She cut the bottom of my foot. I mean accidents happen but she didn’t say anything didn’t apologize or anything. I couldn’t put pressure on my foot for a couple of days it hurt so much! She gave a great foot and leg massage!

TRAN! Is the BEST my nails always come out perfect! They don't chip or ruin at all! And I'm ruff on my nails! She take the time to make sure they are all perfectly shaped!

I went for a pedicure shellac but brought my own shellac colour and top coat and they still charged the same price! Very disappointed because if I owned a nail salon I would charge for a pedicure only if someone was bringing their own shellac products. Called the owner and he said he has to pay for the workers. I understand you have to pay for the workers not disputing that, but you should only charge for a pedicure when someone is brining their own shellac products.

The best nail salon! Tommy and Katie are fantastic nail techs! They’re clean, professional, kind and do the best job I’ve ever had.

The salon is so clean and beautiful! My mom and I have come many times because we always have a wonderful experience! Tommy did our gel manicures and his designs are gorgeous! Katie did our pedicures and our feet have never been taken care of so amazingly! My feet were terrible and she transformed them into baby soft and beautiful! 1000% recommend this salon and Tommy and Katie! Such a beautiful experience every single time!

A very unprofessional salon, very very rude owner, the owner should leave this business he doesn’t have the talent of running a salon, he has some anger issue for sure, I sent my daughter to get her nails done she left the place with a very bad experience, they ruined her nails.
First of all they made her wait for more than 30 min even though she booked an appointment with them couple days before, they over booking ppl and make ppl to wait for so long with a very cheap service.

PLEASE GUYS AVOID GOING TO THIS SALON! ITS JUST WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!

Cindy does an amazing job everytime.been coming back to her every 3 to 4 weeks with a crazy nail design idea and she does it perfectly

There is no better nail salon! I have been coming here for 5+ years, driving over 30 minutes to see Chi - she is the best in the business. I am incredibly particular about my nails and trust no one else. Kind and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. 5 stars!

Very unprofessional team, the guy at the front is extremely rude, they all talk in their own language behind every customers back, they ruined my nails, I just asked her if she can be careful because I’m getting hurt and my nail is bleeding, she started yelling and arguing with me as if she does it for free, please guys be careful it’s just ware of time and money!

Worst experience ever. I don’t usually go to crystals but went on a Sunday. The tech who did my nails cut my cuticles so deeply. I had three cuticles bleeding to the point where one wouldn’t stop. Not to mention three days later all the shellac peeled off. I’m not the only customer who had this issue as while I was getting my nails done, another girl came in and said the same thing, her nails were peeling off not even 24 hours after having got them done.

Lesson learned: You work hard for your money, spend it somewhere where your nails will last longer than 3 days!

Ive been going to crystal nails on and off for the last 3-ish years. I moved to Toronto, but my parents live in the area so I make an appointment for whenever it is convenient for me.

Cons:
- if you are even thirty seconds late to your appointment, they will not honour your time and you might have to wait up to 30 mins before they start working on your nails (happened to me three times, and each time I was late by no more than 2 mins).
- the techs are not as chatty? This could honestly also be a pro if you’re quiet and reserved like me. It can come across as a little standoffish.
- on one occasion I’ve been charged for bio gel when I got acrylic. I’ve asked for bio gel, but had acrylic put on my nails instead. I didn’t pay attention and say anything because I had booked a time very close to when they were closing, and didn’t want to inconvenience them.

So you’re probably wondering why I’m giving them a 4-star rating given the cons above. Truly it is because of two reasons:
- these techs are some of the most patient techs and I have sensitive skin- I’ve never once been cut by them and if you ask them to redo the shape of your nail because it’s not up to your standard (I’m admittedly very picky), they will do it no questions asked.
- Longo and Cindy are really, really skilled technicians. To the first point- I’m really picky about my nails. I don’t like thick gel; I like natural-looking durable nails with very precise designs. Both have executed what I wanted perfectly. I’ve never gotten more compliments on my nails than when I’ve had Cindy do them.

This place is amazing if you have the spare time to wait. They’re always busy and I guess it’s because their clientele know how good they are at their craft. It may not be my go-to place, but if you live nearby- I’d recommend.

Loved the gel nails and they held up great but I wanted them removed and I just got regular polish and they chipped the next day. I can deal with that but the girl who worked on me took way too much of my real nails off with the sanding machine/ Dremel that my nails are now so brittle a little piece breaks off every time I wash my hair. Now I understand why my other girlfriends say they get their nails done because their nails are so brittle.they're brittle BECAUSE you're getting your nails done. Just watch out for how much they're sanding off with the machine.

Over charge you for pedicures and do the worst job ever. My family of 6 came in for mani/pedi’s on Sunday. Me and my father in law got one lady who did an absolutely lazy job. She rushed the job and looked like she was sleeping throughout my experience. She had no idea what she was doing. My foot still feels rough, and now my skin is peeling. She even made me put my shoes on while my feet were still wet. Did not even use cream. I wish I paid attention to my feet while I was there because I would not have tipped her. The lady that was doing my husband’s pedi took longer than my pedi even though I was the one that was getting shellac done. The lady he got did just a nice job and took her time. Usually my husband is done way before I am since I have an extra step in my process.
