Probably one of the best body shops in the Province. Phenomenal staff and excellent workmanship. The premises are immaculate and serve as an indication of the pride and care they take in everything that they do.

As always, I had a great experience at 427. They handle every situation with the utmost professionalism and the workmanship is always top notch. They have a great culture that is fostered at the top with Frank down to every employee.

The repair works done on my car is of high quality. I’m satisfied. However, the repair work has taken far longer than anticipated i.e. 5 weeks opposed to 3 weeks.

The service was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to answer any questions. Very accommodating their work was excellent and my car looked new.

I went to the Evans Avenue location in Etobicoke. Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable waiting area with complimentary hot or cold beverages. Drop off and pick up service to the Sherway Mall was offered so I didn’t have to spend the 3 hours in the waiting room while my vehicle was being repaired. Reasonable rates and knowledgeable staff. Did not upsell any unnecessary services. I would highly recommend this location.

I have been going to CSN Auto 427 Auto Collision for over 20 years, their service, body repairs have always been excellent. They really look after their customers very well. Excellent job and always a great pleasure dealing with you.

If you are concerned about the quality of repairs you should avoid this body shop.

What’s worse is that they can’t even keep their word. I talked to the owner and the manager yesterday at the body shop and they agreed to rework on the paint, but they lied. Frank, who is the owner and chief technician, told me that he is much happier than I am because he has poor eyesight and hearing. I would say that if that's the case, you shouldn't be doing the job of a technician. You can feel happy and turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to a defective repair, but the customer will not be happy.

So, after over six months of repairs and many visits to this body shop, I now own a noisy, poorly painted car. They don't answer my phone calls. They don't respond to my emails. They don't take any responsibility. What kind of company is this!

Update: The car was sent to the body shop yesterday. I hope this rework will be once and for all with good results. I will update this review accordingly.

By the way, It was rude of John to say to me, "to the day you die. " I was literally shocked. The context was that he wanted to play down the significance of the paint and noise issues in one’s life time. But his insensitive reference to death was really disturbing. I will still work with him though.

Update: After 10 days I got the car back. The paint is more acceptable now, but the noise issue was barely addressed. The noise persists in my car.

They didn’t create new problems in this repair.

I am raising the rating to 2 stars.

Final thoughts: if you are concerned about the quality of repairs, especially on Tesla cars, I do not recommend this body shop.

Above and beyond bodywork! My Jeep Wrangler had extensive body damage from a break-in, CSN Auto Collision made it appear like it never happened. In fact the doors and panels look just like they did when I purchased the vehicle. The customer service is great and the experience is absolutely seamless. There is a car rental agency on site, so you can pick up and return a temporary ride without having to shuttle somewhere else.

The quality of work is excellent, they're professional, timely, and have incredible customer service. It's really difficult to find such great service in this industry. These guys are it!

I had an unfortunate fender bender, someone hit my SUV in the rear why'll waiting at the lights. I brought my SUV to CSN 427 Auto Collision and right from the start just speaking to Peter Ho I notice that this is the place to have my SUV fixed. The service/professionalism and the quality of workmanship is a 10 Star not a 5 star rating. Let me tell you, when I got my vehicle back, you would never even know I had a fender bender at all. So glad Peter took care of my vehicle and outstanding service. Now I can take my vehicle to car shows again. Dropped into 427 Auto the other day to quote works on a fender bender. Turned our Thomas, who was friendly and professional determined it was a minor scratch. Thomas had it fixed within minutes and I was back on the road. Exceptional service, attention to detail and definitely recommending in the future.

Great Service. I recommend anyone who wants to fix the car like brand new. Great customer service.

My complaint is against the customer service rep.at 427 Auto. Firstly, he was hard to get a hold of. I on more than one occasion had to cc the main email before he would respond to my emails. He never sent me confirmation of my appointment for repair. He never called me when he said he would. Once I could finally get in touch with him, he advised that I wanted to move forward without the teardown when I chose to not move forward with a teardown, he then refused to repair my car. So now the recommended teardown all of a sudden became mandatory. Which one is it? If a teardown is mandatory, have your office state it on initial contact, as you can see how this looks like a money grab to a customer. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL customer service. Getting into a collision can be a nightmare of a process. Your customer service rep made it more stressful. Thank you for absolutely nothing.

Had a great experience bringing my Audi here after I was in a accident. The staff was very professional and the work was excellent. Neelam was the person I was dealing with and she kept me informed during the whole process.would definitely recommend this place!

