I am editing my review because of the recent appraisal that we did. Initially I gave them a great review. I realize now that the appraisal I had done was at the peak of the real estate boom. Now that the dust has settled I got an appraisal ordered through them again for another place. There was a scheduling issue to on the appraiser's side, so we had to reschedule to accommodate him. Then they did the appraisal and they valued it lower than market value for some reason. I got another appraisal company to come and give me a second opinion and it was 225k higher.

If you can avoid this company I would suggest it. They overcharge and undervalue. They are in it for the money and nothing else.
