I went to CRS for a tire and oil change and the mechanic took a look at my car to make sure everything was in order. They noticed that I needed my front brakes replaced. When they called to let me know, I was provided with an accurate quote and timeline. My car was completed within a reasonable amount of time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning for service in the future!

Kept me apprised of what needed to be done, and completed the work on time and on quote. Two decades of experiences at CRS, and have never been let down.

These guys are great. Lucky to have them at the end of my street so it’s easy. Jeremy is a good dude and always helpful.

My regular place, I only took a star off because sometimes when I book online they don't get the appointment request and I have to do my own follow up over the phone to make sure they have the request. Not a fan of that. Overall it is a good spot and I recommend.

We always have a great experience at CRS Automotive! The staff really took the time to explain each step of the process and were open and honest about timing, pricing, and parts. Ali is very professional and kind! Jeremy followed up with us the next day to ensure everything with the vehicle was up to our expectations, which of course it was! We know our cars are in the best hands here! If you’re unsatisfied with your old auto shop and are looking for a new place (like we were!), you’ll be happy you switched to CRS.

My family and neighbours have been going to CRS Automotive for over 5 years and have had great experiences all around. They are knowledgeable and fair when offering ideas on repairs to older vehicles, diagnosing electronic issues, suspension problems and pre-purchase inspections. CRS has personally worked on Domestic, Imports and European cars for us including Audi’s, Ram Trucks, Mazda and Mini’s. Jeremy is a pleasure to deal with always, as are all of the staff. Bonus, they are open evenings and Saturdays!

My go-to mechanic for everything since moving to Oakville (they use to have a place in Oakville). Since they moved, I followed them to Hamilton.

I have been using CRS for many years. During these years they have been extremely professional and good to me. With me being a senior and limited budget they always tell me when something is going if they can give me a heads up so that I can budget for it. I would highly recommend CRS to anyone who needs a professional trustworthy mechanic.

We have been using CRS for a few years, and have found them to be reasonably priced and provide a great service.
We needed our winter tires put on, and they fitted us in on short notice over the weekend. Communication around timing was perfect, and drop off/pick up very easy.

These guys are ace. They fixed a work truck that I brought in during a busy week for them. No hassel. There communication is great and staff smile and chat when they see you. If you are having vehicle issues, check them out!

Sunday afternoon driving with my 6 month old puppy and I picked up a nail in one of my tires causing a flat. My winter tires were stored at a shop but being Sunday they were closed, I knew I wouldn’t have much luck until I remember CRS! Driving by them all the time I noticed they’re open 7 days a week, they were able to get me in and out within 15 minutes and even let me wait with my dog in the warmth. Great team over there and my new go to spot!

We had a leak on our passenger side due to a recent storm. Majid helped us immediately when we were arrived and was able to fix our problem. He was extremely friendly and helped us free of charge. Would definitely recommend CRS automotive’s services!

We recently took our vehicle there for a unknown issue. They gave us an estimate for our immediate issue, as well as a list of potential issues coming. Very important information to have when making decisions on an older vehicle.

Me and my fiance brought our car in for an oil change. My car takes regular oil, we have brought it to the literal dealership i got it from and they told me my car takes regular oil. This place told me i NEEDED synthetic and tried to charge us 108$ LOL what a joke? ! They said “you can put regular but itll ruin ur car”. You guys know nothing clearly and from what I see you are WAY over charging. Same time we were there another gentleman left for the same reason. Way too expensive and not professional at all. Went to my dealership for my oil change in the end got REGULAR for 60$.

I was hesitant in giving them my business, as their prices are quite high but heard that their knowledge is second to none. Found this to be completely untrue! I choose another mechanic to change my oil, and they recommended that I change my differential fluid. At the time I wasn't able to afford this service. A couple weeks later I needed suspension and many other front end issues dealt with. After spending almost 3000 dollars, I had asked them to check my diff, and they claimed it was perfect. My differential now needs to be replaced. Hopefully their 40k warranty covers this or we're going to have some legal problems. Their complacency and ignorance has now cost me my vehicle and livelihood. They sure do talk a big game, but they dropped the ball on this one. I would suggest looking for a more reasonably priced shop to deal with. Thanks for nothing but problems. See you soon

CRS went above and beyond to diagnose a really obscure electrical issue, source replacement parts the dealer didn't even have, and gave a very fair rate for the labour involved. The guys were personable, helpful, and honest - qualities that aren't common at many repair shops.
Highly recommend.

Don’t go here. Brought my car in for an alignment and they said they did one. Mt car still felt like it was pulling and shredded my new tires. I took my car to a second place and they found that crs couldn’t possibly have done an alignment. They scammed me for $120. They’re the reason no one trusts mechanics.

