Crusty Pizza

Ordered pizza from Crusty Pizza Sunderland and when we got home realized pizza was burned on bottom and crust. We ate what we could as it is too far to drive back. The pizza we ordered before was slightly burnt too. Not going back

The customer service experience was horrible. I order two pizzas today, the pizzas were so salty we couldn't even eat them. I called to see if they could remake them they said there is nothing they can do about it. The boss refused to call me and explain his reasoning. So disappointed ️ will not be eating there again.

I recently moved to the area thought I'd give this place a try. My first experience was fantastic great service from the gentleman on the other end of the phone, great pizza and in a timely fashion.
My second experience was a rude lady who didn't even let me get my address out of my mouth before cutting me off and telling me they do not deliver to me.
After finally taking my order I asked for an estimated time. Her response was when it gets there.
Not a fan of inconsistent service. Could very well mean I will no longer order from there.

Not only did they mess up an order for a veggie pizza by putting MEAT in it they failed to take responsibility by refusing to remake it and called one of us a "cheap indian". The pizza was supposed to be veggie because one of our friends couldn't eat meat due to religious reasons, better off looking for a different pizza franchise to buy from like Two Brothers pizza, at least they know how to talk to customers properly.

How do you beat a delicious large Pepperoni for 11 bucks. It's doesn't get much better than that! 100 percent recommend

Lol. So today I ordered two vegetarian pizzas. Some high school kids were working and when I got home there was a pepperoni on my pizza. I called and let them know about this pizza (didn’t even request a free pizza or refund, just wanted them to make my pizza properly as my sister and her partner do not eat pork.). I sent my partner in to switch out the pizzas. The kid looked at the pizza and said “give me $18.60” because there was only “one piece of pepperoni”. Also muttered “you Indians are so cheap” under his breath. I’m sorry, what? First of all, we are not even Indian… I’m disgusted this type of racist behaviour still happens so overtly in Canada. I’ve lived in Sunderland for over 4 years and I’m ashamed to have supported a business that cannot hire staff who can respect or understand different cultures and their dietary restrictions. My partner asked to speak to the manager or owner due to the disrespect and was told “they are in Arizona, you wanna call Arizona? ” Absolutely Disgusting. I can’t even begin to express how upsetting this experience is. In the end, they didn’t even fix our pizza and sent us out. I’m still in shock that this even happened. Can’t wait for the manager to get back from “Arizona”.

Ordered over the phone and went to pick up. Service was disrespectful and they were racist. I didn't think i'd be racially profiled while getting pizza. This place should hire proper employees and provide proper service instead of what I got.

Pricey for what you get. Pizza was ok, not alot of toppings, wings were good. Probably will not order from here again. XL 4 Toppings pound of wings $43. Ouch.

Huge shout out to Crusty Pizza in Sunderland. I called for delivery and asked if I could pay over the phone and have the driver leave the pizza on the porch as my son is COVID positive. They came up with a plan, delivery was fast, driver left pizza on the porch, went back to his van and waited to make sure I received it. He and I exchanged thumbs up. Pizza was delicious!

Picked up order only to find all employees were not wearing masks during Covid. Young girl was sullen and unapologetic. She rudely told me “Crusty’s” is mask exempt. Mask exempt during a 4th wave pandemic? Seriously? Anyone else heard of this? She then went on to tell me they haven’t worn masks since the pandemic started…. I don’t know about anyone else but the food is mediocre at best, not to mention their staff rude and inexperienced dealing with customers. Only gave 1 star as that was the lowest option available. Do not waste time or hard earned money supporting this business.

The name fits! This is the worst customer service that I have ever seen. I was shocked at how the employees and the owner behave towards customers. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere.

I used to have a friends that worked here.treated her horrible.very rude to co workers and customers.do not recommend

I'm so disappointed with the service at this place that it outweighs the fact that it's awesome pizza. Since Halloween we have had nothing but horrible service. The only polite people are the kids that work there. The adults, I'm assuming, are the owners have the worst attitude and are awful to deal with. We will be making the drive to Uxbridge from now on. Pretty sad that we can't even go to a local eatery

Pizza was cold and didn't have enough toppings on it, felt like eating a think piece of bread with a little cheese and tomato on it, considering I paid for extra cheese and meat on pizza, wont order again, this is the second time I've been disappointed, prices are quite high for the low end product quality

Crusty Pizza is fantastic we placed a pickup order last weekend where the lovely woman behind the counter informed us the deliver to my little town and we are currently awaiting DELIVERY on Saturday night.a god-send.the pizza is amazing.like home made not processed super fresh.will Definitely order again and again yum yum

Just picked up pizza on our way to cannington. It's awesome! So happy I decided to try the store out. Will be back for sure.

Pizza made fresh to order, really really good! Special large 1 topping for $9.99. We ordered the special and added a topping (sausage + pineapple), came out tax in to $13.65.its SOOO good! Too bad it's so far from us or I would make it a weekly meal

Amazing pizza! Amazing owner! Very genuine! If you see this think about the three Musketeers heading north around 10 pm and mothers pizzeria! Crusty pizza is too notch
