Absolute worst customer service I have ever received for two years. If you want to call the reception good luck, you have a better chance seeing a unicorn. And the male Asian receptionist, my god. Dude, if you don’t want to work stop taking tax payer money so you can sit there with your resting birch face and do the bare minimum.

We have been patients with Dr. Den Boer since they were at West Park Health Centre. I always received great care from her. She is patient, kind, and overall amazing. Even when our doctor was not available, we would usually see Dr. Sun. He's been great even at our last visit for my son. Nurses and other staff are also kind and attentive. Reception is great and have always gotten back and are kind and accommodating. We are lucky to have them.

I have tried to make an appointment for the past three days. What I get when the line is open is a voice and then immediately, music, which cuts off any interaction or communication to a receptionist to make an appointment. Your reception team has to step up or be replaced, as a hapless patient has no access to your clinic via the phone line.
How am I to follow up with the recommendation of my doctor, Dr. Tang, if I cannot get through to the clinic? I have asked that I be contacted on my landline since I miss any call to my cell phone (cell is unreliable & it is not always near by). Messages to me can be left on the landline as it is often difficult to reach reception after they have called to my cell phone and I missed their call.

Had really good experiences thus far with Dr. Chan as our family doctor. She takes time to address all patient concerns and provides excellent professional care.

This is my first review ever as I don't complain much and I don't have time for this but this time I can't contain my emotions. The secretary on the phone for Dr. Ghandi is so unprofessional. She has no respect for my time and options. First time, I told her calmly my schedule is very tough as I am a health worker doing rotation shifts. The second time was when I could not contain myself. She has an obvious condescending voice and irritated when I explore the the available schedule. She always say "Hurry! I have another on the phone". My Doctor is only doing some days of the week! How does she expect that I will be available on a single work day she is providing.

Are you even providing training for this staff? This clinic has been stressful since she took over the phone.

This is the worst family health team I've ever been to doctor Sun and his team are very rude and very inconsiderate and don't know how to treat or talk to people

I have a three year old daughter who needed to be looked at and doctor sun refused to see her he is a horrible doctor and very rude I don't recommend anyone go to see him his team is also horrible as they seem like they just came out of school with no experience what so ever

I've been a patient with them for years and haven't seen any doctor from that practice, due to NEVER being able to get a hold of someone and never getting a call back to confirm the appointment. Might have to find a new family doctor

So DR. Sun you are all over social media now! How date you vaccinate 6month old children with no authority before it was even medically cleared by health canada shame on you I hope you lose your license and ho to prison

I ALWAYS have the hardest time contacting them. I can call over 10 times and They literally never answer the phone… super annoying since I’d love to book an appointment to see my doctor.

I've been a patient of this clinic for 10 years, my main doctor was Dr. Jeffries, I've also found good care under Dr. Sun and Dr. Den Boer. They've all provided careful, thorough and detailed care with any issues I've had over the years. Dr. Tang, however, leaves a bitter experience when she is rushing through the appointment, barely examines the issues brought up, dismissing all concerns in a curt manner. Bedside manner is important when it comes to patient care and its unfortunate she heavily lacks in this area. I trust my doctors to make the best call after an assessment with their experience and knowledge, but when there is barely an effort made it leaves much to be desired with the expectations the other doctors set with their phenomenal care.

Dr Christopher Sun has admitted to illegally injecting children as young as 6 months old with experimental genetic material.

This doctor is clearly mentally ill and should seek assistance. He should not be near children.

Went through the Pharmacy for the STOP PROGRAM.
Worst experience of my life. Imagine having someone call you pretending to "care" if you were quitting or not. To the point of confusing me with someone who was on their last treatment after i had just started.
Its a joke. Utter waste.

I called Dr. Chans office at 9.43 AM today and asked whether anyone can contact me today as I have covid and wanted a prescription. They said that Dr. Chan is not available and her calendar is packed for the day. So, the receptionist told me that someone from on call doctors will contact me and till now I havent received a call. If you cannot contact patients, you should at least have the courtesy to inform. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My family doctor, Dr. Gandhi and Chiropractor, Dr Abbas are both here, I’ve never had any issues with them and the exercises prescribed have been helpful in dealing with my medical needs.

Two visit both happens to be with Dr. Sun. Very not happy, both time the first with my child and second with me, he seems he is rushing to be with "actual patient" As we are not his prefer patient. He came very late and he is in a very rush to get away from me, close communication and miss informed on what was happening.not being a dr at all. We go there to see a Dr.not to see a baised, not welcoming and not interested person to come and make us feel worst than our initial visit concerns. As a dr he should remember all lifes matter and all are equal and important to each humans.

