CSN Automacs has always been my collision repair facility of choice, unfortunately my recent repair will be my last. The New ownership who took over in 2023 did not provide the same customer service as Adrian used too and they didn't acknowledge my concern when I picked up my car after the repair. Very disappointing to say the least.

I recently had my Mazda's bumper repaired at CSN AutoMacs, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the results! The entire experience, from start to finish, was exceptional.

Salesperson Jerry, who assisted me throughout the process, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He took care of everything, from setting up the appointment to arranging a rental car at Enterprise. He made sure I understood the repair process and kept me updated every step of the way. His attention to detail and excellent customer service made me feel confident that my Mazda was in good hands.

The repair work on my bumper was flawless. The technicians at CSN AutoMacs did an outstanding job in restoring it to its original condition. The color match was perfect, and the bumper looked as good as new. I was amazed by the quality of their workmanship and their commitment to delivering the best results.

In addition to the outstanding repair work, I was also impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the receptionist. She greeted me with a warm smile, answered my questions, and made sure I had a pleasant experience throughout my visit.

Overall, I highly recommend CSN AutoMacs for Mazda bumper repairs. Their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and will not hesitate to return for any future automotive needs. This team is truly remarkable! Despite having had a stressful incident during a snowstorm, their outstanding service and expertise surpassed my expectations. From my first encounter with the front desk to my interaction with Jerry, I was impressed with their professionalism and outstanding communication skills. Not only did they take care of everything including arranging a rental, but they also made me feel at ease and ensured that I was kept informed throughout the process. Every step of the way, Jerry communicated the next steps and provided timely updates, leaving no room for any inconvenience. I must say the workmanship on my 1st Audi is exceptional. (still waiting for my 2nd Audi) I am extremely happy with the outcome, paint match is perfect no gaps in the panels and I even tried comparing with the other side! There is no difference. This place really uses quality parts (OEM probably) and the detail of the work is outstanding. I have read some of these other reviews complaining about delays and cost, it’s probably because the job is done right without cutting corners.
Kyle took me for a short tour (you can ask for this) and he actually showed me the process being performed to a car that was rear ended. They don’t hide any crumpled parts behind the the trunk liner and it actually looks like a factory process.
Also keep in mind these cars are complicated with all their body lines and contours wire harness and computer boards and when they receive them smashed and dented you expect they return them perfectly. There is a reason why they are chosen by Audi and Porsche.
I do recommend this shop for your collision repairs.

The team here was fantastic to work with, especially Kyle who was very thoughtful and was my main point of contact. Everything went smoothly and they went above and beyond on the repairs. Can't recommend the shop more!

Automacs is a recognized repair centre by Intact Insurance and within our Oakville community.
“Reputation is earned for good judgement, fair dealing, truth and rectitude” (H. W. Beecher) ; these are qualities that I experienced dealing with CSN-Automacs not only in the past for minor repairs, but most recently with my Audi A4 (recent) collision damages; this activated the professionalism of this firm under the direction of General Manager Santo Sarta, along with his staff, in particular, Kyle Foerster who provided the guidance and evaluation for damages, quotations and liaison with the insurance company and keeping me informed of the time frame for repairs; as we understand, replacement components (source Germany) took extra time.
Regardless, upon the arrival of parts, repairs were initiated, completed in a reasonable time; actually, I thought return of the car would be later in this month, but they finished this week, (laurels to staff)
Thanks again to Kyle, a public relations expert who explained and re-assured me, when I had ‘questions/doubts' because of worldly events.
Additionally, Enterprise Car rental is located on the premises and provided efficient service with well maintained cars.
