Crowne Plaza Kitchener-Waterloo, an IHG Hotel

Reality it is amazing place to use for special programs like pabtism and other service. Thanks so much for the team crown plazas hotel and specialy for ishta Bassi.

My stay at this hotel was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room service was great, and the food they offered was tasty and well made.

Service is mediocre and the young guys behind the desk just don’t cut it. Not rude, but not welcoming or helpful.

Broke the contract for our group booking. Manager at front desk and staff are extremely rude.

The most friendly people on the planet. We even received a phone call to our room to make sure we were happily settled in. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Within walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, and shops.

Friendly, helpful staff.
Great breakfast buffet, and close to the theatre we were attending.
My family and I would totally recommend it.

Came for mothers day brunch with my family, the food was top notch! So many varieties and sooo tasty. Thanks Heera for being such a pleasure while dealing with all our kids!

The beds were very comfortable, and the room was very clean. The front staff were extremely friendly, we were in town to see a concert at the Museum.
Unfortunately the sound of the crosswalk beeper which is located on the corner of the side we stayed in, kept us up most of the night.
We did share this information with the front desk, shame that we spent all that money for a hotel room, but couldn't sleep. We left early, we had a 12 o'clock check out, but we decided there was no use staying.
Maybe next time the experience will be better.

We came for the Mother’s Day brunch, the food was absolutely fantastic. So many options and every thing was so fresh and delicious. Our server Heera really made our experience! 100 stars!

Was ok. Nothing special arcade area was a disappointment for the kids.bowling alley (1 lane) didn't work. Air hockey not working properly

The hotel is nice. The biggest pro is it's location. Felt a little pricey, but maybe in the end it felt like I got what I paid for. Their burgers are excellent. Did not like their A. C.units and the bathroom design.

Last week, I had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Kitchener and I must say that I was really impressed with the level of service and the location of the hotel. I found the hotel room to be exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The restaurant provided a safe and enjoyable dining experience, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. If you're looking for a great hotel with excellent service and a prime location, the Crowne Plaza is definitely worth considering.

I would give this hotel a zero if it was an option. Given the cost of the rooms I expected far better.

I had attended the Mother’s Day brunch and it was fantastic. The staff was phenomenal! We brought 5 kids and other family with us. There was a vast variety of foods that even all the kids ate. The server we had, Hera, was attentive and very friendly. She was great with all the kids and even talked with them. She topped up waters and brought drinks out quickly. She was always checking in to make sure we had everything we need which was very helpful with such a large family. Serving staff and kitchen staff were superb! I would definitely go again and with the whole family.

Located downtown. Outdoor parking isn’t secure and is $12/day. Parking cards intermittently work.
Hotel looks pretty awesome when you’re arriving and checking in. Tower had AC and hot water- no complaints there.
Our room never received any housekeeping.
Extra towels and bedding were requested upon booking. Had to ask 4 times at the hotel for these amenities.
Pool never had towels.bowling and mini golf are expensive for their state.
Sketchy neighborhood. Security has to remove questionable characters from building.
Coffee maker was dirty.

Best hotel stay I’ve had in a while. The room was good and clean, and the king bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly, professional, attentive and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fully-stocked, and the restaurant staff were on point. Good size pool too, and while parts of the fitness centre and family area (arcade, bowling, mini golf) appeared to be under renovations, we were made aware of this when we checked in. I highly recommend this hotel for short and long stays.

Even though we had a little bit of struggle with the bowling alley being not available, the staff made sure they informed us the minute it got fixed and my kids were more than happy to enjoy the time away from home. 10/10 for the staff and also the breakfast was amazing!

I recently had an extraordinary experience during my stay at Hotel Crowne Plaza. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, nestled in the heart of the city, and offering easy access to all the necessary transportation services. What stood out the most to me, though, was the outstanding service provided by every member of the hotel staff. From the front desk personnel to the housekeeping team, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. The warmth and responsiveness of the staff undoubtedly enhanced my overall enjoyment and relaxation during my stay.

No AC! 26 degrees out and the hotel isn’t offering air conditioning? All we were given was a fan and told to keep the blinds closed to keep the sun out! Spend your money elsewhere!

Worst hotel stay I've had in 15 years. No air conditioning in half of hotel because they didn't want to turn it on. They were willing to upgrade to a room with air for 15$, but had none available. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. The hotel chain needs to investigate this as it is only hurting their reputation. So dissatisfied
