It was a wonderful time to celebrate our wedding there. Karen and Gregorii did a huge job to make everything looks perfect and nice for us. Food was delicious and stuff was well experienced to serve everyone. Especially thank you to the musician Pavlo, recommended by Karen. Pavlo was really great and made our celebration with a lot of fun. So everyone was so excited and happy to be there. I am third time visiting this restaurant and third time I am not happy with the quality of music. There are so many new and beautiful Ukrainian songs, but you are singing/ playing very old and/or unknown ones.

Exemplary and professional service from the management and staff. The quality and taste of the food is excellent. The strawberry cheesecake is delicious. Highly recommended.

Amazing venue to host a party! We had our wedding at Crystal Grand Banquet hall in August 2022 and we cannot be any happier with our choice. The petit hall that we had booked, looked very nice and cozy, the staff were very nice and polite and the food was great. But to be honest, the biggest standing point of this place is Karen, the Manager.
Karen was an absolute pleasure to work it. From the very early stages of the wedding planning, Karen and Aleksandra were super helpful. They responded to all of our concerns and question very quick and were very open to discuss ideas and alternatives. Karen was also our biggest help during the big day. He tried very much to run everything smooth and we can enjoy our special day.

Company Christmas lunchan, the food was excellent! The service and the staff were very helpful welcoming, friendly & grate atmosphere.

Great little place to work in as an Portrait or Event Phktographer. The meal was ok. The Service staff were amazing. Specifically the Bar Staff. That Gentleman was amazing.

So I had my 18th birthday (debut) at this banquet hall and it was great. The staff was polite, Karen (the person who coordinated everything) was very understanding when it came to the things we wanted and accommodated to our needs. Plus, all my friends said the food was amazing which is really nice to hear from the guests. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to party!

Stunning! Absolutely stunning! We had our wedding at the Crystal Grand Banquet Hall and it was everything and more than what we could have imagined. The hall looked amazing, the food was amazing, and the staff was super polite and friendly. All of our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the hall was and how great everything was. We held our Greek Wedding Reception at Crystal Grand Banquet Hall at the end of July, and words can not describe just how fantastic everything was. The entire management team, servers, bartenders, chefs, anyone associated with this hall was just amazing, extremely helpful, professional and friendly. They were always available to answer any questions we may have leading up to our wedding, and a few days before our wedding assisted us with planning the setup of the room and the timeline of when specific events would take place (example, speeches, dances, bouquet toss, etc). The hall itself is absolutely breathtaking, it has been designed and decorated in a very sophisticated and elegant manner, and was absolutely spotless and clean. Our wedding reception was perfect, right from the moment we entered the hall, they had servers at the doors to welcome you with plates of hors d'oeuvres, and in the middle of the dance floor they had set up an exquisite antipasto buffet station which had a dry ice effect occurring at different moments over the station. Our guests were in complete awe! Following our entrance we began dinner, each course was brought within a timely manner and was absolutely delicious. Plus the amount of food on each plate was very plentiful. Not one person was left hungry after our dinner. Food was extremely important to us and Crystal Grand definitely exceeded our expectations. Throughout the evening/night the staff continued to assist us with making sure we cut the wedding cake at the time we had chosen, and they continued to help in any way needed. Our late night dessert table which also included our wedding cake and coffee/tea was set up quickly and beautifully. The bar area was never backed up, the bar tenders served everyone’s drinks at a quick pace. At the end of the night, hall staff assisted us with cleaning up our personal items and packing up any leftover food. We honestly can not say enough good things about Crystal Grand. Every single one of our wedding guests made a comment to us about how much they were impressed with the hall. They made our wedding perfect and we can not thank them enough for all their hard work. We recommend this hall to anyone looking to host a special event, you will not be disappointed.

Our wedding dreams came true thanks to Crystal Grand! To say they exceeded our expectations is an understatement. Not only is the venue itself STUNNING, but Karen, George and Aleksandra were an absolute pleasure to work with. I planned the wedding myself and we all know how stressful that can be. Not only that, but he was so quick to respond to emails, available for phone calls and in person meetings - I'm so truly thankful that we chose this venue. They even went above and beyond to add in special touches to our night that are traditional in our culture. I visited a lot of venues before selecting this one and I can tell you that you feel SEEN and HEARD here. You feel like your wedding is special to them and it truly is - they are so genuine. You're not just a number to them. Our guests and family were blown away by the venue and the beauty. ALL of our guests raved about how beautiful everything was, how DELICIOUS the food was (we had the Italian menu with the salad, pasta, duo entree, and tuxedo cheesecake as well as late night with poutine and sliders) and that it looked like a real life fairytale wedding. Karen, thank you so much. Even our parents, coordinators and bridal party said you were the kindest person and SO helpful during the set up process and throughout the night. From the first initial meeting to the last minute changes. I couldn't have asked for a more PERFECT day! My wedding was just AMAZING! Crystal Grand Banquet Hall is a hidden gem! The Venue is so beautiful, the food was so good and the service was amazing! The transitioning from the ceremony to the reception was so smooth. I had absolutely no complaints or problems that day. Karen the manager is the BEST! He was always available to answer any and all my questions I had. I LOVE this place and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Ill definitely be having all my future events here. The best hall I have ever done an Event at. First off the food is amazing I had compliments from my guest even days after the event. Awesome place, great for big celebrations, family parties etc. Loved celebrating our friends’ wedding here at the Crystal Grand Banquet Hall. My friend had a birthday celebration at Crystal Grand and we had a blast party. It was a lot of delicious and fresh food, entertainment show and music, very friendly and happy atmosphere. I recommend this place to anyone.