I fixed the tie rods and got brand new tires. The “other mechinal” issues was me exhaust. Which has nothing to do with an alignment. Your company just did nothing and charged me money.

Went to do my vehicle saftey inspection, it was very quick and they were very accommodating even though it was a last minute adhoc request.

The Hamilton CRS Automotive service team has been nothing short of excellent in my experience. Majid helped me out tremendously both during routine maintenance and when I needed service in a pinch. Even though I bought my vehicle from their Oakville location, they have honored the promises made. I will continue to go here as long as they keep up the fantastic work!

Professional but very overpriced - got quotes for both our cars one was $1100 more and the other was $3000 more than the work was done for at another garage!

Bought a used vehicle in very good condition. I test drove the vehicle and inspected it myself before buying. I know quite a bit about cars myself. The vehicle drove perfectly fine. Unfortunately we needed to get the vehicle safety inspected in order to register. I brought it to this place and I was told that so many things needed to be replaced on the vehicle. I honestly felt like my wife and I were being taken advantage of especially as a newcomers to Canada at the time. I can recall one of the younger workers staring at me with a look of guilt in their eyes. We ended up paying approximately $2000 in parts and labor just to get a very good vehicle certified safe. It’s been over a year and to this day I still look at the receipt and feel like we were ripped off. Please get a second opinion from another mechanic you trust before making any exorbitant payments you know in your heart your vehicle do not need. I wish I had done that.

Nothing turns me off more than reading reviews and seeing the manager be completely ignorant and unprofessional towards people who leave "unfavorable" reviews regarding their service.

After losing pressure from a screw in my tire I called CRS and they had me in and out within 20 minutes. Professional, friendly, fast and trustworthy. They're amazing. Will be back if needed.

The service is great and timely. They knew my car needed air conditioning repair but were honest enough to advise going to the dealer as it likely was covered under warranty. They were right and saved me the cost of having the compressor replaced! Love their advertising board.it speaks my kind of car repair language

Great experience! Called the day of to get a transmission fluid line leak fixed and they took me in right away and fixed it in 2 hours. Wasn't overly priced. Highly recommend!

My heros! My alternator went and my car was towed to CRS. They managed to get the car back to me the same day. Updated me often and gave me an exact price before the work was done. I highly recommend them. Also doesnt hurt that someone in there has the voice of an angel. Lol thank you!

I HIGHLY recommend CRS to anyone looking for an honest and very reasonable mechanic. My old P. O. S Dakota went through hell and back and Jeremy saved me a few times, even staying after hours and bringing a wrench into the parking lot to help me get home! All the while helping me fight Canadian Tire in the Shoddy work that ultimately destroyed parts of my car. I just bought a new Audi and I cant wait to start going back to them (hopefully just for regular maintenance of course). I've recommended them to a few friends who all use them ritually! If you need a mechanic that will work on anything from a beater to a brand new luxury car, these are definitely your guys! Thank you Jeremy for all your service my friend

I have a long term relationship with my mechanics in Toronto who I've always known I could trust so it was very intimating to be stuck in Hamilton on a Sunday after driving that far and realizing something was majorly wrong with my car. I would have driven to my shop if I could as I find that trying new shops is a little nerve-racking when you don't have a personal reference or recommendation. They were very accommodating, efficient, and fairly priced. They also followed up with me that week to check to see how my car was doing which was so appreciated! I'd highly recommend them to anyone

As a former CAA service provider with over 15 years experience I can quickly spot what shops are good and which ones to steer clear of. I'm here to tell you that this shop delivers exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.

I had the misfortune of waking up to a smashed window on my car today. With the long weekend on us I was finding it hard to get someone to fix it today. The team at CRS were awesome! They managed to find a window, fix and clean up my car and have it ready within the hour. As well, everyone was friendly and helpful which I super appreciated as it was a stressful start to me day.

I will be using these guys for all my car needs now.

Used both shops in Oakville and Hamilton. Two owners, great service from both. Fair prices, and honest. I stated something was sounding off when I start my car, the gentleman that helped me stated he couldn't diagnose the problem thus won't work on it, and to come back if problem persisted. Honesty is appreciated, this is the only shop I use!

I went to this shop to get my tire swapped last week. From the begining they were more concerned regarding "putting a different tire on" and, possibly selling me a new one before even arriving at the shop. Which, I didnt need because it was an extra I purchase. I arrive and the mechanic goes to put my car in the shop (already running from the towtruck) and completing overturns the starter in the parking lot the CAA driver came in to advise the women at the front desk how bad it was. After they switched the tire the mechanic took it for a test drive because they wanted to make sure the tire was "okay". After I left the alignment was completely off to the point my steering wheel was straight while driving. If it was my fault due to the flat or whoms ever, the fact the tire was more important than mentioning the alignment, I ended up going to my regular mechanic then next day.
