Had a water softener and AC unit installed. From the initial contact with Jason to the installation, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Joshua, Brian, Derek and Bill were excellent technicians. Very knowledgeable in their respective areas. They even took the time to vacuum and sweep the area after they were finished. Awesome job Cross! Would highly recommend!

Kyle is really knowledgeable and answers any questions I have. He also recommends what I can do to help maintain the systems which I appreciate.

Absolutely incredible company and service. I'm always leery of calling trades companies because, due to my lack of knowledge, I'm worried about being taken advantage of. But this company has been absolutely stellar.

I called to explain my problem, and they advised me of an easy fix over the phone and were nice and professional. They could have easily charged me for a service call. Will absolutely use them in the future if I have any issues.

Amazing company to deal with! From start to finish! Install team was very knowledgeable, kind and willing to answer any questions. I will definitely not hesitate to work with them again. I had them in to install a tankless system, and a furnace conversion. Was done in a timely manner, and kept me informed at every step of the way. The tech did a great job explaining how everything works. They left the job site cleaner than before they arrived!

The furnace installers did an excellent
job. They were efficient, extremely organized and left the jobsite clean and the furnace working flawlessly. In addition Brady did an excellent job of sizing our house and coming up with the appropriate furnace. Also, Kyle our service man has provided excellent maintenance and advice over the years with our old furnace. The follow up of the company on all of the installation matters is also excellent and I know that I am in good hands. It’s just great!

We recently had Cross Heating replace our Natural Gas furnace. Their staff have been great to interact with from our first service call on our old furnace, to sales through installers for our new one.

From the first call to the end of the installation, everyone was professional, courteous, and punctual. We had a Mitsubishi dual head heat/AC heat pump unit installed in our 2 storey addition. It is perfect. We have been toasty ever since.

Our Furnace went out a couple of days before Christmas, a tech was here same day we called, unfortunately the furnace was toast the blower motor was gone and the heat exchanger was cracked the furnace had to be condemned, the sales team was able to determine our furnace was grossly under sized for our home which was the most likely the cause of the repeated failures, after consulting with us and measuring our home thoroughly they were able to give us several options to choose from, our new furnace was delivered and installed very quickly. (the team had to navigate the Christmas holidays and a 3 day blizzard). The install crew was very thorough and professional our new unit was installed and running in less than a day.to say Cross Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd.was our Christmas miracle this year would not be an understatement.many many thanks guys and gals

I had a furnace, ac unit any thermostat replaced. Job was handled in a very professional way, starting with quotation and followed by swift installation. Great value. Installation was done on time. Technicians were very professional and very helpful in answering questions and in providing explanations. They paid attention to detail making

We had a great experience with Cross Heating! After trying another business in the area and hearing no response, I sent an email to Cross and they had me on the phone the next day.
We are very happy with our AC so far. Our thermostat was a bit glitchy but they had a tech come out and try and rewire it but they up just replacing it altogether which was great! It works perfectly.
So happy to have AC!

From the first call to one week after installation Cross Heating and Jason were polite, did what they said they would do, arrived on time, completed the job as quoted and throughout the whole business were a treat to deal with.

Cross did a full home energy assessment, gave a full range of options to fit any budget and setting up installation was only a matter of exchanging a couple of emails. They arranged for the gas company to inspect, came when agreed, and finished early. The installers were professional and polite, and left my basement cleaner than they found it. Explained my options at the outset in terms of moving ahead with the repair to my 10 year-old ac condenser. It needed a capacitor. Repair was quick, he checked the entire system and gave a written report. Great job.

We were impressed with both the installers at Cross Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. When we experienced a slight issue, their service tech was quick to respond and within an hour from the time of our call our problem was resolved.

I have previously used Cross to service my aging furnace and they are one of the few local hvac companies that install Lennox products. I had done my research and knew what make and models I wanted installed to replace my 20+ year old furnace & A/C units. I got multiple quotes for the same units and decided to go with Cross because they provided the best overall value and also happened to be the lowest quote. They do provide a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, as well as a good warranty that they register on my behalf. The sales person was very professional & knowledgeable and customized the quote to my specific preferences. I also had some additional duct work completed at the same time as the installation. The technicians arrived on time both days and were very courteous to put down protective covers on the stairs as it was wet outside. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product and service that Cross provided. I would recommend them for HVAC service or new installation.

I called Cross for an estimate and a representative came within a week. He showed me their options, gave suggestions and and honest opinions.

I could have had the AC installed the following week, but chose two weeks. Two fellows showed up, removed my old unit, installed the new AC, tidied up and showed me the install. Everything was done perfectly, their demeanor professional, and I was pleased with the work.
The AC looks good outside and the pipes and electrical neatly bundled inside and out.

The AC got a workout last week and did its job. I recommend Cross for your HVAC needs. They are quick to respond, do what they say, and check back to see if you are satisfied.

As a side note, other suppliers in the area that were called for quotes still have not responded a month since I called. Cross immediately responded and acted. Great!

Cross was able to send Kyle out same day and had our air conditioning back up and running. He was also able to go over some other things while he was here and give us estimates for some changes/upgrades we had been considering.

The service person came on time and immediately got to work. They serviced our water heater as well as doing inspections to ensure that all aspects of the heater were safe, reliable and functional.

I had Cross Heating quote me for a new AC/Furnace and the provided me with 3 recommended options during the same visit with accurate quotes. I was called within the 30 days just like they said they would, and we got a date set up for a furnace and AC install on 2 separate days. The furnace install went without issue, and they were a very respectful, hard working crew. The AC install unfortunately I had to call off as they were running quite late so I rescheduled another day. That day they showed up on time and got to work. So despite not showing up at the agreed upon time once, their quality of work and service commitment is worth it.

Best customer experience I could ask for! I paid absolutely nothing ($0 for labour, $0 for parts) for a repair on an appliance that I bought from Cross Heating about a year ago, as it was still under warranty (actually, it might have even been one month beyond the warranty period, but it was still honoured). And the work done was excellent and top-notch:) 'Highly' recommend Cross Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone:)

Cross responded quickly when most of the other local firms seemed indifferent, perhaps because our farm isn't close to any major centre. We ultimately used another firm that could come the same day so I cancelled Cross but am writing this because Cross was one of the very few places that seemed to care about their reputation for service.

Installed central air system. This company was great. From the gentleman who came and provided the quote, to the 2 men who did the installation, right down to the lady who arranges everything on the phone, this company was always professional, friendly and did the job very well. Would highly recommend.

We used Cross for our maintenance on the heating and air conditioning system as well as cleaning and checking our gas fireplace. They two service people, Clint and Dave, were very easy to deal with and very pleasant throughout the whole service call. They answered any questions we had without being abrupt or condescending which is definitely not the case with all service people.

It all started with my old water heater was suddenly leaking.
A friend recommends Cross Heating, and I tried to use their chat feature on their website. I'm happy that someone was replying to me although it's almost midnight, the nice lady noted my issue and promise someone will call me tomorrow morning (it's not urgent since I can turn off the hot water).
They send someone to check on the leaking, and since it's cannot be replaced I purchased a new one from them. All the process is done professionally, I'll recommend them to anyone that I know.

We had the guys from Cross Heating and AC in to install our new furnace and AC. From the original sales tech Jeff, to the people we spome with in the office, and the techs that came to the house to do the work, it was a great experience.
The sales pitch was spot on. He answered our questions and customized a package fof us. The office staff were quick to set up our install and made sure we were all set. The techs followed COVID protocols, they were efficient, polite, clean and friendly!
As the days are getting warmer, our house is staying a comfortable 20 degrees!
