Customer service was terrible. Will never be returning to this salon again. I was constantly ignored when asking questions, the lady told me to wait past my appointment because she was doing her coworkers nails. I had someone else do my toe nails while I waited for her. She was super rude when I asked to choose another colour. Manicure was okay, pedicure was not well done. Will not return.

I had an appointment for 6 at this place. I arrived 10 minutes late, I called the place prior to reschedule it earlier as I had some place to be. When I reach the lady casually looks at me and says what time was my appointment. I said 6 and she immediately asked me to come the next day… like I called and booked an appointment to get my nails done which is what you’re supposed to do she treated me like I was a walk in. I asked her how long would it take for my technician to get free and she just chose to ignore me and didn’t answer. I asked her the same question several times and she never answered how long I will have to wait. The sad part is I have got my nails done here in the past and really liked this place but this lady who owns it or manages it made it very clear she didn’t want me or my business as she was too occupied with other clients. Thanks for doing an amazing job treating your customers. Lesson learnt never coming back to this place ever…

To the owners reply. Let’s be honest you and I both know it wasn’t one minute and how long I stood there for you to reply! It would have taken you 2 seconds to ask the technician but instead you sat there and chose to ignore me! You being busy is not an excuse to treat your customer the way you did. I wouldn’t be here writing an essay if I were there for a minute! Thanks for lying tho… It shows how professional you are!

So happy with the service that I received here from Phoebe. I got refills on my gel nails and had them airbrushed and it looked fabulous as I left. It has been about 4 weeks and they still look great other than the growth, going back tomorrow for a refill, can’t wait!

Honestly, I’ve been getting my nails done at Crystal quite a bit over the last year. I typically have Lisa or Cindy do my nails and have given it a 5 star rating. Even though I normally need to wait 30-45 minutes past my actual appointment time, I always went because the work was always perfect so I felt like it was worth the wait. Last night I arrived at 4: 50pm for my 5pm appointment and did not leave until 8: 25pm for a simple polish change and a biogel overlay. I sat there for two hours doing nothing and waiting around. The lady did a horrible job on my nails and when my sister commented on the bubbles and work (in a private conversation with me) the lady actually yelled at me in front of everyone in the store and made me cry. It was so embarrassing and unprofessional. I was so upset because I patiently waited almost 4 hours to have nice nails for my brother’s wedding and to get yelled at for not liking my $60 nails was just not okay. I wasn’t even complaining to get them fixed because I had no more time to waste. I then went back to sit and get them fixed because the other staff felt horrible and kept encouraging me to fix my nails because I paid for them. I really did not want to. The same lady tried to fix my nails and cut my finger in the process… in over 12 years of getting my nails done, I’ve never had this happen to me. I still hate how they turned out, uneven, bubbly and sloppy in general, but I could not stand to be in there another hour. I’ve recommended this place to so many friends and family members. I will actually never go back again.

Awful service and sloppy nails. We waited for over 45mins even though we had an appointment. They then rushed us and gave us attitude while doing our nails.

The whole session didnt last 15mins. I honestly felt it really rushed. It was ok but for 42$ including tax is NOT worth it!

Great service when they are not busy but if it is busy, beware because they will rush through to get to the next customer. Kelly is the best.

I got one nail done at another salon two weeks ago for a personal reason. And I didn't get the other nails done, so I figured I would to match it. So I went to Crystal Nails, I got shellac with french tip done. It's been 5 days and two of my nails have already chipped off. Honestly, it was a waste of money due to it already being chipped and broken. The service and the nails were subpar. I also don't do my nails a lot, but I noticed the prices are higher in Markham. So I won't be going to any nails salons, much less this one in Markham again. I'll stick with Toronto prices and good service.

I had a great Mani-pedi experience! I believe the person I had was Tina - she was very thorough and gave an awesome leg and hand massage.

I've been coming to the salon for awhile now. I have always been pleased with the experience. However, this time I made an appointment for 2pm and wasn't seen by anyone until 2: 30pm. I understand things run behind, but there's no point of an appointment if you aren't going to following it.

