I recently visited Dr. Bansal's optometry practice and had a positive experience. The clinic boasts a clean and modern environment with an impressive collection of eyeglasses. The staff's kindness and welcoming demeanor contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Bansal's professionalism is evident through the use of up to date devices, and his responsiveness and willingness to answer questions showcase a commitment to patient care. I highly recommend this optometrist and plan to return for future eye care needs.

The facility is wheelchair friendly. I was able to have my eye examination in a spacious room with equipment that was accessible for handicapped persons. The lenses they made were also excellent.

Unfortunately, I was unable to enjoy the lenses. All three pairs of glasses I purchased, kept slipping down my nose, so that the lenses were not in front of my eyes. I attended three times for adjustments, and on the last occasion was told there was nothing more that could be done. This position, and the response to my review posted by Crystal vision, is particularly problematic. The optician saw the glasses that I chose and tried them on with me. At no time did he suggest that they would not fit or that another selection should be made. The time to do so was before the lenses were made and I incurred the cost purchasing the glasses. In the result I had to purchase replacement glasses at another store at significant expense.

Crystal vision, stating that they have taken my comments to heart, does me little good in these circumstances.

Crystal vision has failed to take any responsibility for the provision of an end product which was completely useless to me. I do not believe this is an appropriate way for a professional to act.

Not only have I gotten my eye exam and glasses from Crystal Vision, I have also gotten an aesthetic procedure done as well. For the past few years I have been suffering with severe acne and acne scarring, however, even after one session of a Picosure pro treatment I started to see results, my dark spots and hyperpigmentation are either gone or barely noticeable! Even months later I’m still seeing the benefits! The staff also consulted with me to ensure I was comfortable and my ‘skin goals’ were being met! I was lucky enough that it also helped my acne as well! 10/10 I would recommend!

Dr. Bansal is very knowledgeable and thorough, while the staff are friendly and very helpful when it comes to picking out the perfect pair of glasses! I had a very pleasant experience!

I approached Dr. Bansal with concerns regarding my eye health and not only was he highly knowledgeable of the uncommon issue, but was also super caring! He truly values the health of his patients. I am also very appreciative of the up-to-date technology Dr. Bansal uses at his clinic. In the past, visiting the eye doctor would mean I was not able to drive myself home after due to the medicine used. When I visit Dr. Bansal, his technology is able to perform the same tests, with much higher accuracy, without causing interruptions in my daily routine. I am truly grateful to have found an eye doctor like Dr. Bansal and would highly recommend him to others looking for excellent service!

We have had an amazing experience both times that we have visited for our two kids. Dr. Bansal is caring and informative. He took the time to explain to us and gave us the best recommendation for our kids. They have a wide variety of glasses and we received excellent customer service.