Huge shoutout to Vito! He took very good care of me and did an exceptional job with replacing my bumper. They even switched the bumper light bulbs and replaced the licence plate covers drilled in! This place is no good, definitely one of those "it looks good" but quality is garbage, never expected glue to be so highly used

They quoted us double what we fixed the car for at another certified mechanic. Don't let the clean look fool you, these guys will charge you an arm and a leg. Not to mention they charged us $300 to take back the car. STAY AWAY.

I've now taken 3 cars (2 personal and 1 referral) to 427 Auto Collision and they have done amazing work. Competitive pricing with quality that is second to none. Dealt with Jon on my last visit and he's not only knowledgeable, but extremely professional.

On June 7,2021 I was, once again, hit by an elderly driver but this time it was on the QEW. At first glance the car wasn't severely hit but the crew at 427 Auto Collision were able to decipher that it was misaligned and they could improve it. Thomas was kind and considerate in his service and provided a smooth transition to a loaner car while the car was being serviced. He also kept me updated with the fix as it was occurring and provided bonus tips on how to care for car's new body and paint job when it was all fixed. I am thankful to the shop for their work and to Thomas specifically for his care and customer service. /d

During what was a stressful experience of getting hit by an elderly, distressed driver, 427 Auto Collison handled the situation with patience and professionalism. Both passenger doors needed to be replaced and the lower rim needed repairing. If there is one critique to be made it's that repairs take long, but that's likely because of the volume of cars that they deal with. However they predicted it would take a few weeks and it came in on time. Brandon, the representative who was working with me followed up as he had promised. Now that it's returned, the car looks like nothing happened - it's a nice Christmas gift to get it back. Thank you 427 Auto for a job well done. /d

Was afraid that it would require a new paint job, but they were able to repair without it and finish in a couple of hours. My car practically looks brand new!

Getting in an accident is stressful enough but they dealt with my insurance, helped me get into a rental straight from there and had my car fixed much quicker than quoted. I was so impressed. I went there about a year and half ago, the insurance company send me, I meet with Neelam, she is very professional and friendly
There was a bad dent in the door sell rear passenger side and the door damaged and needs replacement the damage was bad
When the work is done, I was very impressed, it was better than what I expected, the car was 10 years old but any professional eye wouldn’t even guess there was a repair and paint, the car looked like factory.
Second time about two weeks ago, a car dealer sent me to their recommended body shop to fix some scratches but deep, they had to paint the hood and the result was a disaster, scars and few defects in the paint. The shop tried to find excuses.
I decided to take it to CSN 427 Auto Collision, again I meet with Neelam, she took the car indoor for better look and better judgment because I told her the scars are clear in the shade, the maroon color is reflective under the sun outside.
As always, she is professional, friendly and smart, she suggested something simple they can do to avoid the cost of repainting, she called the technician Amanda the for second opinion, they suggested buffing and polishing may fix the scars but the defect is not possible and any way the defects are very minor hard to notice, they told me what to expect, I agreed. Neelam arranged a ride to get home, three hours later she called me and the car was much better than what I expected, again they impressed me, I really did not believe that they can do it the way they promised, I thought they were little optimistic because there were really bad scars, but they did it. The bill was really less than what I expected. Needless to say, they are very honest.

CSN427 provided truly professional service and top quality workmanship on all areas. They should be commended for going above and beyond in all areas and provided the end product in phenomenal condition. The attention to detail is beyond imaginable. Encouraging to know that this high caliber of work still exists today. Would most highly recommend. Vito and his team are excellent.

Great experience. My truck was fixed in a timely manner. Got a rental quickly and was all done on sight. Truck looked like nothing ever happened.

The guys at CSN were very professional and courteous throughout my experience. The repairs on my truck took a little long and were delayed on two occasions but I think that can partially be attributed to covid-19 complications. Anyway overall they did a great job, and I haven’t had any issues since. Hopefully that continues, I would recommend to friends.