I have gone to hundreds of nail salons and I’ve always had issues. I was recommended this place by a friend and it is now my go to spot. The girl i deal with Lisa is so friendly and always makes my nails look better than I could ever imagine. The price for the quality is out of this world. I could not imagine going to any other nail salon ever again. If you want great work, trust me this is the spot.

I visited this establishment at 4: 45pm on a Friday. I didn't have an appointment but was told it would take 20 minutes. I was willing to wait as I only had plans at 6pm so an hour to get my nails done seemed reasonable. The first 20 minutes went by and I assumed that was okay as maybe they are running a bit late. With that, 30 minutes went by with the lady at the front telling me itll be a couple of minutes, the lady is just cleaning up. I went up and asked the lady at the front how much longer this would take, to which she said 5 minutes. I waited the 5 minutes and decided this was ridiculous. No one was even closed to being done and it was ridiculous to expect me to wait 45 minutes to an hour. Had I been told that it would take 45- an hour I wouldve left and gone somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I be going back.

They did an amazing job! They’re very respectful and nice. The place is clean and they have lots of colours. They’re very respectful. They make you feel comfortable and satisfied. I didn’t like the shape of one of my nails and she re did it with no complaints she just wanted me to be happy with the end product. Very happy with the end results will be coming here every time.

The best place in Scarborough n Markham to have your nails done. On a personal note, I've been with several different nails tech over the past three years and this place impressed me.
As a pickey person who pays to get the very best. I can say I am happy and extremely glad I found this place. 100% of my business. Lisa and her team will make it happen for you.

Just stay clear of the older lady in the back and you’ll walk away happy. That one does not do a good job and you’ll end up wasting your time.

But apart from that weak link, this place is great!

I have been to Nice One Nails on several occasions and I must say that I have always enjoyed the friendly. They offer water for your enjoyment. In addition, they are hygienic when performing pedicures using not only plastic bowl liners but a new packet of pedicure tools and sterilized one's as well. I have my nail tech before and she's very sweet, kind, and professional. I am picky about my salons, I have tried several around, but this one is by far my most favorite.

I normally don’t post reviews but I called and asked what the best time was for me to come in and was given an appointment that they chose themselves. I walk in and another woman was scheduled the same time as me. Both of us waited an hour for them to even begin. Everyone apologized for the wait but why give me an appointment when other people are scheduled? I got a full set and my nails look wide and thick, never seen them done like this. Other places don’t charge to remove if you’re getting a full service, they charged me to remove my old set even after I very patiently waited.

Next time, kindly don’t schedule anyone asking for an appointment if you don’t have the time. I called ahead cause I didn’t want anyone to rush when I’m paying almost $100. Very disappointing especially when done for a special occasion.

I went here when the first opened years ago and it was not good at all, I told myself I’d never go back until a coworker of mine recommended it a few days ago. She told me that they hired new people so I decided to try it out since she said they were good. I’m so happy I decided to come back! Lisa is so talented! I came in asking for gel set on my own nails and my nails were broken and cracked and she did A great job at reshaping and giving me everything I asked for! Thanks Lisa!

It's a great deal and the quality is amazing.
I left my old nail place because they messed up on my manicures many times.
This place also prints out item-price so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Highly recommend them!

This is one of the best nail places in the Markham area, they have great service and the salon is always clean - not to mention their prices are very reasonable!

Just went to this so called nail spa for the very first time I was excited to go was going to get a full set. Remove my old and start new. I was told to wait at the last table they removed my nail polish with the file then made me dip my fingers in acetone.for 1hr.they finally sent a young boy over who began to scrape my nails -leaving ridges.his phone rang so he stopped to take a call.when he returned I asked him if he could just cut my nails and I will go elsewhere to get my nails done. He began speaking in his own Asian language.so I asked what the issue was he said he doesnt do nails he needs to ask his manager what to do.needless to say I left in tears. I've been getting my nails done for 20 yrs.never ever have I had such and experience. They should bot be in business. While I was there another lady left very upset as well. DO NOT GO THERE.if you want pictures of my nails I have them.

Everyone here is so sweet and professional. Have not had a bad experience yet. Each pedicure gets lined with a plastic a bag can you say amazing. Not your typical nail salon where none of the workers speak a language you can't understand.

