I had two perpetually clogged sinks and two toilets that seemed to have forgotten how to flush properly. I reached out to Crystal Drain & Plumbing, and Alias, who goes by Alex showed up.

Alex had a friendly demeanor that put me at ease. He assessed the situation with a keen eye, explaining the issues and outlining a plan of action.

In under an hour, Alex worked his magic, leaving my sinks and toilets in perfect working order. The full flush on the toilets was restored, and the sinks were flowing freely again all while keeping the bathrooms spotless.

We were trepidatious that the service call would be really pricey and instead we were really delighted by his friendly, earnest, honest approach. He quickly identified, fixed and discussed our issue and even dashed off to get the part we needed. The price was so reasonable that it didn’t seem like there was the slightest premium for the Sunday service. Highly recommend!

I called Crystal Drain last night as my kitchen drain was badly clogged. I live outside of the GTA, and no one wants to travel in snow for a small job. But Crystal Drain connected me to their plumber, James, and he was immaculate. Not only he offered me to drive two hours the same night and fixed everything, but also he did so many small extra repairs that were needed. To sum up, an amazing job done by James and he will be on my speed dial from now on.

Highly recommend James from Crystal Drain and Plumbing. James was prompt, professional and even took the time to buy a plunger for my tenants and educate them how to use it. I was not in the city when the tenants called and it was Friday before long weekend. James promised to be there for 1pm and he was there on time. Cleared the issue and tenants are happy. It was a seamless process and icing on the cake it costed less than what was quoted initially. He was honest and did not take advantage of the situation. Rest assured I'll be using James for all my plumbing needs in future.

We called Crystal to fix our exterior spigot for our hose in the summer. It was old and leaky and had not handle on the shut off valve. James came to us quickly, was an efficient worker and did quality work. Now we’ve got a brand new faucet and shut-off valve for the winter. Would highly recommend James to anyone.

I was selling my condo and on the Friday before our showings started i decided to fix my leaking toilet. Needless to say, i urgently needed professional help by the end of the night.

Had a wonderful experience with Raymond Wong! I had problems with my water heater and I needed a new tank. The tank I had was a rental and I was dealing with one of the worst companies ever. They left me with no running water for days and I am so grateful that Raymond and his team were sent to help me out. We had water (sewage) backing up in our basement shower. Raymond was very helpful and professional over the phone even though there was quite a bit of back and forth on my end.
He came over same day, investigated/ diagnosed the situation and gave us some options and then started the work answering all my (numerous) questions. He used this great machine that was a drain snake with a camera head attached so it was all one step instead of two- time and money saver!
We ended up needing to access the drain pipe under the toilet and he had to remove and replace the toilet itself. He did a really tidy job and didn't leave any mess.
I already have a list of other pending plumbing issues to call him back on and will be letting my neighbours know who to call if they need a plumber.