I have Dr. Tang and she is awesome.this clinic helps with all your needs and questions.no complaints from me. I recommend this team to everyone

I went for my two month baby appointment with Dr. Tang and she never once checked my babies head shape, she was in a rush and now that my baby is 4 months we have to go see a helmet specialist. Not saying it’s her fault but we would have liked a heads up: like hey make sure you do loads of tummy time, in your next appointment we will check to see if she gets a flat head and if she does, she will be recommended to a helmet specialist. Why don’t doctors let you know this ahead of time? I never came back after that.

Dr. Sun is amazing! He always replies super fast and detailed to any questions I have and always puts his patients first. I wish there were more doctors like him. The entire team is very efficient and well run, as someone who is immune suppressed, I really appreciate the effort and professional setup they have to ensure safety for their patients and staff. Thank you Dr. Sun and the entire Crosstown Team!

Crosstown health Team is very excellent. The receptionists is nice, warm and I feel like home when visiting here. They are very fast, organize for your appointment. Save ton of waiting time. Keep up your best service Crosstown Health team.

My doctor was moving and I have new family doctor, so I can’t say yet because of Covid I still not meet her. But I have meet some other doctor and I think they are young physicians team, very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and care person.

I love this crosstown clinic and wish all the staffs, doctors the best of their life

I have been going there almost more than 4 years, Dr. Den Boer is wonderful, she is patient, extremely
knowledgeable and explains every details clearly. Never hesitates to send referral and extra tests if required. RN, Social worker both are also wonderful, made me very comfortable in each visit. I also had great experience with reception also, they are very prompt and friendly.

Dr. Sun is a very knowledgeable doctor. He isn't much talkative but answers all your questions calmly. Would definitely recommend him.

I'm new to this clinic and already quite happy with my new Doctor, Dr. Sun. I'm ol school 56 year old man who appreciates good customer service.the ladys at the front desk have been very helpful and polite.couldn't be happier with this clinic.

Dr. Sun is an incredible doctor. Caring, knowledgeable and to the point.
If you are looking for a new family doctor then this is the place to go.

Overall I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of care that I've received over the past couple of years since I moved to Toronto in 2015. I am truly thankful to Doctor Christopher Sun for helping me with my health over the years. As well as Doctor Bhavesh Dhoka, for assisting me with physiotherapy over the past two months that has taken away my lower back pain from a previous workplace injury. Both doctors have been amazing with my care and will continue to help me towards a long, healthy and happy life. I totally recommend this facility if you live in the area!

Went in for a visit, never got my prescription sent to the pharmacy?
Next to impossible to get a hold of someone.
Don't take my word for it try calling.
I like the doctor but a lot to be said about everything else.

Amazing physiotherapist - Bhavesh Dhoka. On time, to the point, listen to my problem, quick fix with minimum follow up. I would highly recommend him to all the people in the neighborhood- of mount Dennis

I recommend Dr Karnik and the inhouse Senior physiotherapist Bhavesh Dhoka. Identified my problems instantly, did not play it down. Took the time to explain to me the problem and preferred solutions.

Our dr is great. Nurses are great. Reception has improved. This place is run well. Rooms are tiny and get no air flow. Respected appt times which is essential for everyone to get proper care. Happy overall

Crosstown is a great Health clinic. Dr. Karnik has been very helpful with all visits and the Physiotherapist, Bhavesh Dhoka, is really good.
I went because I was experiencing back pain and Bhavesh was able to very clearly explain the cause of the pain and provide me with all the knowledge to prevent the pain from coming back.
I had seen other physiotherapists about the same pain but never received the proper info on cause and long term strength recovery so the pain would always reappear and I never really knew why. Bhavesh seemed to take a personal interest in my recovery which i appreciated.

I was suffering from complications in my neck and traps since last one year, tried many physios in Durham area but in vain. Most of them wanted to use up the insurance money and gave no results, poor diagnosis.many didn't even knew what the problem was.
Then my friend referred me to Physio Bhavesh Dhoka. Bhavesh is extremely knowledgeable and result oriented in his treatment. He knows what he's doing and just in 4 sessions, I was back to normal.he has sound knowledge and can diagnose and treat unique and complicated cases. He works with a targeted approach and delivers results in few sessions. I used to travel all the way from Pickering to Etobicoke just for my treatment sessions but it's worth the travel when you see results.once again thanks a lot Bhavesh and I would highly recommend him.

I love my doctor, but the reception staff seems to have a hard time figuring things out. I go because I don't want to change doctors, but if they keep losing my appointments and slipping me in with another doctor I may have to look elsewhere. I would hate to do that as it's so hard to find a good doctor.

