At our first visit to their show room, we were given a tour and were listened from one of their professionals sale advisors who recommended the right stone material for us. Super upset on the whole phone experience. I told the gentlemen on the phone that we are building a building and wanted to know the difference between a few products as I have zero knowledge on these stuff. He rushed me off the phone and when asked to direct me to at least direct me to a catalog or something to look at he said he has 1000+ samples and nothing to view online. I guess customer service is not important anymore.sad.

We recently had counter tops installed for our new kitchen that we purchased from Crown Marble. The whole experience was fantastic, from planning to installation. What we liked most was that Crown Marble was our one stop shop for all that we needed for the new kitchen, counter top, sink, backsplash. Staff was very patient, and knowledgeable and made all the right recommendations in the early stages. Installation was seamless, it only took a few hours, and the installers left the place spotless. If I had to rebuild my next kitchen I would not think twice about choosing Crown Marble.

We had to get new counters and are thrilled with the results. The professionalism combined with genuine care from staff is unmatched. We've received so many compliments ️ and would recommend to anyone.

Dealt with Weshna and she was great at explaining all the possibilities and costs impacts. They have a great selection of stones for a variety of uses! Definitely recommended.

They forgot to do my side splash. The receptionist left the company, Peter, (manager) first agreed to complete the missing parts. Then just ignored my email, phone and text. Do not trust them, will not recommend them.

1 Not the way to do business, if my purchase include them, you should do it.
2 If you, as a manager agreed to do it, then do it.
3 Ignore your customer, avoiding customers just because you try to avoid your job? That is WRONG!
4 So disappointed with trust.

Needed a piece of Carrera marble on short notice and Crown delivered earlier than expected! The Carrera was perfect and the staff are easy to talk to. Will use them again.

Excellent quality. Ordered 6 different counter top pieces using 3 different products: Dekton, Silestone and a caesarstone. In all we have 2 waterfalls, 2 different sinks, an overhang for stools. We installed the countertops with custom cabinets and also with ikea cabinets. We were really happy with the results. Bevels, overhangs, corners are perfectly produced. It is superior stone work. There were no issues with service or getting samples. The larger displays in the show room were helpful. Communications over Email and phone were great throughout the process. No complaints and literally thrilled with the results.

After deciding to go with Dekton material, I called or met with close to a dozen fabricators in the city (only a handful are actually able to work with Dekton). There were a few close competitors, but ultimately, Crown Marble was my top choice, primarily due to their attention to details, flexibility, and technical capabilities. Pricing was also competitive, even more so when you factor in the quality of work and service.

I would definitely recommend Crown Marble, especially for more complex projects.

I just had my kitchen counters and bathroom vanity replaced and it looks great! I went from black to white/grey black markings and I am amazed at how much lighter my kitchen and bathroom look. Weshna was very helpful in helping me decide on a quartz colour and pattern that would work for me. The day for installation came and 2 workers arrived (a bit earlier than promised, which was great!) and within 3 1/2 hours the work was done. And it looks fabulous!

We recently purchased our kitchen countertops from Crown Marble & Granite and found it to be a very positive experience. Everyone was very professional, courteous and responsive. Our countertops were measured with laser accuracy, are perfectly level, mitered and every seam is very well matched. Our new kitchen looks fabulous. With some help from Peter, we were also able to redo our fire place façade with the leftover stone and we will probably make a side table with one other piece that they have put aside for us. While the warehouse is of limited size, the slab selection of natural stone is top notch. The slabs on display were all very beautiful and timeless vs some very boring or gaudy slabs that that you might see elsewhere. We were pleased to find 3 cm thick slabs vs the 2 cm thick stone that we were seeing almost everywhere else. Thanks again to Peter, Jess, Simon and Al. It has been a pleasure dealing with you.

Thanks to Weshna, Peter and the team - I had an incredible experience with Crown M&G, who are serious pros! Their customer service was fantastic and they also went out of their way to assist us as we were doing a kitchen outside of Toronto and had to go by basic (not laser) template measurements. Terrible customer service. Made a very small purchase and was instructed to call prior to pick up to ensure it was ready. I did so, I was told it was ready. When I arrived I was told it wasn’t ready and would have to come back in two days. No apologies, and “customer” service rep exuded an I could care less attitude. I asked for a refund and went to another store near by, purchased what I needed within 30 minutes, for half the price.

Your response to my review is pure fabrication. An apology would have sufficed. I wish you well.

Crown Marble has been providing us for over 10 years with all our stone needs, from simple counter tops to unique custom designs of walls, tables, stairs and more, as specified by the top notch designers of Toronto, for all the High end Custom Homes we build, and I must say that they just finished the installation of all the stone work for our latest Custom home, and again I can say that Home Owners, and ourselves as experienced builders are very happy and grateful.

As a professional that requires stone services regularly over the year, Crown Marble is my place to go. Their availability, prices, and disposition to accommodate to my needs sets them apart from the competition. They have great variety and now with the custom cabinetry options they offer it makes my job easier. I plan to keep on coming to them for my future projects for the coming years.

I went to that place to purchase granite for MY kitchen. They were at time located in concord, ON. I met with Stephen Eisenbaum and Peter, and told them what I was looking for and about the measurement of my countertop. Peter and Stephen insisted that I purchase granite slabs. I ended up buying 2 slabs of granite for my kitchen. I made a deposit of $2150, using my MC. They withdrawn another $2150 without the work even started. After many call and warnings, they returned the $2150, since they took without my consent and the work not even started. Finally, they came to install the countertop.they used plywood and not granite over the cabinets. They didn't use all the granite purchase and I didn't realize that until the installers left. I called Peter over and over, and send pictures to him. Nothing was done. They ended up taking $4300, using maybe a bit over 1 slab, with a very poor workmanship, and customer service. I'm surprise they are still in business. I'm still leaving in the same house, every day looking at that work done and the plywood under my countertop. They may think that they make or take the money and it is over. But there is nothing that you do under the sun that will not get back to you sooner or later. They are not even worth 1 star. BUYER BE AWARE

On our initial visit to Crown Marble we were nicely greeted by Weshna. She took her time explaining different materials and options for our new kitchen countertop. She was not pushy, explained the entire process and gave us a chance to think things over. Measurements by Simon were precise and exceeded my expectations of accuracy. His suggestions of a few small changes made a huge difference in the finished product. The installation team did a great and accurate job. The removal of the old countertop was efficient while installation of the new one was precise. The finished product looks amazing and we could not be happier with our choice to go with Crown Marble.
