My 2 granddaughters - age 23 and 3 - had so much fun picking out crocs and jibbitz together! Friendly staff.

This used to be a good go-to store but no real deals anymore and not worth the visit… most of store is regular price, tiny selection of “sale items” that really aren’t much of a sale. No sizes available, minimal selection…. This store has gone waaaaay downhill. If u really want a pair buy online thru crocs website or even amazon has them cheaper and shipping is included! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!

Had a limited pair and staff were really helpful and transparent when it came to trying to get it. Friendly and helpful with a great selection and variety of sizes.

They don't have shoes what I was use to wear, and staff showing me wrong shoes even telling him what I want

There are a lot of people buying Crocs, but the store is not that big, and there is only one chasier

This is the best crocs store so far I have been to. The store is very organized and the staffs are very approachable, especially Nafeesa who was able to answer all my inquiries, helping me decide what to buy and ended up buying my 3rd pair of crocs!

Workers were very helpful and have lots of variety to choose from. I would definitely go back.

Awful. Few options for size, considerably more expensive than just buying online, they couldn’t even get me a bag to carry my purchase.

I came to crocs in Mississauga to buy a gift for my friend, I was assisted by Nafeesa. She was patient, very well spoken and polite, she made me feel so welcome. I was very indecisive and she gave me options. She went above and beyond, made me feel important and truly values customers. I ended up buying crocs for my friend, myself and charms. Nafeesa is a true asset, I will definitely come again when I visit Canada next time. Keep up the good work Nafeesa. X

Went there to do an exchange for a bigger size Croc after an online purchase and the staff was amazing. They made it effortless.

Brutal Customer Service. Ordered a pair for a Christmas gift went to the store to exchange them. They didn't have the size needed so the girl behind the counter suggested I call Customer Service for more help? I did, sat on the line for 20 mins then spoke with the store manager. Asked her why I'm being told to call Customer service, aren't they capable? They proceeded to offer me an in store credit which they could've done from the get go. 45 mins later

Not enough collection. And the female (black) Manager is super rude. And I am not being racist or anything. You simply can not be rude with the customer on asking anything relevant for example size color crocs recycle bag.

Came into today to purchase some croc sandals for my parents upcoming trip, I was assisted by the saleswoman Asia. She was very helpful and explained the benefits of the orthotic support of the sandals. Truly a great customer service experience that I definitely appreciate. Thanks again Asia!

I was with my daughter and trying to do an exchange for her sandals bought online, it was too small. Received no service at all yesterday (Saturday afternoon). The female salesperson (black with very short hair) was reluctant to check the inventory or online for the availability, all we can do it to return the pair. My whole family like CROCS, it's cute and comfy. But I won't come to THIS store again since no one is willing (or even try) to help, worst customer service, very disappointed.

CROCS ONLINE - NOT MISSISSAUGA - My experience was horrible since the begging. I guess there were lots of red flags and I did not care as I should have. My order has not been delivered to my house. I contacted them to ask the reason. The customer service attendant kept blaming UPS, and told me to contact them to solve my problem. BUT I BOUGHT IT AT CROCS, NOT UPS? !? !? !? !? So now what?

Very affordable price range, but prepare for the size shortage. And their working shoes don't seem to work for everyone such as Eastern Asian men like me.

They don't care about customers. The manager is rude. They even called security to one customer who tried to return broken shoes.

The store is nice they have a lot of the stuff online.the one thing 8 didn't like is the workers or at least most of them they are not welcoming at all you can tell they just wanna end their shift and be done with it.although it's not a high traffic store and there are at least 4 workers in the store, but they are dull and bored and not helpful.

There was a loud aggressive dog let in to the store. There’s no sign that says dogs are permitted but even if they are, if they’re barking and being disruptive and lunging at other customers then they shouldn’t be allowed in. Employees don’t get paid enough to deal with it the manager or owner should’ve done something about it.

Great selection, from the fuzzy to the sleek sandals. You can pick up a deal in the 50% off isle, only limited sizes.

Ruqayya Oud Perfumes was here looking for a shop to rent. We are trying to open another branch of Attar Oil Perfumes. This location is good buy its to fat from Hurontario/ Dondas where we have our first shop

Products are good, but one of the cashiers has a serious attitude problem. It’s not alright to erupt with a tone on paying customers because you’re having a bad day.

The staff is very helpful and nice. The sales associate Aya was very good and helped me find shoes for my son.

Alex was a great help! She was so kind and helpful when it came to which crocs to get and choosing the perfect style and size. Will definitely be coming to this location again, amazing customer service.

This was my first time visiting this store location. I was really impressed by the service. One of the associates, she really helped me getting the crocs, I wanted.
Surely shopping here again. Unfortunately they don't have sizes in classics but lady got me size in lined clogs.

I went to buy a Crocs for my mother, they have a BOGO promotion, and after I paid, I asked the cashier about the return policy, she told me, no returns were allowed on BOGO items. I hope that these Crocs fit my mother's size. Probably it was my fault, because I asked after I paid (I was expecting Crocs to have that policy) but I also think that is the staff fault, because they didn't posted conspicuously on the offer add, and warn clients about BOGO no return policy.

Very bad attention. The ladles in counter were too angry. They didn't attend well. They were hiding the Drewcrocs and didn't want to look for me the size I asked them. They weren't kind with me every moment.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service ever! 2 of the ladies are so mean, one of them kept following us around, I was looking for a size 10 and they didn't have in the color that I was looking for. I asked for a different color and they didn't have it either. Eventually she got very mad and she told me just what they had there.
They also had a pair of special edition Drew crocs, they were size 12 and they said they were 75 dollars, after one of them took another Drew pair from the back and hid it by the counter, the other pair looked much smaller, but the lady said it was also a size 12 and kept it hidden there.
We didn't like the way we were treated and we walked out. What a shame CROCS! We didn't feel welcome at all!

I went in to look for the classic crocs to see which one I liked better. I ended up walking away because a lady kept following me around. Almost made me feel as I was trying to steal something. I didn't end up buying anything and just walked out.

I took my mom here to get a new pair of non-slip shoes. We also got a really good deal on their sandals. Just wish that the staff were more helpful rather than just standing near the cash and chatting with each other while watching my mom and i shop.

Great products but the staff are too pushy, following customers around and bugging them about products. If a customer says they are fine, leave them be don't keep hounding them!

Came in today Friday Jan 31 in the afternoon w/ my husband and there were 3 visible employees. There was a lady putting shoes on the wall and she noticed us and blatantly IGNORED US! No hello or asking if we need any help which we did! 1 of the employees ended up coming and helping us and was very kind (4 stars) Before I left I came to know the lady that ignored me was actually the one who runs the place. I’m shocked to the core.

Store manager is odd lady.could not understand her speaking.otherwise staff is good and good selection

Friendly staff! Thanks to the lovely ladies who helped me find the perfect shoes. I came 10 minutes before closing and was able to find what I was looking for quickly and got a great deal!

Went for kid's rain boots but they asked us to order online. While am a big online shopper I wanted to see what my daughter picks up for herself but I was disappointed.

The store is great and usually pretty organized I'm just really confused how they can charge $60+ for a pair of rubber/foam clogs. Buy only when they have a deal!

Went into the store for the first time and I walked away with 8 pairs of crocs customer service was the best I have ever received I had a very plesent experience and I will surely be recommending this place to everyone
