One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. When she pulled out the hot stones I was fully relaxed. She paid attention to detail and made my toes look better than ever! Thank you! I will be back!

Absolutely beautiful spot. They are super nice, have incredibly competitive pricing, and also have free drinks! I've been to almost every salon in the area, and this one is definitely worth returning to! (Got full acrylic set w/ design & gems)

I had the most best experience with the Crown Nail Bar! The interior is so lovely now with so many chairs and seats to get your nails and toes done! They also have a tv that displays the Caribbean which makes you feel like you are there! They also have a drink bar which you have access to. The staff is also so kind and welcoming. They will talk to you the whole time which is amazing! When I went to get my nails done the lady did such an incredible job, everything was so straight and perfect, i loved them at the end of it. I would recommend this place to anyone, 5 stars for sure!

I booked pedicures for 3 friends and only upon arriving realized that it was a completely new nail salon. Totally upgraded, modern, bright and clean. The staff confirmed it’s a new ownership and they were great - generous with the massage and have added a hot stone massage as well. Amazing deal for great service! I will definitely be back.

Had an amazing pedicure yesterday! Beautifully renovated and under new ownership. They really pay attention to detail for the pedicure and have a hot stone massage! Pricing is very reasonable for what you get! Will be back for sure.

Went today for the first time. It was their re opening day and they were extremely busy. We made an appointment but still had to wait (understandable as we could defiantly see they were trying their best to get every one in). The girl that took us Jessica was amazing she apologized for keeping us waiting, she was extremely friendly and professional. I worked previously in the industry my self and can say she was amazing. She ended doing both me and my friends nails, she used new tool for each one, and just did an amazing job on shellac application. Will defiantly comeback and recommend.

I can't get enough of this amazing nail and spa experience! The place is wonderfully adorned and impeccably clean, and the skilled and friendly team ensures you leave with perfectly manicured nails and a satisfied belly.

Had shellac done on a Friday and Tuesday it’s already peeling. They are already lifting. Cuticles were not well manicured and color didn’t cover all of the nails.

I had an appointment last week for a manicure. I've been a repeating client over the last year with Helen (owner). When I came into the store, Helen was busy with a client and told me to look at what nail polish I wanted. As I went to choose my nail color, I looked back and saw her make random faces. I was a bit surprised but I didn't think of anything right away.

She then proceeds to say "she doesn't know what she wants" to her client thinking I didn't hear her. I couldn't believe that she was gossiping. I was very disappointed but I did not say anything just yet. I waited until my nails were done, and gave her a piece of my mind. She acted oblivious and denied what I saw and heard.

It is very unprofessional and everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

Let's just say that she has lost a client for good If I could have given her salon a 0, I would.

The weirdest experience I've ever had.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Walk in appointments are available, but she told me to come back in 30 minutes. So I obliged and came back in 30 minutes because I understood I didn’t have an appointment. After coming back with an appointment, I was made to wait over an hour with no service at all. They are not sanitary, they rush their work, and each and every time I’ve been here the shape and been off and the nail lifts. Extremely annoyed and disappointed with the customer service at this location.

I’ve been going here for years. Only place that has never hurt my sensitive nails. I also bring my client (special needs) to get her nails done. They are always so sweet to her and she loves going. Highly recommend!