My family and I were guests at a friend’s First Communion here at Crystal Grand and it was great! The food was good, the place is lovely. They had some entertainment for the kids, which was nice. I did have to wait a little for the waiter to return because they were so busy, but we were served throughout the evening and the staff was very nice and attentive. I would come back for sure.

We had our yearly corporate party at Crystal Grand and we could not have asked for more Food was amazing Staff and Music were awesome there is a reason why this place remains open and gains popularity more and more when all other restaurants in same neighborhood closed permanently long time ago.

We had a fantastic New Year celebration at Crystal Grand. Excellent music and show, delicious food, amazing atmosphere and great service. I was very impressed! Would definitely recommend this restaurant and visit again. Thank you very much!

The food was delicious and plentiful and accommodated the needs of our Ukrainian and Romanian wedding. We were very happy with it and received many compliments from our guests. It was a very busy day and we wished we had more time to enjoy the food!

We would like to thank George and his wonderful team for making our dream wedding come true. Our wedding was at their Petite Hall (we had 80 guests). Crystal Grand Banquet Hall is definitely the place you want to be to have a stress-free wedding day. Because we had a 3-course Russian menu, we had a timeline for when everything should be served, with speeches in between the course serving times. George and the team followed our timeline precisely and everything went very smoothly.

On behalf of my family and I we would like to extend our warm gratitude to Karan, George and the team at Crystal Grand Banquet Hall. My wedding was on August 31st, 2019 in the Grand Hall (140 guests) and it was phenomenal. The food was delicious (especially our night table), decor was lovely and patrons at my wedding commented on how courteous the staff was. My husband and I were very happy with the timing, food temperature, execution of dishes, and overall ambiance. My guests were immediately dancing on the dance floor when it opened up and everyone had a great time. The bar was always free and never a line up. The establishment is so clean that my dress never got dirty grazing the dance floor- super clean and perfect!

Had an AMAZING birthday at Crystal Grand. The best expearence I could ever want. The food and the music is amazing I would give it 10 stars. We were in the private hall with other parties. I think they had a big wedding next door in the big hall we did not even realize. Such high level of food and overall service. Thank you for the best night of my life!

Be very cautious this place sell fake alcohol very poor selection of food they promise you open bar but all you get is few bottles of fake alcohol don’t ruin you are birthday, communion or wedding in this place

This venue is classy and cozy! Great food, atmosphere and entertainment. We got married here in 2012, attended many birthday parties and weddings since. Grisha and his team do not disappoint. They have a large hall for bigger parties and a smaller hall next door for smaller events (i.e. Birthdays, baptism, anniversaries etc). Highly recommend!

We have been to Crystal Grand several times and we liked it, so we decided to celebrate our marriage there. We are happy and satisfied with our choice.
The petite hall was great size for our ~60 guests. The food was fresh and delicious and staff was very attentive and friendly.

Crystal grand banquet hall what can i say if I could give them 7 stars I would in a heartbeat. Crystal grand is truly a hidden gem. I had a family function here a few weeks ago the food, service and atmosphere was exquisite.music wasn't to loud the servers were so attentive and spoke better english than myself. I highly recommend crystal grand. Crystal grand takes care of every little detail so you don't have to. All u need to do is come and enjoy yourself.

Had a birthday party for my mom on July 12th and it was absolutely amazing. The food was better than most banquet hall food I’ve had in the past and the service was great. Staff were very attentive, stayed on schedule and always checked in and replenished food quickly.

From my first meeting with Gregorii, the attention and customer service was amazing. I have to say a big thank you to Karen who we booked the venue with and was our primary contact. He made sure we had everything we needed and was super helpful, professional, respectful and accommodating to all of our asks and needs.

The rooms they have available also have nice decor ie the chandeliers, that the room hardly needed any decoration. It felt classy and very aesthetic to the eye. Everything was very clean from the entrance to the kitchen. Don’t let the outside fool you as inside is absolutely gorgeous.

I recommend this banquet hall for any celebration, wedding, etc you may have as they won’t disappoint. I would definitely book with them again.

Excellent venue! 10 stars. Service and venue are excellent. Very clean, newly renovated. The rooms are beautiful and don't need much with respect to decor. Very classy. We rented the smaller event room as we used it for a family lunch and Baptism (55 people). We were not disappointed. Food was excellent, service was excellent and price was EXCELLENT. Highly recommend this venue. It is a family run business with people that really care and who take extra steps to make sure your event is perfect. We will definitely be back. I attended Crystal Grand for a friend’s wedding and I was so surprised with this hall! I go to banquet hall events often because I have a big family, but this one is a gem! The best part was the food! It was so delicious and tasted like a meal I would order in a restaurant. The staff are really nice and accommodating, I asked for another dessert plate and the waiter handed it to me right away! I also really liked the look of the hall; we were in the bigger room and the decor and design is classic and elegant and overall so refreshing to see and experience! I’m spreading the word to my family and friends because this hall deserves the recognition! Thank you!

We just went to a 50th Anniversary Party here. It was beautiful and everyone was sooo attentive! And the food. I have never ever seen so much food, so much variety.unbelievable and delicious! I recommend the Crystal Grand for any special occasion!

We had a BD party with 25 guests. All our guests of all ages enjoyed welcoming and fun experience at Crystal Grand. Food was fancy and delicious, they were able to accommodate vegan meal last minute and it was amazing! Entertainment was fun, a short show and a lot of dancing. Music for different taste! Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely come back and recommend this place for your celebrations.
