It's not so common to have service where someone goes out of their way to update you (without asking) on what's going on with your service. Michael updated me weekly to keep me informed about the status of my repairs, and was really easy going and approachable. The car looks great.
Just impressed and happy.

Walid was outstanding and gave genuine cost effective advice which I appreciated very much as I did of the great body job that was done. As far as I am concerned Avenue’s name is synonymous with A class work.

We had a very unexpected situation with our car early morning and we were not knowing what can we do at moment. We tried calling many shops no one was ready to help or guide us at that moment. His name is Michael, who answer the call explained to us that they are only by appointment to repair any car but explained to us each step that we need to do in order fix the scratch on the door. This was on the Friday before the long weekend, so he told us to take the car to any detial shop and give it a try and not worry as long as we are fine. The empathy he showed was spectacular honestly speaking, Michael you made our day and I want to say thank you for everything you did for us eventhough this is a late review. You represent your company very well.

Not sure how this place has this many 5 stars.interaction was very pressured and borderline uncomfortable.clearly alot of these reviews are fake as it seems like the common denominator is the ppl who work here is very rude!

The team was very helpful and efficient. I left the rental car with them when I picked up my vehicle and they took care of the rest.

The team at CSN Avenue Collision was very professional. They provided timely updates at key points in the repair process. The time estimate was quite close to the actual time required for the repairs (delays due to back-ordered parts). My vehicle was brought back to manufacturer specifications and the panel alignment along with paint job was done flawlessly.

I want to give a shout out to Waleed and Michael at CSN Avenue Collision for their professionalism and communication.

I hope not to require their services in the future, but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to use CSN Avenue Collision again.

Recently had my Lexus IS350 in an accident and was recommended from Lexus Downtown Toronto to come to this repair shop as they specialize on repairs on Lexus vehicles. Overall experience with CSN Avenue Collision was all handled professionally also talking to Micheal was always dealt with calm, and enough Information as it came to any questions about my vehicle. But took 33 business days, but this was due to on part delays in shipping. The repairs were all done perfectly/seamless like the accident never happened.besides when I arrived to pick up my vehicle when I noticed the door/fender clear protector wasn’t applied, but was done in 10 minutes as soon as I mentioned it. Then also when the vehicle was cleaned the driver seat on the back side seemed to have a splash of liquid. Again it was cleaned as soon mentioned before leaving. I would recommend anyone in need of body work to come here.

They did a fantastic repair on my Tesla Model 3. A quarter panel had been dented and scratched.
Teslas are tricky to repair properly, but they did a superb job. Impossible to tell anything had even happened.
They returned the car freshly washed and vacuumed inside.

If you are in an unfortunate situation where you have to bring your car in for body repair, then Avenue Collision is where to go. The quality of work is amazing. My car looks brand new! Also the customer service representative, Walid was very helpful! Lastly my car inside was a mess (embarrassingly) but they cleaned the entire interior prior to returning the car to me. I cannot recommend them enough. There is a reason why they are so busy!

Both my car dealership and insurance company recommended Avenue Collision CSN after a fender bender. Supply chain problems delayed a start date but a date was set along with a completion date.
When I arrived for drop off and pickup customer service was impeccable. The keys to the courtesy car were handed to me and taken on my return.

Great customer service which includes some digital which is nice. Prices are fair. They did a great job on a paint/repair job on our Mini door.

I was directed properly in all regards in a timely fashion after having a horrible accident. Car rental was also made extremely easy for both pickup and drop off.

I have used avenue collision on many occasions with multiple vehicles. They are courteous, professional and expeditious. They manage insurance claims with speed and professionalism. The also manage non insurance work in the same manner. Their costing is competitive and their workmanship is 10/10

Despite slow availability of parts from Toyota they performed the work ahead of schedule and to original state.

Came in for an appraisal. The person quoted me $2200 CAD for small area painting of one rear door. Then asked a couple other places, both saying less than $500.not sure how good the quality of the work will be, but the price difference is insane.

My car door had a large dent and needed repainting following a collision. The work done by Avenue Collision was completed on time, at the agreed upon price, and the work was impeccable - like having a brand new door. They also took care of renting a car for me while the work was being done, which made it very convenient.

I’m very happy with the results of what was done, the one negative I would say is their lines of communication could have been better in keeping me up to date as the work progressed

This was a shop referred to by my insurer. Went in to get a front bumper and passenger side repair done as a result of a fender bender. I was able to book the estimate online and then get a car rental on the same day for pick up and drop off at their location. They were able to repair the damage in one day, two days after I dropped it off. It looked good and I am pleased with the entire experience. All staff were friendly and helpful. Very calm and helpful considering we are in the middle of a pandemic.

Super service from Zue and the team. They repaired by Mercedes so it looks like brand new! Really fantastic to have a reliable, professional service like this available. The team went the extra mile to drop my car off at my house when the dealership was closed due to COVID-19.

Excelent service! Good quality! They did a very good job in my car, and even polished other some minor scratches that I had.
100% recommended!

They overfilled my girlfriends tire by almost 30psi, after doing rim repairs, in addition to not properly latching the engine hood completely closed. Could have caused a serious accident. Complete lack of attention to important safety details. Overinflated tires lead to increased wear but more importantly can cause loss of traction, especially in the winter - not to mention the danger of a hood popping open. Charged full price for insurance quote to replace the rim but refurbished it instead and pocketed the difference. I would advise taking your car elsewhere. Unprofessional.

Avenue Collision dealt well with the repairs to the side of my car which was damaged. As the repairs took longer than expected to complete, I was provided with a rental car at no expense to me which was a thoughtful gesture. I would not hesitate to go back to Avenue Collision. I should also add that I was kept up-to-date on the status of my repairs by weekly emails. This was useful to me.

Great customer service and fantastic customer satisfaction. I hope no one get into an accident or car crash, but if so, I strongly recommend this place. Amazing job.

They took several extra days to complete the job, since parts were not in the shop even when my appointment was scheduled 3 weeks in advance. Finally when I received my car it had a couple scratches and paint lifted, took me a whole month -and a couple headaches- to get it recognized, assessed and repaired again. The second time everything was smooth, but still too much trouble to replace a bumper. Wouldn’t recommend or come back.
