I am upset with you as people were saying not a good gym you guys proved it it is not a good gym to trust we lost all our trust on you guys in my clinic i see 40 to 45 patients a day i will make sure i will share my experience with them first impression was with you Akshay you signed and after taking the amount you disappeared we sent many text many calls you didn't show up in the gym for 2 weeks i have all the written text and second do you think we will ever come after not at any cost you think it wont make any difference if me and pawan won’t come back to this gym but think how many other people will list your trust who are friends with us and my patient
At last akshay i blame you only alan cone at last you are not trust worthy i will never trust people who are from your side when i think about you feels like i you ripped us very nice way but you wont be successful like this remember my words i saw many people like you who rip of others and break there trust god is up and watching you have to pay back triple i believe in god be ready to pay back i only blame you nobody else and my heart will always curse you

“Fraud alert “never believe Alan he is a liar he took payment from my visa to even after canceling the account and now he is saying its a mistake and we can’t refund the amount bad customer service

Pros
- very cheap membership

Sauna is too crowded and noisy. People using the sauna as if it's a meeting area, speaking too loudly and do not give damn about about others. No etiquette shown.

They are not good i would not recommend anyone to join this fitness gym. I move to another province and and cancelled my membership even twice and now again i sent my friend to sign paper again for cancellation they are still deducting fee from my account. They did not reply your e mails and just focus on your wallet how they can get money.

This is the most trailer park gym I’ve ever been to in my life. Someone stole stuff from my locked up LOCKER and nobody even cared. I understand that this might occur often but some empathy would’ve been appreciated. Also this gym smells like dinosaur earring backs and that’s a clear sign that they are not hygienic with this gym. I am begging you. If you are looking for a cheap gym go anywhere else but this gym is sincerely revolting, unspeakable Horrendous. Crunch fitness, do better.

So bad experience. Nobody pick up calls and nobody response the mails. Overall bad experience from all prospects.

This gym is very dangerous and unsafe when it comes to equipment in the free weights and machine areas. Machines are broken without repair, wires are cut and can easily injure, and everything is disorganized.

The only positives about this gym is that the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable with customer service and the women’s private workout area.

Inside the women’s washrooms, majority of the stalls are flooded underneath.

The only unbothered and organized part of the gym is the treadmill area.

Most of the people who give 4/5 stars seem to be friends of the owner or coerced into doing so through this promotion they have where you post a review and can win free gym attire or membership options. Here is an UNBIASED, HONEST review. The wifi barely works. I often need to use it to look up videos on form and workouts but it legit just doesn’t work to load anything. There are USED paper towels on the floor and on the counters of the bathroom/change rooms. On any given day, 20-30% of machines aren’t working. The hand sanitizer dispenser and water bottle fillers don’t work. Paper towel dispensers are out a lot so good luck if you’re one of the few people here that care to clean the machine seat after they use it. Large holes in walls that have been there for years now. The metal strings for a lot of the equipment probes are always broken or disintegrating so it’s easy to hurt yourself while using it. Staff aren’t really friendly I’ve been going for awhile and none greet me when I walk in.

The only good thing about this gym is the woman who works weekdays very early mornings. She’s always pleasant and sets up the weights in the women’s section properly. The other staff I have encountered are simply unprofessional, rude, and dismissive.

This palace is not professional at all
It’s been 1 month some machines are out of order and when I ask the lady she said the guy is on holidays who gona repair
And all the people at the reception so weird
They don’t even say good morning nothing

Horrible staff, swearing and wasting people's time. Won't honour day passes, and on top of that after lengthy discussion to obtain day pass the guy said to me that "I'm the system and what I say goes and doesn't. (never used the day pass at crunch prior) as well as dropping F bombs constantly. Witholding somebody and wasting time is something these managers/workers love to do and I wish I could give 0 stars.