Had to bring my car for repairs after hitting a pile of ice on the highway. Vito and the staff from CSN were super professional, they kept me updated every week about the status of repairs. The job was perfectly done (paint, parts replacement, testing, etc). Details of repairs was provided and we'll justified. Can't say the same from my insurance company though

The professionalism of the staff at 427 auto in Toronto is world class. I would recommend them to my family and friends and anyone who owns a Volkswagen since they are their preferred partner. I was treated with courtesy and on a first name basis. My advisor was quick to book an appointment which worked well with my schedule. Another awesome thing about my experience was that I was afforded a driver to take me around the city while they fixed my car, as a courtesy. They are very honest and hardworking and I believe I will be their long time client.
I understand there are body shops that rip people off, but not at 427 Auto. They do not cut corners and if you want a good job look no further. Please note: I am not a paid actor giving a review but a regular citizen. I was happy with the work on the Tiguan. Last but not least, my car was sanitized and washed in keeping with the health protocols by the Ministry of Public Health, just another thing which made me feel I mattered as a human being not just a customer. This was highly considerate and top notch in my opinion. Thank you for a job well done.

Unfortunately this was my 2nd time at CSN for different reasons (Collison). Both of the time the service has been great and quality if work is excellent. I would advice always to verify your repairs as listed on estimates. It's my go to body shop or collision repairs for Tesla Model 3.

Dropped off the vehicle to CSN427 for repair due to an unfortunate event - accident. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They handled insurance claim from start to finish, including arranging rental vehicle with enterprise. Service advisor kept me in the loop with every stage of the repair process via text message. When I finally got the car back, it was throughly cleaned and most importantly, accident undone! Extremely satisfied with outcome. I been to other CSN shops and this one is the best.

From the moment you walk in the front door you can tell these people are Pro’s. The girls at the desk are super friendly, Vito was my customer service rep he was amazing, but most importantly was the quality of work on my Jeep was top notch.found my Auto place for sure!

Great facility, looks like they can fit 20 or more cars in their service area at one time. The waiting area is nice too with free drinks which is always appreciated. The work was a little more expensive than I was hoping but it was a bit of a unique job so I think that contributed. The paint job itself looks great, the colour matches and I have had no issues as of yet.

When I was waiting for my quote I saw an old man come in and ask for some paint. The guy who worked there explained that they don't actually sell paint but he went into the back and 10 minutes later he came back with a bottle of custom mixed paint just for this man. He gave it to him for no charge. I thought that was pretty awesome. I will come back if I need more work.

Very smooth experience for my Audi A5; they provided frequent updates and finished ahead of schedule. The results were flawless and they went the extra mile by fixing up a scrape on my bumper (which was not accounted for in the accident report) free of charge.

Did a beautiful job repairing my van, can not tell it's been done. The staff was always cheerful and professional would definately bring another vehicle again.

Was recommended to go to this collision center after a crazy guy hit my car's bumper, promised it's gonna take one week to be replaced, ended after 17 days plus I had to bring the car back again because they forgot to connect the fog lights, plus the enterprise rental onsite office is trying to rip me off but I will get back to them on Monday to get my money back.

427 Auto Collision is very helpful. I would recommend them. The only reason I give four stars is because during the first month and a half that I waited for my appointment, the staff member assigned to my file did not follow through with my request to keep me informed on the claim. I had to call back twice thereafter to find out the information I needed. There was then a change of staff who assisted me on my case; however the new staff member always kept me in the loop and was very proactive. They also have a partnership with car rental companies while your car is being fixed, and that makes the whole process more seamless. Thank you)

I brought my Mercedes E350 to 427 Auto to get my bumper repaired after being rear ended and they provided me with excellent service and got my vehicle repaired really quickly! I dropped my car off on the 18th of December to get it repaired and didn't expect to get the vehicle back until the new year especially with the Christmas holidays but the team at 427 Auto were able to get my vehicle repaired and back to me in under two weeks! Big thanks to Vito as he made the whole process from getting a quote, getting my vehicle repaired to setting up a rental very easy! Would definitely recommend Vito and the rest of the team at 427 Auto!

Although there is nothing positive about a car crash, the silver lining has been getting to know and to deal with the staff at 427 Auto Collision. Customer service as it used to be expected: respectful, kind, caring and efficient. Promises are kept and service is delivered in the best possible way!

If you've got a choice, choose another auto repair shop. I experienced excessive delays, cost overruns, and poor customer service. It took 8 weeks to get an appointment, and then it got worse. It took 10 days to complete the repair (5-6 days more than originally quoted) due to "staff vacations" and because they ordered the wrong parts. This cost me more in car rental fees, and I had to pay more than the original estimate due to their ordering mistake. The quality of the work appears ok, but the car wasn't cleaned properly. There is glue residue from the tape on the door. Customer service was poor start to finish. I had to chase the service rep constantly to book the appointment and get status updates caused by the delays. I have been coming to 427 Auto Collision for almost 20 years and happily referred them, but I can't anymore. You'll be better served elsewhere.
