Ontario store. I booked a studio session to use the gift card at the blue mountain location. I mentioned at the time of booking my session that I would be using a gift card to pay for the pottery pieces. After painting the pottery pieces in the studio, I was told at checkout that the gift card is only redeemable at the location where the card was originally purchased from and that I would have to pay $108 for the pieces. The franchise owner pointed to VERY fine print on the back of the card that says the “gift” is only redeemable at the franchise it was purchased from. I mentioned to her that I had indicated at the time of booking that I would be using a gift card for the purchase and that nothing was shared with me about gift cards not being redeemable at other locations. She went on to tell me that it was my fault for not asking that question. I told her that I would have no way of knowing to ask that question because other franchise operations do not limit their gift cards to their store only such as Tim Hortons, Subway, Pita Pit, etc. She said next time I would need to think of asking all the questions or reading the fine print on the back of the card.

Painting pottery is supposed to be a relaxing and therapeutic experience not a belittling altercation. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE and BIZARRE FRANCHISE OPERATION.

My hubby and I painted Christmas gifts for the kids over the holidays! The staff were super friendly and helpful! We can't wait to see our creations! Such a fun and simple way to spend time away from screens and enjoy art in a simple form!

Every time we have come to Blue Mountain we go to Crock a doodle to paint some pottery, it's been a tradition for several years. We've spent hundreds of dollarsover these visits, as it's fairly expensive to do. We came in this time well before the trip ended because we did not want to have the items shipped. This year we did 5 pieces, one of which was a small mitten Christmas tree ornament. Came in the next day after 4 to pick up the items and the staff had scratched off the paint in a very visible space on the mitten to write the order number on it. Understanding the number had to be there, but they scratched off red paint to write it, instead of the already white space on the top. Very unhappy with this, especially due to the time spent painting and the cost. We went in and the staff (lady with spiky grey hair, manager?) argued about it initially, then gave the option to fix and have us pay more to ship it (which we expressly came in early to avoid both for price and time), bring it to the Aurora store for them to fix (which would have chewed up an hour on each of two different days to drop it off and pick it up, right before a snowstorm weekend and too late for the holidays) or use nail polish to fix it, which is both difficult to match colour and a terrible idea for something that cost so much. We just wanted a refund, but not in the cards. This was a black mark to end the vacation on, and will be the last time we visit this store. It's very disappointing and would advise others to be wary of this if you're going or avoid the store altogether. Super poor experience.

I’m giving 3 stars mainly because of the 1 hour 15 mins time limit. My daughter felt rushed that she didn’t have a satisfying experience.

We have come here multiple times and love the ambience of this place. But this time the experience was disappointing.

Suggestion for the business owner is to offer time packages for reservation (for those who want to spend time in the studio rather than do the take home) as many families with small kids would love to hang out for a longer time and have fun.

Went here recently for a bachelorette party! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Tons of really fun options to paint. Had lots of suggestions and guides to help us. And - since we were from out of town, they also allowed us to take our pieces back to other locations that were closer to where each of us lived to make pick up easier! Would definitely recommend.

So much fun!
