Great service. Great atmosphere. Friendly stafe. Took clothes to get cleaned and got it returned in three days. Fast service. They went extra mile to get me the clothes earlier. A little pricey but worth it

Been a long time customer of Crown and always been my go to in the city. Recent challenge was wife’s orange dress covered in wax which didn’t come out with internet hack of iron and paper towel. Raj to the rescue! Thanks again Crown!

Brought in my partners suit for last minute dry cleaning and they were so helpful! They accommodated my request and asked what time worked best for me in terms of pick up as well. Will definitely be coming back here and highly recommend!

It does not get better than Raj and Crown Cleaners. As a messy eater I have put him to the test with some tough stains and he has always been able to save the day. There is a personal touch at Crown Cleaners and you can tell that he sincerely cares about helping his clients by treating each piece seriously and getting the job done. I would not take my clothing anywhere else.

For a comparison: I took a wool sweater to the cleaners at the Boardwalk - took longer than promised (over a week) and cost $25 and sweater seemed no cleaner (dull-coloured from general wear over the years). Crown cleaners charged $15 for the same sweater (with a giant stain on it this time) and finished it on time with a refreshed look to the colour as though it had been properly cleaned. Jean stains gone from the bottom of sweater as well.
I came back that same week with a long wool cardigan which only cost $28 to clean (recall the other cleaners charged almost that much for just a small sweater), and is able to rush it in just a couple days without additional cost.
Owner remembered me after only one visit and was very professional. Can tell the fabric of a material just by looking at it, which assures me of his knowledge. Great place, will be my regular drycleaners from now on. I suspect they actually own their own drycleaner machine which is why the price is competitive and quality of clean is good. Highly recommended

The Staff and service at Crown Cleaners, in Belmont Village in Kitchener, are high quality. Aside from dry cleaning, you can count on professional alterations and repairs, which are also on their list of services.

Quality of service:
I had a two piece suit dry cleaned and my winter jacket wet cleaned. Was very happy with the service and my winter jacket came out looking brand new. The color of the cloth did not fade away and in fact looked better than before.

Timeliness:
They usually take 1 week to get your order completed and ready for pickup and I faced no delays and my order was ready exactly 7 days from when I gave them my clothes.

Price point:
This is where I took the 1 star off because I felt it was expensive compared to tiger dry cleaners in Kitchener. The service is quality for sure but the price point still feels a little expensive. I had the same service done in Waterloo for almost half the total price I gave crown cleaners.

Took a Loro Piana hat and a cashmere sweater to Crown’s Cleaners, they did an amazing job and took out years of stains and sweat on the hat. Both pieces came out looking new and exceeded my expectations. Owner is friendly as well. Highly recommend!

Awesome! Took out years of stains from my Canada Goose jacket. Planning to bring it back yearly for a clean. Definitely a great place.
