I had the most amazing experience today at your clinic. I had the same dentist for 24 years and after moving to the west end it was too difficult to get to Orleans for an appointment. Moving dental clinics was not an easy choice because I have complex dental needs. I am happy to say that I did not experience anxiety at all and the service was friendly and thorough. This office was as pleasant as being at the actual beach. The staff was friendly from arrival to departure. The office was clean and even with covid—19 precautions, it was clear cleanliness isn’t a new protocol. Staff were gentle and thorough and I can’t wait until my next appointment!

I hadn't been to a dentist for many years, but a couple of days ago a piece of my tooth came off and it was painful. I wasn't sure where to go. Crystal Beach Dental was recommended to me. I was so impressed with how quickly they got me in for an appointment especially because I was not one of their patients. My appointment was the best dental experience that I have ever had. All of the staff are friendly, kind and make you feel so comfortable. They did an amazing job on my tooth! I didn't feel any pain throughout the procedure and each step was explained to me. I would highly recommend this dental office especially if you are a little nervous or have not been to a dentist for a while. I will definitely be sticking with this place and my family will be coming here as well.

I love this spot! Very happy I decided to change dentist offices to them a few years ago to be closer to home. They are a very down-to-earth, family-run business and client-focused. The office is clean and comfortable. The 2 dentists, Naz & Sean, are friendly, funny and professional. They don't push dental procedures on you and, most importantly, don't guilt you for your dental routine. They give back to the community by donating proceeds from their dental procedures to the Ottawa Food Bank and neighbours in the community that need help. If you are looking for a good family dentist then Crystal Beach Dental is the answer. My former dental practice that I was with for about 30 years was sold twice before I finally left. Each new dentist found new problems they said needed urgent attention. I’ve been with Crystal Beach Dental Clinic for the past 3 years and I am very happy with the profession service I have received. Her kind, caring and professional manner made me feel comfortable as soon as I entered the modern and clean surgery. Dr Naz fixed the problem and made sure I was able to enjoy the rest of my holiday.
