Service was as expected, but mechanic left greasy finger prints on door, window and the was dirt/grease on interior of vehicle!
Maybe vehicle should be inspected before owner picks up in case there are areas to be cleaned prior.

Small repair required to my 2023 cadillac xt4. They had it in and almost before I got home it was repaired. Very happy with the service and courtesy extended to me.

We just picked up our 2023 Trail Boss sold by Sheri Rousseau and we love it. Sheri was great to deal with, we worked through some bumps along the way but made it work in the end.

Tammy was very pleasant and helpful. We literally left another dealer because the sales person was so pushy and obnoxious. Tammy was completely the opposite, answering all our questions without ever making us feel pressured. Love the car and would recommend Tammy highly.

It was great experience from the moment i drove up to the service door the service staff were friendly and informed me of everthing that was happening from the time it was takin inside and everytging was explained in dtail by the shop forman and mechanic before paying at the cash counter, who had a big smile and asked if the service was acurate and to my expection and complete, and thanks for the opertunity to service my vehicle. Absolutely nothing good to say about this dealership…. Sadly I bought a brand new truck there and every time it goes in for warranty which is quite often because it sucks, it’s a nightmare

Dropped truck off at 9: 30am for oil change and 2 updates on truck computer was told it would take about an hour and a half got the phone call at 11: 00 truck was readycan’t argue with that

Peter the service advisor was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem with our vehicle. They did a temporary fix until the part arrived and then called us in to have it serviced the same day. Excellent service all around.

To the review follow up, I know you can't find my name in your system because it's in my best interest not to put my name in here as you will treat me even worst than you already have. Whenever you call and they say, you can leave a message and I'll have them call you back or you leave a message on a voicemail, that's false. THEY NEVER CALL BACK. I've probably called a dozen times in the last 8 years and never got a call back. I constantly have to call myself to find out what's going on. I'm not going to give details as they will probably be able to tell who this review is from but I've been given the run around from this place like there's no tomorrow. I would avoid this place at all costs. Customer service is basically a thing of the past. Great sales service, OF COURSE, they are trying to sell you a vehicle and make money off you.

Highly not recommend to buy a truck off the dealership. My screen does not work on my brand new Dodge ram 1500 classic and they pretty much told me that there’s nothing they can do about it. I would never buy a truck off the dealership again and I will make sure that my family or friends do not buy your truck off this company. Extremely disappointed.
