Very clean. The staff are experienced and friendly. I have been very happy with all of my manicures and pedicures here.

Terrible service! Purchased a gift card as a gift for someone, paid for it, and then the recipient was told there was no money on the gift card when trying to use it. The spa declined the gift card even though it had never been used and we had bank receipts that it was paid for. We completely lost our money. The owner did not try to provide any solutions about the issue. Horrible service, definitely never going back.

The best and most welcoming nail salon I've ever been to! I had tried several salons before Crystal Nails and am so happy I found them! My nails have never looked better; Christine has such amazing attention to detail and takes her time to make sure that your nails look and feel great and last for weeks!

On top of a great job with the nails, when you walk in you're greeted warmly into such a fun and relaxing environment - Christine, Dave, Lisa and Crystal are all so lovely, I've recommended all of their services to my friends and family and would recommend Crystal Nails to everyone!

Best nail experience I’ve ever had! I found them by looking up the shops in my area and went over one day to take off my biogel. They were so educational and told me about how the biogel on my nails before was mixed in with other harsh chemicals (which is why it ruined my nails so bad).

A week or so later I went to get my wedding nails done. Crystal did an amazing job by recommending French manicure and really paid attention to detail while doing my French manicure. They looked natural and beautiful.

Crystal also does great eyebrows! I did my eyebrows with her and she did such a great job with my thick set of brows.

Overall, this is a place you should definitely go to and I would definitely recommend this nail place to everyone. Excellent customer service, quality work, and such amazing people who work here overall.

This salon is so clean, staff are so nice and really know what they are doing. The quality of their nail services is really high - I have received manicures (shellac) and pedi's (shellac), both long lasting and great job! New fav nail salon!

7 yrs now and not one complaint. Christine has been doing my nails always. I took a break since covid 19. February was the last time I was there, until August. But in my defense I was at the cottage almost 6 hrs away. I didn't get my nails done anywhere until I came home. Love love you guys

I’ve been going to Crystal Nail Spa for the past decade and there are so many reasons I keep going back: the staff are all amazing and personable, the facility is spotless, services are quick and the choices of colours are endless. I genuinely look forward to my time there every few weeks; and when I am indecisive with what I want, the staff is extremely helpful with suggestions. I have never been anything less than happy with all the services I received. Look forward to the next decade.

The BEST place to get your nails done in Burlington. I have been going to Crystal Nails for over 11 years and there is a reason I continue to go back. They have the widest variety of shellac colors, and design options to choose from, and there are multiple options for nail décor. If you specifically want design for your nails I would highly suggest going to crystal nail spa because they create designs that look like artwork once completed. The staff are personable, they make you laugh and the whole experience is a good one. They even go above and beyond to make suggestions in terms of products, colors and designs specific to your type of nail (s). They always have the latest trends or products in the business. The studio it self is modern, light and very relaxing and welcoming. I have had nothing but good experiences during my appointments and am always pleased with the outcome of my nails.

I have gone to this location twice and the first two times were great everyone was really nice. However I went on New Year eve and got them done, now three nails have broken off in less then a week and I'm alittle upset. I can't go and fix them because the place is closed for a week. I'm very disappointed in the quality of my nail at the price I paid for them.

By far the best nail salon; the prices are amazing for the outstanding quality of work. I have never once been unsatisfied with my nails, they always do a fabulous job. The atmosphere is friendly and fun, you are definitely guaranteed to leave in a good mood after talking with the lovely individuals that run the salon.

Professional, helpful, high quality. They spend the time on you and your nails to make sure they give you the best possible service! I've had a shellack last more than 3 week from here. Thats never happened before. I've always had problem nails and cuticles and since I've been coming here I've noticed a significant improvement in my nails. Thank you Crystal Nails! Job well done!