My doctor is fantastic, the reception staff.not so much (with the exception of Diane, she great). The male receptionist is aggressive and unhelpful. I dread receiving calls from him as I am usually left feeling stressed and frustrated, his lack of wanting to be helpful is abundantly clear.

The staff require regular follows when waiting for specialist appointments, other wise you are forgotten about. And if they do get you a specialist appointment, half of the time they forget to tell you about it.

I’m a new patient here I haven’t seen my doctor yet, but so far my complaint is about the receptionist at the entrance omg what a lifeless, rude, unprofessional person, he has no customer service or any kind of manners whatsoever, he barely looks at you when you are asking, he acts annoyed every time you say something and on the phone he’s even worse, he won’t help find any solution to anything, I really don’t understand why is he working at the front desk/reception.he would be better to work at home nobody needs to see people like that publicly, someone needs to prescribe him a happy pill.

Wonderful family health team, great option for the neighbourhood with drop-in hours and ability to book online. The doctors here are young, very approachable. There is a nurse on-site as well as being able to do simple blood work right there. Street parking on Weston or around the corner.

This office is so unorganized. They don't call to remind you of your appointment, they are very rude over the phone and the Dr is a little girl who does not even smile when greeting you. They seem like they just want a quick swipe of you OHIP card so they can get paid. No reults were ever given to me. They sent a letter in the mail to tell me about my paps results which was not agreed upon with me. This is confidential info which should be pre-approved if paper is being sent to your home. They asked for me to go to ALL the walk ins that I have been to to get my medical reports. I had to pay 35$x3. This is the worst drs office ever.

Very clean and ia orderly plce to go, good doctors and nurses, and staff members working there.

It'll take more than a month for the reference to a specialist to go through and they usually forget it. If you call back to remind them, they will reset the clock and ask for 2-3 more weeks for an already pending referral. Even walk-in clinics are better than them in getting the referrals through.

Dr. Samukta is great though, a good patient listener.

Dr. Lauren Den Boer is fantastic. She is super knowledgeable, open minded, approachable and friendly. She doesn't hesitate sending you to specialists or doing extra tests. My kids love her and we all are so happy to have found her.

Dr Christopher Sun is the best Dr I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. So honest and knowledgeable. The only Dr I choose to see other than emergencies on his days off. Highly recommended, thank you!

I am very satisfied with my family doctor. My issue is with access to my doctor. I work every day and on weekends. I am unable to see her the evening unless it is urgent. I can see anyone else but not her. This FHC has a definitive problem With barriers to access. I am unable to speak to the clinical manager as the doctors apparently are self employed so I need to speak to them. For such a forward thinking office they are behind the times when it comes to being able to see your doctor in the evening. It's called continuity of care and should really change or be modified.

The reception staff at this health centre needs some work. I called yesterday to book an appointment and was told to call back today to confirm it. After leaving one voicemail this morning and calling three times with no answer, I decided to call back with my phone number blocked - surprisingly, when I called back with the blocked number, my call was answered (as I have seen has happened to a few other users). Speaking to the reception this morning, no appointment was made and I apparently had to call on the day of to book the appointment. This should have been explained thoroughly upon talking to the receptionist yesterday. The receptionist this morning also seemed very annoyed with my call and basically booked my appointment and hastily rushed me off of the phone. I have worked as a medical secretary for 8 years and this type of patient service is unacceptable. You are dealing with sick individuals who are just trying to book an appointment to deal with their medical issues - customer/patient service needs a serious revamp/course refresher! And please stop screening phone calls.

My grandma has also called on multiple occasions, left voicemails and has had no reply.

Dr. Den Boer is the best though!:)

My life is challenging, has been for a while. Dr.den Boer, female G.p. Here is my Doc, she's awesome; smart. She consistently shows so much respect, integrity and expertise.den Boer is also down-to-earth & open. Example: she gives prompt efficient info.on tests whether neg. /positive.
She shows logical problem-solving skills. I trust her as my healthcare provider completely. The admin. & reception team are excellent.

My family doctor- Dr. Den Boer-is amazing, I only have compliments for her. Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, considerate and available. I have seen other doctors for emergencies and everyone there is really good.

Dr. Christopher is a wonderful doctor and all his staffs are equally good too, very neat and clean place and prompt service

I have a great family dr. Dr Karnick. He is fairly new but provides exllent care. I do not need to wait to see him. He is punctual and available on short notice. My health needs close monitoring and he provides it. I would recommend him highly. The staff is also professional.
