Dundas valley collision did a great job on my car, everything happened on time, I didn't need to worry about any part of the process. Everyone was very helpful, kept me up to date with the schedule and had my car back to me in the time line they promised.

Horrific experience. Went in to have rear driver's side repaired after finding my vehicle was hit while parked. I was told it was a 13 day repair.it turned into just shy of a month. When I got my vehicle back, the repair looked good, however other damages had been made at the shop. A rear light was broken, rear lights were not hooked up, weatherstripping was gashed, about $1000.00 in carpentry tools had disappeared from my trunk and the touchscreen no longer worked. When returning to speak with the manager (Luke I believe was his name), he denied ever having removed my tools and claimed the lights were hooked up (suggesting I sabotaged my own vehicle?), and that the light was broken from the accident. I showed him photos the insurance sent and the light was not affected and had it been, they had a MONTH to replace it! I asked if he too would not be upset. He said "no, I would not. You have no right being upset and you're too difficult to deal with". He then dramatically threw his hands in the air and walked away. They also tried telling me a previous crack in the bumper could not be repaired and would cost an additional $600 to replace. After having turned down the offer, I was surprised to see my bumper was repaired.interesting. I lost hours of overtime at work, far too much time and fuel driving to Dundas, due to their neglegence. After having to reschedule for the repairs on the damages they caused, they tried charging it to my insurance! I believe charging for work you created yourself is called fraud! I've now been left to contact my dealership to repair the touch screen. I drove 12 hours to work up north and as I was about to return, my coworker noticed lug nuts missing on my tire! I requested the owner's phone number as the shop was nothing short of unprofessional. The secretary refused and said he would contact me. It has been well over a month and no contact has been made. I was told countless lies, was caused extreme stress and dealt with incredible unprofessionalism. I have still not even recieved a sincere apology for the hell I endured.

These guys did an amazing job with my car. Gave me a great quote and they also pre booked my rental car with enterprise. They are stuck by the estimated finish day. I hope damage my car again but if I do these guys are my 1st call.

Problems both times I came here. Thought the first time was a freak accident considering the good reviews. Lessons learned.

My service requirement was very minimal and I was not sure anyone would want to help. My driver side door check (hinge?) broke and needed to be be replaced. A simple job BUT it did require removing the door panel to get at the part thus I needed an expert.

From the moment I contacted CSN Dundas Valley Collision I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED with the level of service. From Janet who responded right away with offering to make my appointment, to Jason identifying my issue and giving me a quote and to all the guy (s) who did the repair.

I had an ugly scrape on the quarter panel of my 2010 Mustang Convertable. The Mustang's colour was Autumn Gold, a rare and discontinued colour. CSN Dundas Valley Collision not only repaired the boo-boo, they matched the paint perfectly! I am over the moon with the quality of their work and their service and would highly recommend them.

CSN Dundas Valley is the best auto repair shop! My car needed a new bumper and CSN had it fixed it one day! They are fast, professional, and the staff is so polite. They do phenomenal work and go above and beyond for they're customers! They even cleaned the entire inside of my car for me. I strongly recommend this business.

They repaired a rust claim under warranty through my car manufacturer. They did an excellent job, communication was amazing and best part my vehicle came back to me as if it were brand new! I went to CSN for some body work on my 2021 gmc sierra after I was rear ended. The truck was 3 months old and when I got it back from CSN it was cleaner than it was when I picked it up on delivery. I went to CSN Dundas last week with some minor body damage. CSN was professional, timely and very helpful. Luke, my representative was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I got into a car accident, someone side swiped the drivers side and everything was quite damaged. Dundas Valley Auto Collision did an amazing job on repairing my car. It looks like new. They went above and beyond and gave me consistent updates on what was happening with car. I appreciate their attention to detail and fantastic customer service!

Needed a windshield replaced. Dundas Valley was the best. Prompt, courteous, reasonably priced. They are super close and convenient. Gave my truck a detail as well! Will 100% be bringing my leased car which will also require a new windshield before returning it.

I brought my car to Dundas Valley collision for an accident repair. They were very accommodating with working with my work schedule to book the appointments needed to drop off my car and the receptionist was very pleasant to speak with. It was super easy and they scheduled enterprise rental to be there with a rental car for me to use while my car was being repaired. They initially quoted me approx. 6 days for repair, they took only 4 days and then also stayed open past closing time to let me come pick up my car! My car looks amazing and I will definitely go back if I need to in the future.

I needed to have a bumper replaced, so I contacted them through their site for an estimate. It was super convenient, being contacted by text and being able to just send photos and get an answer back quickly. With COVID protocols in place, I was able to receive the detailed estimate by email, sign online, pay by e-transfer, and when I picked it up, it was cleaned inside and out and looks great. Plus, the estimate was lower than what the dealer quoted, and the car was ready earlier than quoted. I will definitely go back.

Broke my antenna off during snow removal, emailed their site, a time was scheduled and my vehicle was promptly taken in for inspection. Due to age of my car the part was unavailable from GM. My antenna was repaired without charge. Now that's top notch customer service in my books.

AWESOME WORK HERE.my 08 lexus got Tboned and i had no clue how they would fix it, guess they welded a new piece in and re painted the body with no over spray very well done and looks better than new.car was very nicely detailed when returned.
