Have been going to Crusty's Pizza for decades! Always hot and fresh! Great employees, friendly and efficient.

Well I must say, beaverton is a small town with very limited options for delivery in the first place. Now I just heard they aren't delivering to the subdivision I live in because of some incident that happened on the weekend. The person who ordered the pizza shot a firework at the driver's car (which is really messed up and I can somewhat understand why they are upset) however, why can't they just refuse to deliver to that specific house? Why do they choose to not deliver to the entire subdivision? It's like half the population of beaverton! But regardless, they just lost a customer.

Seems like the owners of this place simply don’t care for their customers… every negative review is exactly the same… don’t understand how a pizza can take 5hrs to deliver, AND get told “it’s your fault for ordering specific topping we don’t have”
Seriously?

Ordered a pizza and was told it would arrive in an hour.waited two hours before calling and being told He would be here any minute.waited another half hour before calling and being told it's leaving now.when I asked how fresh my pizza would be he said and I quote "don't worry, it sits on top of the oven where it's hot. " THANKS!

pizza arrived four hours later, cold and undercooked! Never again.

I cannot begin to express how horrible their service is! Insane!

Ordered at 5pm for 7: 30 delivery and they absolutely did not deliver. At 8: 30 they claimed they lost contact with the driver. Ordered for our group of 13 people and eventually just had to go in to the store at 9: 30 and ask for a refund. It was horrible!

Their service and delivery is HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO!

Avoid this place at all costs. We placed an order at 5pm and at 10pm it STILL did not arrive and was not ready for even pick up. We called multiple times and they continuously said 10-15 minutes till it is ready but hours later it still was not. The worst service I have ever encountered

I would give this place a 0/5. This is the worst place I’ve visited. They promised our pizza at 7: 30 pm & we ordered at 3: 30. It never showed up, they said they lost contact with the driver? We live in Canada- what does that mean?

Overall avoid this place. You’re never getting your pizza

Great quality food and service and delivery was fast. Just wish they had later open hours. 10pm is too early on a Friday night.

Incompetent employees. Rude. Disrespectful. No customer service. Flat out terrible human beings

The big issue i find with this 'zza is the dough. When you bite the pizza it takes a lil extra to get through the dough. It also always upsets our stomachs. If that 1 issue was solved it'd be the best pizza in town hands down

The pizza itself is great but delivery service is terrible. I realize they are very busy on weekends so I ordered my pizzas just before 4pm with estimate delivery time of 1 to 1-1/2 hrs. Arrived 6: 10pm with several calls to confirm delivery. Rude employee phone service.

Crusty Pizza in Beaverton has the best gluten free pizza around. Only comes in a medium, but it's larger then most pizza places.

We ordered Crusty Pizza for the first time last night and it was delicious! The gentleman who took my order on the phone was wonderful, so was the delivery driver. The pizza was hot when it arrived and everyone enjoyed it. We look forward to replacing our previous pizza place with this one.

Filthy. Rude. Good pizza though, as long as you don't mind the fact nothing in this place is properly sanitized. Gross. The freezer they keep the wings in is literally falling apart and bits of insulation fall into the trays right before they go through the oven that is also falling apart. The boss doesn't care about the place at all so complaints from anyone fall on deaf ears.

One star… if you can even give it that!
Negative one star for their pathetic of an excuse customer service and quality of food.
The place is run by incompetent individuals who have no care whatsoever about people and their order. We waited over 2 hours and 15 minutes for our delivery order and was never sent.
Got hung up on by a female incompetent and rude phone operator / “employee”
Called a second time and spoke with a male “employee”who was of no use, and was aloof to what customer service means. It’s laughable and sad to say that after calling and trying to find where our delivery order was - all he said was that it may have just left or that they got the address confused with another area. He only offered to give us a free sauce.
More time passed and we couldn’t believe that we were now waiting over TWO HOURS for our delivery.
Called again.
The female employee answers only to hangup on me.
I called with another phone / different name etc to appear on the caller ID and she again played “innocent” and didn’t bother to take any time to provide us with any solutions or discounted items etc.
Would you like to waste your time? Money? And patience? Oh! And your appetite? Because the food, service and “employees” are in much need of a refresher on how to serve their customers.
The food isn’t worth it. The headaches are not worth it.
So to sum it up.
There are minimal options and mediocre quality. And rude, untrained and careless people running their business. It’s a shame.
Sad that as one of the only pizza establishments in the area offering delivery they’re so lousy and distasteful.