All the workers there seem nice but the service wasn't what I expected.
I paid extra for their luxuries pedicure that comes with feet massage but I really didn't feel like i'm getting a massage since it wasn't a massage. She just rubbed my feet like she was petting a cat and put hot stones on them.
Other places offer better pedicure and massage with better price.
They even didn't do my manicure on their special table. While i was getting massage someone else did my manicure.

Amazing people, beautiful work! I recommend this place, super clean, super friendly, nail designs and work are amazing. Nails last more than 2 weeks, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my nails. Dylan is who I recommend! His work is flawless.

I have never been disappointed with any service I've received here. I like my natural nails to be dipped in SNS powder and I've been getting this done for years.does the best job on this in my opinion and I always receive compliments when she does them.has been doing my pedicures and she not only remembers what I'm specific about but she's always a cheerful spirit to be around. If you book both and you won't be disappointed and your hands and feet will thank you later. Beautiful spa with service that's impeccable.

They do absolutely beautiful nails. I have been to other shops and I'm so impressed with this one. The new dipping powder is awesome, it allows u to grow your own nails with an acrylic overlay in any color u could imagine whether u do just a colored tip or the whole nail in color. Prices are comparable to doing tips butit lasts almost at least 3 weeks. I've never had such long nails! And they are mine.no tips! Love it love it love it! Of course they also provide other nail services too. And the salon is beautiful! U won't be disappointed!

The first time I went, it was not a positive experience, his paint job was rushed and poorly done and he was very rough and not quite friendly (I assumed it was because it was the end of day and he must have been tired - giving the benefit of the doubt) So when I decided to give them another chance - hoping I'd get someone else - that experience wasn't great either! I got the same guy (Dylan I think his name is - the owner) and he had no patience and once again he rushed the appointment. He even lost his patience with me when I asked him why he was charging me an additional $5 for a short + rectangle shape. I only had the shellac on for one week when they started to chip and peel off.

My best friends and I have been coming here and love it! They are sooo accommodating and always have the new trends, styles and colours!

The customer service from the time you come in from the time you get out. Calling you from your name as soon as you pass the door, this aspect brings a personalized touch. Coming and see you while you getting pampered to make sure that everything is going well. Definitely a most!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Extremely unprofessional & terrible service. Called the day before to book with Dylan & got an appointment at 10 am, the morning comes & I was running late so I called stating I had an appointment with Dylan & would be 10-15 mins late. I arrived & was taken by another male nail tech who I informed that I wanted Dylan to do my nails & he said ok & proceeded to take my previous nails off. I assumed since Dylan was busy at the moment he was just helping to speed up the process, he took an hour to removed a couple nails & still left pieces of the old nails on & tried to glue new tips on. When he went to try & cut them I said I’ll wait for Dylan to which he replied that he was busy & I would have to wait till 1 which is in 2 hours I was very confused as I had booked with Dylan so why did I have to wait? Well turns out that they didn’t write that down in their appointment book & acted like I never stated I wanted him to do my nails. They were extremely rude & I ended up leaving to go to another nail salon. I usually spend a lot of money & am very disappointed in my first impression.

This place is not good, I wouldn't recommend it. They over charge and don't do a good job. My nails are crooked and the jewels fell off within a day in the shower! Not friendly at all

I have been going to this place on and off since opened. Last night I went to do the nails around 7. I asked them are you guys closing soon. They (3 of them were there) said no.come in.it was the biggest mistake I ever did. I saw them mopping and dusting the place. I thought to myself oh maybe no customer is here, so they are cleaning the place.
I have to remove fake nails and redo the normal one.she was rushing like hell.and finish everything within 30 mins.guess what now.my 9 years old will do a better job than this.that’s how my nails end up when i get home.
I went this morning and told them you better redo my nails Monday.saw them my nails are.pretty busy weekend for me.that’s the reason I went yesterday.now I’m end up with cracked nails for two days.no choice at all.few customers were there. I dont care.just went and told them.

They aren’t doing a free services.they charged me to remove $15.plus more to redo.so service should be better.