A lot of machines are down for repairs & only one toilet works most of the time, the other one has majority of the time "black Garbage bag " on it. I wonder if the person in charge visit the gym from time to time & tries to talk to gym members, if they say any issue or looks for feed back. If someone owns a business, should try to get feedback from members/clients, from time to time.

Crunch Fitness has the most uplifting staff, it is a place where you can call home because of the pleasant energy.not only from the staff but the members as well. It is a reasonable size gym, with many machines, equipment but alot of the machines and overal gym needs maintaience. The membership pricing is great because you have many options to choose from, just to get/stay fit. Crunch Fitness is a decent gym, just needs some upgrading. If you plan to join, please keep the environment clean (re-rack your weights, wipe your machines/equipment down before/after use, keep the locker rooms clean) This is very important for us ALL to keep our bodies healthy and being a considerate member!:)

I just don’t understand how difficult it is to get a refund back that I have been asking for since COVID. I’ve dealt with two managers and none of them have gotten back to me when both of them have said they would in a timely manner after looking into the account. I’ve also tried calling and every time I call the manager is unavailable. What is going on. I work in a gym and this is absolutely ridiculous. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Get it together.

This place overcrowded specifically in afternoon and evening hours you have to wait for machines long time and if any machines breakdown they don't fix like 2 stairs machines out of service since i start 6 months ago not fixed yet and there is only 2 water fountain from which 1 not working from last 6 months In this location lots of young kids come and they come in groups 5-6 in a group and they occupied machines for long time at the end not good for fitness freak

I went to Crunch for the first time to workout with a friend. I did not have a membership or access to a guest membership. Ella who was working at the front desk had helped me get a free day trial. She was very nice and answered all questions that I had about the gym. I will definitely be coming back to buy a membership!

A lot of the employees there aren't much help however Marc took so much time to explain to my mom about the programs and how everything works. We have been a customer for over a year now. And our first year we spent $200 and I didn't use my membership because I was my mom's guest so $200 down the drain to not work out. However Marc, suggested better options and even suggested to speak to the manager. Special thank you to Marc for spending time and effort to get a solution to our problem rather than the other employees who say there is nothing we can do. We now have 1 new gym membership, so 2 total. Also, thank you for not rushing through the plans as this causes confusion and surprises on your bill.

The atmosphere and music after 10pm is great thanks to Jae. She’s also very knowledgeable and helpful with all the gym equipment. 5 stars for her.

Massage chairs are not working from last 3-4 months, already conveyed them so many times. Missing weights, Broken treadmills, washrooms not cleaned. If still have no choice then go for basic membership plan. Unfortunately i paid upfront so have no choice.

I live further than most people from this gym but the atmosphere here and Jae is what brings me here again and again. Jae definitely got the best music by far.

I workout in the late evening. It is always nice to walk in and be welcomed by Jae. She always goes above and beyond to help the members with questions, takes the time to listen and keeps the gym neat and tidy. Gym is clean and atmosphere is friendly! Always a great experience!

Crunch fitness is one of my Fav Gym in Brampton I been member of this Peter Roberston location from last 3 years been fortunate to have outstanding staff members @ front Desk always ready to help energetic amazing workers machines etc awesome atmosphere with rock star music I am been going constantly for my workout and crunch myself been seeing good results Hard work counts you guys are incredible team members I recommended my few family friends to join Crunch Fitness Keep it up crunch Team

Lots of space in this gym! I love the people especially Ella go to her if your looking to sign up her customer service is the best she takes the time to listen and understand you her vibe and energy is amazing! ’

This place is so good and best part is that it is open 24/7 and you do not have to wait in line for equipment and staff is also so polite and ready to help. I have always recommended my friends to join this gym and it is also affordable.

Amazing atmosphere over at crunch. Everyone is so friendly there and is willing to give pointers if you ask. Every employee will welcome you with a smile, will help with checking form, and will always help if there is any injury what so ever! I will always know I got a place at crunch!
Also I’m so happy Ella is back with the warmest and most welcoming smile!
